The property was lovely a quite considering Location right opposite Wembley it was perfect local shops bars restaurants nearby and LDO a few mins walk away. Underground a few mins further. Bed was a dream so comfy

A welcome pack in property would be great with instructions for the oven and location of bin chutes. A mirror in the bedroom would have been a great addition. So seating on the balcony would make it even more perfect. Quite a few bulb were not working or flickering

Very convenient location with Wembley stadium being on the door step. Reasonably priced for an event night. Easy check in process and friendly front desk staff. Clean and comfortable with all the necessities for an overnight stay.

The bed was broken which is the main part of being comfortable - you book rooms for a good nights sleep - when we sent pictures and said we had very little sleep the owners offered 15% refund - that would be fine if the kettle was broken or the chair but not the bed - then owners then increased to 20% which was better than nothing but when you pay £250 for a good nights sleep and don’t get much sleep then a 50% refund would have been fairer but they did not want to discuss it or refund

I didn't feel welcome; the guests were standing around waiting for the apartment keys. It was like an Airbnb, which I avoid, with the annoying "take out the trash" thing.

After a last minute cancellation we were delighted to find this apartment & wish we had found it sooner. The apartment was exactly what we needed & more. Loads of rooms & toilets for the amount of quests we had for an easy & comfortable stay. Loads of space elsewhere & well, the location.. incredible. We attend an event at Wembley which was right next door. We could see Wembley stadium from each window & out on the balcony, it was beautiful & so easy for us to get to & from Wembley for the evening. True bliss. Also just to add, the guy on reception where we collected/dropped our keys off was very friendly & helpful.

I don't think this is anything on the owners of the apartment but the other areas in the building were very warm, the hallways/lift etc.

Wasn't quite as clean as it could have been-floor didn't look as though it had been swept in the lounge area and there were tea stains on the unit by the tv. TV didn't work, it turned on but logo appeared and it turned off again. Only little things though, nothing that would stop us coming back.

Everything was excellent, clean, very welcoming had everything you needed from hairdryers, dishwasher. Washing machine fully equipped apartment. Balcony was excellent with stunning views with Wembley stadium across the road. Beautiful location with surrounding gardens. One of the best places we have stayed in definitely would book again with staff very polite and helpful.

Everything - apartment was perfect as we were at an event at Wembley.. could see the arch and was literally next door.. To get to designer outlet was about a 5/10 min walk. Shop next to building, we could get everything we needed for our stay.. main shops around 5/10min away. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.. being there for the weekend we were able to cook meals etc for the kids.. 2 of the bedrooms had en-suite which was perfect along with another 2 bathrooms 1 with a bath ( 4 bedrooms/4 bath) balcony, loved there was a dining table and the kids were able to sit and eat dinner.. washing machine and dryer meant we were able to wash and dry clothes.. Any staff we came across and at reception were friendly and approachable. Photos do t do it enough justice it really was perfect. Apartment was well worth the money and we were all sad to leave.

The room was far better than expected, a large apartment with 4 en suite bedrooms and good size living area. Great amenities, including full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, etc. Although we were on the 5th floor, we had a large balcony leading to a garden, which would make you think we were on the ground floor. So close to wembley our view was the arch, staff were great and for the price it was a bargain

Management team not responsive. We were missing a hairdryer which was promised each day but not delivered at all.

Good location for concert at Wembley. Nice facilities. Plenty of space. Lift access. Within a 10-15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. About 15 to 20 minutes to london designer outlet. Fridge freezer was good and helpful to be able to save money and make own food.

No bin bags in bathroom bins. Found some hair around in the bathrooms. Wish there were either more or better pillows.

The location was ideal, apartment was spacious. Beds very comfy, having two bathrooms was a bonus. The view was very nice.

View of the inner courtyard, small squeaky double beds (unsuitable for a family of four, as nobody got a proper night's sleep), a malfunctioning check-in app (it kept showing errors when uploading photos, the date of birth could not be entered, etc.), dust under the bed, and hair on the bed linen. Upon arriving at the property at around 9:00 a.m., the receptionist informed us that we could not leave our luggage at the reception, even though there were several empty rooms nearby and it would not have been a problem. When we contacted the property management company, they sent us a link to a luggage storage service. We found a storage facility nearby and entered our luggage details, but the price came to £50, even after applying the 10% discount that the company had kindly provided : ))). As a result, we decided not to use the service and instead waited around the reception area and nearby until 3:00 p.m. When we tried to collect the keys shortly after 3:00 p.m., the company informed us that we had not completed the check-in process and claimed that they had sent us a link. However, no link had ever been received, so we had to complete the check-in directly at the reception room. Since the application was not functioning properly, the process took approximately one hour. Our flight arrived at 7:00 a.m., but due to these issues we did not gain access to the apartment until 4:00 p.m. Thanks to the company's poor organization, our three-day vacation was effectively reduced to two days. The beds were another disaster. They appeared to be only about 130 cm wide and were completely unsuitable for a family of four. When we requested additional bedding and bed linen for the sofa in the living room, the company did not respond. As a result, the 65 m² apartment was realistically suitable for only two people.

