Cozy Studio in Zografou, close to hospitals

Nothing - I did not even get to see the appartment as the host had not informed me it was unavailable prior to my arrival, I only found out when it was check in time!

I made the reservation 2 days before arrival and got their automated messagesso I presumed they were aware I was coming. On the day of arrival, early in the morning, I texted through booking asking how to check in as there was no information and I got no reply. By lunch time I texted their whatsapp about my check in as no information yet. When the host got back to me, he said he wasn't even aware of my reservation! (with the excuse that he manages too many flats and messages get lost!!). When he checked, he told me that the morning guest had not checked out and that the appartment I had booked was unavailable! This was 2 hours before checking in!! He offered a different apparement but it was far and I don't drive, so I asked that they arrange a taxi for me to get there ( 15 min taxi ride, about 10 euros). He refused and offered that a random person picks me up on a scooter!!! Jesus, he didn't even ask if I had luggage. I requested again a taxi, he refused saying the owner did not agree. I replied that since his manageement company made the mistake, not the owner, the management company should pick up the cost. Again he refused (!!! 10 euros taxi ride!!) and he said that he'd better return my money. I said I did not want a return, I wanted him to arrange an accommodation for me as I had nowhere to go. He refused again. I had to book last minute somewhere else with double the money, then on same day I requested return of my money and HE NEVER RETURNED ME THE MONEY!! Totally unprofessional management company, he never even once apologised for the misunderstanding and he blamed me for not texting him that I made the reservation!!! STAY AWAY!

It is a SCAM!

Μας πήρε ο υπεύθυνος του καταλύματος για ακύρωση μια ώρα πρωτού φτάσουμε και δεν μας επεστρεψε ποτέ τα χρήματα. Κάηκαν μας είπε οι ασφάλειες και δεν μας έβαλε ποτέ τα χρήματα ενώ ζήτησε να ακυρώσω την κράτηση και μας εγγυήθηκε ότι θα μας βάλει όλο το ποσό. Απατεώνας!!!

Ότι χειρότερο έχω μείνει ποτέ,μέσα στην βρώμα,ακόμα και τα σεντόνια μύριζαν και ήταν λες και δεν αλλάχτηκαν ποτέ….

Ιδανικό για ολιγοήμερη διαμονή. Ανακαινισμένο σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση.

Απαράδεκτος ο διαχειριστής του καταλύματος ακυρώνει τελευταία στιγμή και λέει συνεχώς ανυπόστατα ψέματα μην κλείσετε στο κατάλυμα θα ταλαιπωρηθείτε

Δεν ηταν πολυ περιποιημενα τα λευκα ειδη.Φαινοταν ασιδέρωτα.Η παπλωματοθηκη ηταν μεταχειρισμενη.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης μόλις 2 ώρες πριν το προγραμματισμένο check in , λόγω καταρρακτώδων βροχών στην Αθήνα ανέφερε ότι το Air bnb πλημμύρισε. Κατόπιν ακύρωσης που πρότεινε ο ίδιος κατεθεσα αίτημα επιστροφής χρημάτων το οποίο δεν έλαβα ποτέ . Εξαφανισμενος , αφήνοντας με μονίμως στο διαβάστηκε και παρά τις 10 αδες απόπειρες της πλατφόρμας να επικοινωνήσει μαζί του δεν απάντησε σε κανένα τηλεφώνημα , αρνούμενος να επιστρέψει τα χρήματα. Το λιγότερο ελεεινή και απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Φροντίζετε να κλείνετε μόνο τις ... Ηλιολουστες μέρες .

Σε τηλεφώνημα που έκανα εγώ στον οικοδεσπότη να ενημερώσω ότι φτάνω στο κατάλυμα, με ενημερώνει ότι μόλις προέκυψε πρόβλημα ΚΑΙ με το ρεύμα ΚΑΙ με το νερό και θα χρειαστεί να μεταβω σε αλλο κατάλυμα(δωμάτιο με μπάνιο σε κοινόχρηστο διαμέρισμα, με βρώμικες πετσέτες και σεντόνια) Φυσικά δεν έγινε καμία επιστροφή χρημάτων.

I DON'T recommend this apartment!!! The owner is irresponsible and can't be trusted. On the day of my arrival, he changed his mind and three hours before check-in disabled all access to the apartment. As I understood from previous reviews, this is his style of work – lying about there being no electricity. He ignored phone calls. He didn't pay for my additional spenses due to this inconvenience. If you don't want to stand in the middle of the street with your luggage and waste a day looking for another place to stay, choose other hotels. Such options shouldn't be on Booking.com.

The apartment was not ready, and they kept me In a different apartment, very bad, didn’t feel comfortable at all, doesn’t worth the money I paid

Ήταν μικρό άνετο και κοντά στο κέντρο. Είχε εύκολο παρκάρισμα και βρισκόταν σε ήσυχη γειτονιά.

Θα ήθελα να έχει μια πόρτα ασφαλείας καθώς είχε απλή εσωτερική πόρτα γραφείου και καλύτερη ηχομόνωση. Η μπαταρία του νιπτήρα ήταν χαλασμένη!

Non ci sono le scale. Non è molto sicuro in caso di emergenza. Le chiavi sono difficili da trovare. Nessuno viene a portarle o riprenderle. I gestori non rilasciano alcuna ricevuta anche se essa viene richiesta.

Everything was good: easy to check in, host very quick to answer, beds very confortable, bathroom very clean, lots of stores near the apartment. Great experience overall, I strongly reccomend

pretty much liked everything (except the improper function of the elevator). I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and family members though.

the electronic board of the elevator wasn't working properly and needed to be fixed. it's even a security matter since the 4th floor can only be reached by that elevator since there's no stairway for the guests. I didn't dislike anything else.

Very comfy. Nikos the owner was so great in the hospitality.

Very kind hosts and perfect communication for the arrangements. Clean appartment, nice bathroom and good location.

The bed definenately needs replacement, you can feel the strings underneath. The walls are thin, you can hear some noise from the other apts. For information, oven and washing machine are not provided.

the bed was uncomfortable, there was human hairs on the floor, the tv wasn't working, the dirty balcony was common with another apartment and made me feel unsafety
