i like the unit because clean have space and staff is nice and easy to ask them if you need anything . unlike the two palm tree 5L owner of the unit .greedy and liar about what the put it on their unit .broken cabinet not worth it for $300plus for 1 person and paying children .space is so small dont even look like 30sqm .101 west wing cluster 4 6f is very nice and relaxing spot .i will definitely coming back and stay again

The air conditioner was not strong enough to keep the living room at a decent temp. Once you leave the bedroom, the temperature raises 11 degrees. No fan was available, and the only tv is in the living room.

Reviewed Nov 27, 2024Location for its walking distance from Terminal 3 if you don’t have a lot of luggage. Only 300 pesos from terminal 3 and 200 pesos to terminal 4 with GRAB ride. Close to food outlets, pharmacy and Catholic Church. Korean eat all you can and seafood bucket deals are just under a minute walk.
The aircon unit was a box type and was quite loud compared to the other units that I have stayed on the same building that was a split system which is quieter. If you’re not a light sleeper the room will suffice.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2024Location wise it's a 10. It's very near the airport around 5-15 minutes travel time depending on which terminal you're allocated to. And there are a lot of establishments around within walking distance.
Uhm, sorry to say this but I think the caretaker/owner hopefully can be more approachable. Very offhand attitude which is a first for me. I know it's your place, and we're just guests but still we pay and it's not just about the accomodation you know. And better to eat outside, i think the owner didn't want us to use the stove. I prefer cooking unfortunately i couldn't so we resorted to ordering and eating outside which is more costly.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2024I booked for 2 nights. The condo was very convenient for Terminal 3 at NAIA. Just a short walk. 15 minutes walk. I had s teenagers so they were able to help pull luggage. If you have young family its better to get taxi to airport. The room was clean. Beds were ok although double a little small, i think it was 4 foot. But as we only stayed 2 nights it was fine. There was 4 of us in room. X2 adults, x2 teenagers. You could cook in room but we ate out. There was lots of places to eat outside condo as there is everwhere in Philippines. Macdonald's, popeyes, Korean restaurant. We used the pool. The max dept is 4 foot. The lad who met us with keys was friendly. Overall for the price it was good. We didn't travel away from condo but if we needed to there's plenty of geepneys near.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2024The building is stunning treated like royalty as soon as you walk through the door, all staff were amazing and very friendly, the man that showed us to our room was great his English was really good made it stress free to check in. There was a lovely man that was cleaning the floors would always greet everyone in such a lovely way. Made me smile. Location is the best and not too noisy, beautiful views walking along the street. Everything you need within walking distance.. so many great restaurant’s right at your door step. The outdoor pool was great loved it. Having a washing machine in the room was bliss, being able to do a washing and not hand wash. Room was comfortable and bed very comfortable. Air con was great. Can watch Netflix on the tv. Also loved the hot showers.
The decor in the room was a little out dated compared to the rest of the hotel being very fancy, but that’s me being fussy, it was very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Reviewed May 25, 2024The unit had a roach. I had bed bug bites. The room didn’t match the description. It says a sofa bed but it was a pull out bed. The host said I was upgraded. To what?? I paid for a 2 br and a sofa bed. It was a connecting room. In my receipt says 10th flr. They put me in 3rd flr! Upon leaving the bldg. no one was at the desk. The guard took the guest pass and went down to the basement to leave. The other guard kept us for a long time!!! No one was answering his call to confirm if the other guard has the key. We were running late on our flight, we were telling him and he didn’t seem to mind.

Too hot even with the fan, there was another fan but wasn’t working. The AC isn’t really working as it’s open but not cold even if you put it at its coldest temperature. We were sweating the whole time. The bed isn’t that comfortable and the linens texture are rough.

So,,,they told us we would have to contact our host. However...we had no WIFI and no way of phoning host. We did have a #. No help at all from front desk. In fact...kind of rude.
