Everything is very modern and clean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and always enthusiastic about assisting us with everything we need.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy satisfactoria de principio a fin. La ubicación es uno de sus grandes puntos fuertes: se encuentra muy cerca de una boca de metro, lo que facilita enormemente moverse por la ciudad y llegar a las principales zonas de interés sin complicaciones ni largos desplazamientos. En cuanto a las habitaciones, destacaría la limpieza, ya que estaban impecables durante toda la estancia, algo que se agradece mucho y que transmite confianza desde el primer momento. Pero si algo hay que resaltar por encima de todo es el trato del personal. Los empleados fueron extremadamente amables en todo momento y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier consulta o necesidad. Incluso nos gestionaron unas entradas y tuvieron con nosotros algún pequeño detalle que, aunque sencillo, se valora muchísimo y hace que la estancia sea todavía más especial. En definitiva, un hotel que combina una excelente ubicación, habitaciones cuidadas y, sobre todo, un servicio humano y atento que marca la diferencia. Sin duda, repetiría.

Como aspecto negativo, cabe mencionar que nos asignaron una habitación situada al lado de la recepción, coincidiendo además con el espacio donde se servía el desayuno. Esto hizo que se escuchara bastante el ruido de la gente por las mañanas.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist super, da die U-Bahn ganz in der Nähe ist. Wir hatten extra ein Drei-Personen-Zimmer gebucht. Leider war dieses auf zwei Ebenen verteilt, was für uns nicht optimal war, da es beengt war. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Siamo stati accolti in un modo meraviglioso, e sono sempre stati felici di poterci aiutare in ogni modo. È stato tutto perfetto. La stanza, la comodità del letto, la posizione. Colazione incredibile. Riprenoterei qui altre mille volte.

The hotel is very nice and the location is great, but what stands really out is the staff. They are so welcoming, dedicated and focused to guests satisfaction that you really feel at home from the first step you take in the reception. We asked help for different things (food delivery, hints for souvenir shopping, …) and they always helped, I have never experienced before this level of dedication by the staff, congratulations.

The staff were excellent, quick to help with every aspect of our stay including shopping online. Special thanks to Fu Fu and Jennie. A very relaxing quiet place central within the interesting Hutong area. Beds very comfortable and a sunset byo on the roof very lovely.

Some public areas could be a little cleaner though our room was immaculate.

Lage, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit, Service und Sauberkeit sind in diesem Hotel einfach überragend. Wer das Flair des alten Peking erleben und gleichzeitig nicht auf Komfort und Luxus verzichten möchte, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt besuchen. Es ist ein sehr kleines, etwas verstecktes, aber traumhaft schönes Apartmenthotel, in dem wir uns vom ersten Moment an ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt haben. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Serviceteam. Alle Mitarbeiter standen uns jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite und haben uns in wirklich jeder Situation unterstützt. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Jenny und vor allem Fufu. Fufu war sogar nach unserem Aufenthalt und während unserer Weiterreise weiterhin für uns erreichbar und hat uns in einer schwierigen Situation außergewöhnlich engagiert geholfen. Ein solcher Service ist alles andere als selbstverständlich und hat bei uns einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Wer in Peking etwas Besonderes erleben möchte, kommt an diesem Hotel aus unserer Sicht kaum vorbei. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Happy Dragon Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great location, beautiful and clean room. The staff was also very nice, spoke English well and was incredibly helpful. The breakfast is freshly prepared and very varied.

Strategic location, near the Lama Temple. We booked the 2 levels room which was beautiful, elegant and clean. What we appreciated the most is the staff, very reactive and kind, always available for any kind of request. A special thanks to Anna, Lucy and Nina for the amazing support. They make our stay in Beijing so special!

I ragazzi che lavoravano lì sono stati proprio accoglienti e carini. In particolare c'era una ragazza di nome Nina che ci ha aiutato anche con le applicazioni, con i posti, addirittura ci ha fatto un ordine di un gioco che si utilizza lì e ce l'ha lasciato lì in hotel. Anche nel servizio della lavanderia, della colazione, tutti super carini, soprattutto l'accoglienza di questi ragazzi che lavoravano lì, in particolare di Nina. Sono stati comunque molto ospitali e ci hanno assistito durante il viaggio perché era proprio la prima tappa.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. The room facilities are truly top-notch. The entire hotel is beautiful and very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here, genuinely 10/10! The room was flawless, spacious and beautifully kept, with plenty of room for everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, with a special mention to Anna, who was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so well looked after. The included breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety, and we were also treated to snacks and bottled water throughout our stay, which was such a lovely touch. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff, and their hospitality really made our stay in Beijing even more enjoyable.

