停车位号码漆脱了…找停车位找了很久，去信箱拿钥匙的门口要用卡才能进，我必须等到有人进出才能进去拿钥匙！收了清洁费感觉不干净…厕所热水器有问题…毛巾挂钩还是生锈的…这个价位的住处竟然没有饮水机

After check in there are details rules required such as deposit required and will only return after 48 hours. This was not specifically made known during booking. Not to bad and acceptable. However, two access card provided to use the lift and both do not work. This cause much problem to access the property and the card park. Fortunately only 3 of us and none of us has any problem with mobility. The cards are either damage or the owner miss the maintenance fee and the cards are blocked by the JMB. Most probably the latter. The owner try to resolve the problem before check in but due to eid holiday period the JMB office is closed. Nonetheless the owner did not provide any other option. The only reason I continue with the booking is due to the property location close where I need to be. The property is cleaned and all facilities inside the property is in good working oder.

The staff is rude, asked for additional deposit which is not disclosed in booking.com. After booking they add you to their WhatsApp group and ask for RM300 deposit with a long set of rules on how you can lose the money if you don't follow any of their long rules. They promise will refund within 48 hours of check out, but they won't until you keep pushing and pushing. Then you see their true colour. This is a fraud.

The swimming pool was big, the area was breezy, and it was really enjoyable. I will stay there again if I am around Kempas, Johor.

The toilet not the best,, the toilet was clogged and the the shower was still leaking even after turned off. Bad toilet experience . View is just the pool so it's nothing much. Also a story when we arrive, we booked a grab to this place, we just finished shopping from morning so we were tired. When we reached the entrance (guard post1) the guard didn't let the grab in. Understandable that it's a safe security place but the guard was quite rude and shrugged us off when we asked if we could go in. Bad first impression..

Reviewed Feb 12, 20251) cleanliness - the house is so clean and well maintained 2) facilities - basic equipment and furniture for a house is provided. Wifi is fast. With Entertainment provided eg: Netflix, YouTube. 3) resident facilities - the swimming pool and gym are in good condition . There is a convenient store and laundry is also available. 4) plenty of eateries and joints nearby.
1) The main door locking system. It's not practical to use a passcode if the system is just on a par level. The touch system sometimes does not react as per action. It would be better if it's replaced by an access card system. Or just go back the conventional way which uses the normal keys. Imagine you in a rush,be it an emergency or safety. The passcode is insensitive. And the waiting time is 5 minutes for you to re-enter the passcode. Anything could happen within the stipulated time. I believe 5mins is too long. And the passcode is 7 digits with a symbol. Which I think is too much for a place supposed to be a friendly user. 2) The location is a bit far from town . Which estimate 10.3km from Johor Bharu. 3) RFID CARD sometimes is not working to open the gate bar. Fortunately the guard house is nearby.

Difficult to find their parking spot, and hidden charges(additional charges)were too high, shown at booking.com 222, but when i made payment its 310 Rm when i checked there receipts, then showed cleaning fees around 80Rm i naver experience that much high additional charges any homestay. They ask for transfer 300 Advance that they will return back after check out 24 hours. The check-in time was 3 pm, and check out time was 11 Am