I would like the GYM to be inclusive as part of the facility use. I would also want the property owner to provide brush and packer as part of the cleaning materials for easy use.

Quite simply - don't expect any help if something isn't right with your booking. If we could give minus scores for the host we would! I travelled with a family member who became ill so we needed to sleep seperately, I asked the reception clerk for some additional bedding for the night so I could sleep on the sofa. Turns out I had to phone the property to ask for this. When I did eventually get through to someone I was told there was no spare bedding kept in the apartment and the only thing I could do would be to book another room at £300 a night to access another duvet!!! I pointed out who ridiculous this was. I pointed out that if there anoher room free could I please just get a bedsheet from this room? The agent for the owner I spoke with was the most unhelpful person I've had the misfortune of dealing with. I rang Booking.com who were very perplexed themselves as to why just a bedsheet could not be sourced - they got no reply from the owner. This is not a hotel or a set of tourist apartments - this is a residential building where an owner has some apartments, posts them on Booking and couldn't give a monkeys about helping who stays there. If you run into no problems during your stay you will be ok staying here. The cutlery was dirty, the glasses were not washed and the room was boiling to the point you needed to sleep with all windows open.

Would have liked a stadium view but didn't have one. There was no first aid kit in apartment. Broken door stopper which caused an injury to my toe. Wedge got dislodged to a breeze and sliced through my toe which needed hospital treatment.

Cleanliness was great. The apartment had everything we needed too. And it was right next to the stadium!

Despite the excellent location, my stay was extremely disappointing. During a heatwave in England, the apartment provided no fan or any other way to cool the room. Even at midnight, with every window open, the temperature inside was 30°C, making it almost impossible to sleep. For two days I repeatedly contacted the property asking for help and explaining how unbearable the heat was, but my concerns were simply not taken seriously and nothing was done. I spent two completely sleepless nights in an unbearably hot room. A great location cannot make up for such a lack of basic care and responsiveness. I would not stay here again.

Beautiful interiors, very very clean, well equipped. Beds super comfortable and highest quality bedding. Amazing views from balcony, we had room 1109 on 11th floor. we stayed here for The Weeknd concert at Wembley, staff were very friendly and helpful, let us through the bridge to skip the queue for entrance 😁 perfect location for everyone staying for shows. Highly recommending and definitely we will be back 😊

Great location, especially if you’re visiting Wembley Stadium — it was so convenient for our show. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, and we particularly loved the lovely balcony overlooking the garden area. The gentleman at check in was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and the fantastic location was a definite highlight.

The main downside for us was the cleaning/rubbish policy. You’re made aware that there can be fines if rubbish isn’t taken away and disposed of properly or washing up isn’t done, but as a percentage of the overall cost is already allocated towards cleaning, we didn’t feel this was particularly fair. I do air bnb cleans myself and im quite happy to do the washing up and sort bins out after people have stayed as thats my job. There also seemed to be quite a lot of potential additional fines, which did make the stay feel a little less relaxed. Also no air con was a slight issue as it did get very hot during the night. I would also add I did strip the beds to help the housekeeping team and I would advise new bedding as the duvet and pillows have definately seen better days.

Die Lage war perfekt, da wir für ein Konzert in Wembley waren. Es gab auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. ÖV wäre auch sehr nah gewesen, hätten wir es gebraucht.

Das eine Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht ausgelüftet und es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch. Nach 1 Nacht durchlüften war es jedoch behoben.

Honestly, the property is not bad at all. It is a wonderful modern building just across the Wembley stadium. Very convenient for people, who go to concerts. The neighbourhood is very nice, the outlet, restaurants, Pixar, Bubble planer, Boxnow. The apartment was spacious and clean. The playground in front of the place was wonderful and it is near the underground.

The host of the property is not helpful at all. They are not present at the property and if you have any problems, you cannot address the reception, because the property is not connected with the reception. When I booked an apartment in April for the concert of The Weekend in August, I made a mistake with the dates. I asked the property to change the dates of the reservation. However, instead of changing the dates through booking, they sent me a link outside booking for a deposit. I followed the rules of booking never to pay outside their system and canceled the reservation through booking and made a new one with the correct dates. I wanted an apartment for 5 people and I was ready to book a three bedroom apartment, however this was not anymore possible and booking offered me an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. I thought it is going to be perfect. I and my little daughter slept in one of the bedrooms, my friend slept with her son in the other bedroom and my other daughter was supposed to sleep on the sofa. The property was also informed that we are going to be 5 people in the apartment, because I sent the passports of all the guests. We paid 2100 euro for 5 nights only because it was concert time, which is something normal, but to have at least some kind of assistance from the host. We had 4 half rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days, which is absolutely ridiculous. We did not have sheets, pillow and blanket for our 5th person and never got one, although I asked the property. We had no airconditioning when outside was 36 degrees, it was good that the windows could be opened. There are hundred of rules connected with the property. I was very strict with the rubbish disposal, however, at 40 degrees inside somebody has disposed outside the containers 4 enormous bags with spoiled food and the smell was unbearable. We wanted to leave our luggage from 10:30 to 3 pm and the host said it is not possible to do it at the reception.