Le logement est dans une petite ruelle très calme. Le métro est tout près, avec tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité. L’équipes trop gentilles et adorables. Super séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés ! Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par toute l’équipe. Le personnel est absolument adorable, attentionné et toujours prêt à se plier en quatre pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Une vraie qualité d’accueil qui fait toute la différence. L’emplacement est également exceptionnel : l’hôtel se trouve dans une petite ruelle calme et pleine de charme, au cœur d’un hutong, tout en étant à moins de 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro. C’est l’endroit idéal pour découvrir Pékin tout en profitant d’un peu de calme après une journée de visites. La chambre nous a beaucoup plu, avec une très belle décoration, soignée et pleine de charme, tout en étant particulièrement confortable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Une très belle adresse que nous garderons précieusement pour un prochain séjour à Pékin !

The hotel is charming and cozy, tucked away in a quiet hutong alley. The room was spacious enough for our family of four and was very clean. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder kommen! Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte immer tolle Tipps für uns auf Lager. Die Atmosphäre ist extrem persönlich, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie bei Freunden, da sich auch Zeit für echte Gespräche genommen wird. Abends gab es als liebevolle Aufmerksamkeiten sogar kleine Snacks, wenn wir zurück ins Hotel kamen. Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage mitten in einem charmanten Hutong: absolut ruhig gelegen, aber nur 150 Meter entfernt von belebten Straßen mit vielen Restaurants und Shops. Auch der Lama Tempel sowie der Konfuzius Tempel sind in nur etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern und top ausgestattet, unter anderem mit Smart Switches und Smart Toilet. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

The bathroom was fantastic with automatic toilet and lights, close up mirror, free toiletries. The room had a fridge with complimentary water and a large comfortable bed. Enormous TV which we did not watch.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! We went as a part of our honeymoon trip to China and we 100% recommend it. There were many great aspects but by far the best thing was the staff, who were super warm, friendly and helpful every single day. Jennie, Anna, Nina and Yuki as well as the owner all went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience, even giving us a beautiful bouquet of roses as a honeymoon gift and some lovely key chains with traditional Chinese calligraphy written by Jennie. We had forgotten our power bank on the flight to Beijing and the staff at reception all helped us call the airport who were able to find it and send it to our next destination! The accommodation itself was very nice, clean and modern and they offered laundry service as well, which was very convenient! This hotel also has a great location, within a traditional hutong, it is also close to the underground transport. It also included a very substantial and tasty breakfast every morning, to give you plenty of strength for a day of exploring. All in all, we had a fantastic time here and if we are back in Beijing we are definitely returning!

A hidden gem in the centre of Beijing

This hotel is certainly one of the nicest and best in Beijing at maybe in the whole world. It is very clean, very comfortable, very well located, very calm too, but what makes it really outstanding, is the staff! It is not only polite and friendly, but really helpful , caring, fresh, good humoured and cordial , you feel welcome and like at home - better than at home actually.

La struttura è meravigliosa ed il personale ancora di più. È un luogo familiare, ci siamo sentiti da subito a casa. Le ragazze sono state sempre disponibili e ci hanno accolto con tanto affetto, della frutta fresca e una bevanda buonissima. Inoltre ci hanno offerto un upgrade della stanza gratuitamente e devo dire che sia la struttura sia la camera erano molto grandi e moderne, proprio come nelle foto. Nonostante ci svegliassimo molto presto ci hanno sempre fatto trovare un sacchetto per la colazione o la colazione appena tornavamo. Inoltre in questi giorni sarà il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto un regalo dolcissimo ed inaspettato, le ragazze parlano un perfetto inglese e ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio vivamente la struttura perché è davvero fra le migliori in cui sono stata qui in Cina. Grazie di tutto.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Alles was uitstekend! Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accommodatie was zeer schoon en netjes. De locatie is perfect: rustig, maar toch dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt. We raden deze accommodatie zeker aan en komen graag nog eens terug!

