早餐种类丰富，兼顾中西方饮食习惯。孩子是高敏娃，餐厅服务员非常照顾，没有出任何差错。房间除了空调不是很好用，其它都很好。特别值得提的是前台的服务人员于/余先生非常照顾我孩子的入住体验，及时解决孩子被咬但不确定是什么被咬的问题。我对他们的服务态度超赞！

房间的空调控制系统不太好用，需要排查一下。

We stayed at Artyzen Habitat Dongzhimen Beijing for a family trip with a 3-year and a 1-year old and my wife's parents. Finding a hotel in Beijing that is at an extremely convenience location (25 mins drive to PEK airport, 5 mins to Sanlitun but super quiet and safe at night for a sound sleep) and balances space, comfort and amazing services for a family can be trickly, but this property nailed it! Spacious & Well-Equipped Rooms: The room was remarkably large by city standards, featuring a modern design, very comfortable beds, and a kitchenette (including a microwave and kettle). We stayed in connecting rooms and sound proof between the rooms are the best among those we have experienced. Prime & Quiet Location: We had an outbound flight at noon the next day so need to get to airport by 8:20am for checkin. We left the property at 8:00am and got to the airport in 24 mins. Super convenient location. We had our farewell dinner at Sanlitun which is just 5-min drive away. The hotel itself situated in a peaceful neighborhood so we got a very good rest before our 13-hour flight the next day. Attentive Staff: Front desk and service staff were incredibly warm, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The housekeeping staff learned that we had kids and made the animal hand towels which made my kids so excited!!!

Ricky and suki and all the staff at Artyzen were amazing. They really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and serviced well. Really recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, especially in light of the fact that we were traveling with our dogs. The breakfast was delicious and the personnel serving it was great - special mention for Lukas who speaks excellent English and takes special care of the needs of the clients. The self laundry service on the 5th floor was also greatly appreciated,

Прекрасный отель. Удобная локация с шикарным видом во двор, огромная терраса с музыкой, вежливый персонал, приличные завтраки для Китая (в большинстве отелей такого уровня завтраки не для европейцев:)), очень тихо в номере и он огромный, с полноценной кухней.

От кондиционера в номере пахло сыростью, ну и по классике для Китая - персонал практически не говорит по-английски)

The rooms are spacious, clean and well isolated. The staff was friendly and took good care of things.

The age of the interior shows in the technical room equipment. The TV was new, but didn't offer any modern features, like access to streaming services or screen sharing.

Truly enjoyed our stay we were so well taken care of. The service is excellent and the front desk speaks good english. Particularly like to thank Leon and Ruby for going the extra mile. We had trouble with our taobao orders which they managed to settle really efficiently and fuss-free. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Beijing for travel~

Most of the reviews for this hotel appear to be questionable with a 98.5% excellent rating! It is a decent hotel for the price. Pros: 1) Price for the size room you get. 2) Location is kind of nice by a small lake. 3) Nice enough rooms. 4) Breakfast person named Lucas was very nice. Neutral: 1) Bed a bit hard. Breakfast buffet good but not great. Cons: 1) AC was turned off due to the coolish weather, so I had to leave the windows open for most of both nights which did the trick. Only OK because I was facing the quiet lake and not the street. Luckily no bugs or pollution during my stay.

Very nice hotel, 5 minutes walk from the subway. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Only minus is the temperature. No airconditioning in the room (apparently rule in Beijing that they can not use airconditioning until may ) and too cold in the restaurant

L'hôtel n'est pas situé dans une zone touristique ou très vivante. Il est au calme dans une zone résidentielle de Pékin. Pour autant, la cité interdite, le palais d'été sont aisément accessibles L'hôtel est bien achalandé (hall agréable, salle de fitness), le personnel - même si tous ne parlent pas bien anglais - est avenant, poli, disponible et désireux d'aider en toutes circonstances. Vos commandes seront livrées dans votre chambre par de petits robots, comme c'est devenu la norme dans les grandes villes chinoises. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et offre un diversité de choix qui satisfera tous les clients, quelle que soit leur nationalité.

Je ne vois pas. Peut-être : 1. la proximité avec un périphérique de Pékin. Mais l'isolation phonique est très bonne et cela ne m'a pas gêné du tout pour dormir 2. Les oreillers trop peu rembourrés et donc peu confortables. Mais, globalement, l'hôtel est franchement top.

The room was very spacious and the staff were nice. They allowed me to have my cat with me. They were quick and professional with the check-in for me and the cat.

Excellent restaurant with great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 20% discount for guests! Fantastic, well equipped gym conveniently located right next to the laundry room. The hotel staff are very kind and eager to help. They were quick to address my request to change rooms due to problems with the bathroom. The room I had was spacious, with a comfortable bed and sofa. I loved their book collection.

Bathrooms are not well maintained. I changed rooms twice because of broken tiles in the bathroom! The floors look unclean and I felt the need to always wear slippers while in the bathroom. There are many mold spots in the shower (all 3 rooms). The construction is clearly dated and in need of renovation. The hotel is a 20 min walk to the nearest metro station. The entire area is dark with poorly lit streets and intersections. Felt extremely dangerous crossing roads and intersections in near pitch darkness.