Staff were helpful, polite and friendly throughout the process. Location was ideal and room was spacious.

Természetesen maga a lokáció, az egyszerűen verhetetlen, mikor tudod, hogy a koncert után 5 perccel már vissza is érsz a szállásra. Ez mellett az apartman mérete, felazereltsége, tisztasága nagyon megfelelt számunkra. A legfontosabb, hogy az ágynemű, törölközők, fürdőszoba makulátlanul tiszta volt.

Jó lenne, ha a pontos címet adnák meg, amikor elküldik a bejelentkezéshez szükséges adatokat. Nekünk nem adta ki a Google maps, és vagy 20 percet kerestük, mire megtaláltuk. A kártya/kulcs policy-t meg kellene változtazni, mivel azt mondják, hogy 1 ágyhoz csak 1 kulcs jár, holott az egy ágy sokszor 2 személyes, szóval 2 kártya/kulcs indokolt. Az ár kicsit drága, de nyilván legfőképp a lokációt kell megfizetni.

We stayed for one night for an event at the arena. The apartment was beautiful. Clean, spacious and very comfortable. The welcoming staff were lovely and the other guests/residents were really nice. Given the opportunity we will be bookimg again.

The location next to Wembley Stadium was perfect. Apartment was comfortable (minus the heat) and was fine for a short 1 night stay.

Unfinished decorating on the ceilings and walls in the living area, as well as the ceilings in the 2 bedrooms, didn't leave a great 1st impression. The Internet did not work at all, effecting use of the TV. Despite being advised that this was due to the event, it remained the same after the event had finished and the next morning. Only 1 fan was supplied for 1 bedroom, in a 2 bedroom apartment, during fairly high temperatures. Would have been nice to have a mirror close to an electrical socket.

Drobnosti v ubytování, stůl, který se hýbal, trouba, která neměla pevné vnitřní žebříky. Malý toastovač. Tousty byly větší než toustovač samotný.

Ar fi fost util un expressor pentru cafea și un adaptor pentru încărcător .Am găsit soluții la 5 min pentru cafea cu mic dejun și magazin pentru orice, inclusiv adaptor! Am încercat un check out later, nu a fost posibil, la locație, au recomandat o firmă care are easy box uri în proximitate pentru depozitare.

Excellent location for Wembley stadium. On exit it took a few minutes to our building. Stunning view of the stadium across the road. Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a stay. So pleased with the owners, very accommodating and easy to commute with. Would definitely book again and refer to others.

It was extremely accessible and it was near a lot of shops. Not too far away from the underground station.

The balcony door didn’t stay open, there was only one roll of toilet paper and there were no kitchenroll.

El piso está muy bien situado y es muy amplio y cómodo para una familia numerosa.Un gran detalle tener un cuarto de lavadora y secadora. Ha sido muy útil La zona es muy bonita y con servicios cercanos.

Le faltaba un poco de limpieza, sobre todo del suelo, y útiles de cocinar, solo había una sartén.

Maybe the colors. The lift was well colored and the building is close to the shopping mall where I can eat and buy all the things I needed.

The bed was a bit small, and the fact that I have to do everything by myself, example cleaning, refuse disposal, and the worst was locating the reception for the key collection. I kept going round the blocks looking for where it was located. No Ac in the room and the wifi kept disconnecting.

The hotel is almost inside of the stadium, really good localisation. Good space and furniture.

I love the location, being able to hear Wembley was a bonus.

We didn’t get an option to stay up high or low. I have a severe mental illness and contacted the team straight away when collecting the keys are we was located very high however they couldn’t move us rooms. I offered to downgrade too. Spending £630 is expensive when we couldn’t use the facilities due to being to high and I have many panic attacks. But was told theirs nowhere else to put us.

The constant messages leading up to and during our stay about all of the extra charges. Quite ironically, the place was filthy when we arrived, which made a mockery of their cleaning surcharge.

Nincs klíma, nincs kávéfőző, az edények koszosak, a WC-t nem lehet takarítani mert nincs WC kefe. Konyhai papírtörlő akkor lesz, ha veszel. Az ágymartac elhasználódott, nagyon puha.