Staff ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit - vielen Dank an alle! Nächstgelegene Hauptstraße mit vielen Läden und Restaurants, sehr lebendig. Nestled in one of the hutongs, this hotel offers a glimpse into the old Beijing houses. The modern-style room provides a very comfortable stay as it is bright, quiet and clean. The staff (Jennie and her team) are very helpful in providing information on the various attractions, and we also enjoyed the little conversations with them. The hotel provides basic laundry service, and on a good day, it is nice to chill on the spacious rooftop area.

雍和宮近くの胡同の中にあり、ロケーションは良いです。外見は古い胡同住宅ですが、部屋や設備は新しく広く清潔です。朝食も手作り感があり美味しく量もあります。スタッフも親切です。

Very cosy accommodation with clean, quiet rooms and comfortable beds. There was no smoking smell. Location is good too - near Lama Temple, two subway lines and a main road. Staff are very friendly and try their best to accommodate requests. You can use their breakfast area to eat at other times if you order delivery. They also offer free basic laundry.

Not much space in the rooms for luggage, but we had a double room and managed with 3 mid-sized bags. The shower and toilet are only separated from the wash basin by a shower door, and the wash basin is only separated from the room by a hanging mirror. Have to walk through an open courtyard from the room to the , so not great when it rains, but they can provide umbrellas.

The staff and manager at the property were some of the highlights of the stay. They consistently made us feel welcome like family. I always saw them with a smile. The epitome of the best customer service.

It is more like a B&B experience with its location being in a residential area - very clean, well kept and well run.

It’s a 10-15 min walk to the subway. Taxis may not enter the alley as it is not broad.

Все было очень хорошо, особенно нас удивили завтраки, никакого шведского стола, просто большое колличество блюд на каждый стол)) (около 7-9 блюд, вместе с десертами), голодными так никто не останеться. Было очень приятно, нам приносили два раза вэлком в виде фруктовой тарелки при заселении, а также клубники в шоколаде вечером, в номер. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Сам номер очень автоматизирован, шторы, освящение, унитаз и др. Отличная шумоизоляция, все номера выходят в общий маленький двор колодязь. Сам отель находиться на центральной, туристической улице, от нее удобно добираться в разные части района и города, рядом есть метро (10 минут пешком), так же вся улица в фэнси кафейнях и булочных. При выселении, девушки с ресепшена подарили нам два брелочка, которые сделали сами, с иероглифами о лучших пожеланиях для каждого, просто умиление. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель!

Struttura molto accogliente e situata in un punto strategico di Pechino, a 100mt dal Tempio dei Lama. Personale molto accogliente e cortese, ci hanno offerto anche una colazione extra perché siamo arrivati la mattina presto ed il check in era al pomeriggio. In realtà ci hanno fatto trovare subito la camera pronta.

Il servizio e la gentilezza del team è stato straordinario. La posizione è perfetta presso il tempio di Lama. Stazione della metro vicina. Quartiere vivo. Comodità dei letti e stanza molto funzionale. Ci ritornerei di sicuro.

Hotel located down a narrow street of Hutongs, giving you the ultimate immersive experience as you arrive. We arrived early 5.30am and were greeted warmly by Yuki who offerred us a generous well cooked breakfast, included in the room rate, Later we met the rest of the staff including Fufu, Jenny and Colin who were all super friendly and kind and great with assisting us with directions, they all spoke English fluently which helped a lot. The rooms are quiet, large and modern and the bed is super comfortable and there is no noise, which ensures a restful night in a very, very clean room. The mini bar is free and replenished daily generously. We loved the virtual assistant home smart system, but we could not speak in Mandarin, lol, but it still was fun with electric curtains and electric toilet etc. Good restaurants that specialise in Peking Duck and Crawfish are just around the corner, and access to the huge subway system is within 100 metres! Ontbijt is geen buffet. Je krijgt een vast menu waar je misschien niet altijd zin in hebt. Laundry service is gratis wat fijn is, maar de kleding komt ongestreken terug.

Servicio muy gentil y amable de parte del personal. Abundante comida en el desayuno y siempre atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Buena ubicación, cerca al metro.

Great stay in Beijing! The location was amazing, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Special thanks to Nina, who helped us order several things online and made our stay much easier. The rooms were cozy, clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The only area for improvement is the breakfast. There was a wide variety of Asian and Western dishes, but the quality could be better.