Great location! Fantastic sfaff

Breakfast had a good selection for a variety of palates. On one day the cook didn't show up and the other staff didn't know what to do, but the front desk deducted that meal from our bill. We only had one dinner there.....a little spicey for me. The front people were extremely helpful. Especially Angel. She helped us very much getting settled, booking our tours, and even booking the high speed train for us to go to Dalian. Without her we would have struggled.

I caught a cold right away.......not your fault!

The hotel is a gem, good sized rooms with great housekeeping. The in house restaurant is good. The location is a bit faraway from shops and amenities.

One of the best place to stay in terms of price and value ratio. It has everything you need, except swimming pool, but who needs that. The cafe downstairs is terrific, it has all the essentials. I strongly recommend.

Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Beijing, there are great deal of hotels in Beijing, but Artyzen has most of the things you need without stress much of your wallet. Of course, it doesn’t have a swimming pool for those who love the water sports. Conveniently located with friendly staff. The cafe downstairs is perfect for foreigners staying in Beijing for an extended period. I strongly recommend artyzen

Amazing place. Most convenient hotel ever! It is only few minutes walk to the metro station of Zhuoujiazhuang (new line 17). Before this, reviews here stated nothing in the area and no metro station and far from everything. I beg to differ. Artyzen habitat is such an awesome place. Sunlitun Taikooli is just minutes away by metro and the area is very habitable with HK ShunTak centre on spot and stylish -design condominium around the vicinity. The room is spotless clean, clever design and modern. Bed was so comfy. Bathroom has great shower pressure and the views from my bedroom windows facing gardens and river were very pretty. It gives me a calm, serene and refreshing feel. I am widely travelled all over the world and as an extremely picky person, I hardly give high ratings to hotels I stayed unless they are good. However, Artyzen Habitat Beijing managed to stay in my good books. If you are still considering this hotel, you are a fool!

The metro station is just 3 min walk to the hotel. So convenient to Sanlitun and anywhere city centre. Room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable bed

Fantastic place, and what a room! I was here with my friend, and this was our first stay in Beijing. This hotel was beautiful, with amazing rooms and quirky art throughout. Our room even had a kitchen in it! Comfortable beds, lovely sitting area, pans, bowls, and cutlery in kitchen with ceramic hob, and a sink. Lovely bathroom with an amazing shower. Beautiful towels and bed linen. Nice breakfast aera with a good range of both eastern and western food. Staff were lovely.

The room were we stayed was very spacious and the fact that it is a furnished apt boutique hotel. Very flexible with checkout time.

The location

Lovely hotel, very clean reception areas, café and breakfast area. Bedrooms beautifully decorated, standard size, bed comfortable, spotlessly clean and fresh. All the necessary amendments. Not much view from bedroom. Breakfast was average with a selection of both Chinese and western items. The Café has a good selection of food. There is a patio outside but there is no view, it is surrounded by high trees. The location is not great, there is nothing within walking distance and the hotel appeared dark and not a lot of guests. It is a good 4-star hotel but not 5 star luxurious. Probably would not return to this hotel based on the location.

We are really appreciative of the help from front desk. He is friendly and very patient with us. We couldn't figure out how to order food (we arrived after midnight) via China apps and was not able to even make payment. The staff helped us to place orders and even helped us topped up our e-wallet. The room is very comfortable. We had connecting rooms and were facing the little pond. The view was especially excellent in the morning! I'll be come back again.

The room is comfortable, 3 can/bottle drinks provided in the fridge is FOC and will replenish daily. Staff are helpful and friendly. Whenever requests, they will react fast, and will send the robot to deliver the requirements. The breakfast serving is not alot but price is reasonable. There's a hotpot restaurant in the hotel, food are delicious and price is reasonable too. The images shown are exactly like the room. Front desk's staff is very helpful, as most of the advance booking, no matter is restaurant, entry tickets to all tourist attractions required a local mobile number, hotel staff have helped us to settle most of the advance booking using their mobile number.

The location is not so great actually cos there's no nearby convenient store or eatery, supermarket and subway station, there's a restaurant and a small supermarket that need a 20mins walk to reach. but luckily the taxi/didi car fare is reasonable, thus we travel out by cab. The bedroom's light is not bright enough, toilet's door was faulty, thus there's gap can see thru at the joint of the 2 sliding doors. The high chairs at the kitchen dining area is uncomfortable. This means design looks great but not practical. Additional point, nothing related to the hotel, do remember to bring along some cash, as some of the shops or restaurants don't accept Alipay/Wechatpay/credit card, then you may use cash to settle the bill.

The room was modern, large spotless and well furnished. The bed was very large. Location is ok, a ten minute brisk walk to Dongzhimen subway. Service was great.Price was excellent.

I recently stayed at the Artyzen in Beijing for a two-day business trip in the city and I really enjoyed by experience at the Artyzen. The team was lovely throughout the property from check-in to the restaurants. General Manager Johnson personally greeted me, which was very nice. I really enjoy the breakfast buffet and the room was very nice, modern and highly functional. The gym was good with the latest equipments and I particularly appreciated the modern look & feel accross the hotel. A great hotel; I am looking forward to my next stay!

Great hotel

No American Express or other cards accepted. We had to pay cash and the staff initially told us it was a problem related to our cards only to admit at the end that it was their problem.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location was fairly central.

The staff's command of English language was limited.

Staff is very friendly and overall environment is very good. It’s not noisy and plus they have a good breakfast and gym.
