Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Clean and tidy, quiet. Within easy walking distance of the square and surrounding inner city sights. I was in Chch for work and could walk each day. Great having onsite parking.
Balcony wasn’t able to be fully used as it had a structure on ground outside 2nd bedroom. Didn’t impact on enjoyment though.

The house was not clean to a high enough standard especially at the price point. I was very disappointed that the second bedroom had a pull down bed from the wall. An extremely uncomfortable bed especially when advertised as two bedroom you would expect an actual bed!

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Perfekte Lage um Christchurch zu erkunden. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Foodhalls, Busbahnhof, Zentrum - alles in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Klasse war auch, dass wir nach vorheriger Absprache unser Gepäck schon früher abstellen konnten.
Gibt keinen Abzug, aber das Trocknen mit der Maschine hat sehr lange gedauert - gut, dass wir es nicht kurz vor Abflug gemacht haben.

There were a few maintenance issues the hanging light over the table had some exposed electrical wires , the table was unstable and rocked from side to side . The oven didn’t work however that was remedied when I called the owner , instructions to use had been removed .

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025Property manager agreed to early check in prior to the set 3pm time and confirmed by text. The apartment was not made up on our arrival at 1.30pm. No worries to us however the manager lied to the cleaners that early check in approval was news to her. I rang the manager to advise it's ok no worries however she didn't give me a chance, just carried on about "you people always want early check in". She then cut the conversation and hung up!

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025We arrived after dark and there were beautiful ambient lights going to welcome us. Instructions were very clear on how to find the apartment. It was a bonus having a car park in the middle of the city. So close to many eateries.
Maybe an electric blanket would be nice.

There was a lot of dust on the blinds and cushions. Generally not an issue for most people, but I had two asthma attacks.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024Perfect for 4 adults travelling together - room to move, able to wash and dry clothes and a few block from the tram into City or you could walk it all the way in. Had everything we needed for a two night stay. Car parking undercover on site. A little out of the city so quiet.
Should advertise the 2nd bed is a Murphy Bed, but my daughters shared and said it was ok.
