The only dismayed was because there’s no kettle nor stove, so travelling with family sometimes we need those to prepare instant and simple dish.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025Location is great. About 15 minutes away from the city. So, a great place to relax and chill. Suitable for early morning walks. The facilities are good for the family. Just a little noisy at night from the theme park. Host is very responsive - check in and out detauls were very clear - no hassle.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2024Checked in with detail n step by step on how to collect key & pass card. Got 2 parking near to lifts. The most I love is the house at top floor & very good view (u can see lost world & the greenery behind the lost world). House pretty clean n the sheet smells good. Owner also provides movies & wifi. Level 5 got swimming pool, onsen pool, game room n gym. Quite affordable with good facilities. Recommended if u travel with family of 6/8 bcs owner gave extra bed, pillow n blanket. N also got coway guys

Reviewed Dec 15, 2024Perfect place to stay if you are visiting the theme park as there is a connecting covered shelter to the entrance of the theme park (5min walk) as compared to the lost world hotel where you need to cross a road. Spacious clean rooms with washing machine, water dispenser and clean fridge/ freezer. Swimming pool, the mountain view, water park view and small playground meant the place can be enjoyed by adults and children. Security around the building is good too.
Not for people looking for a quiet escapade as the music from the theme park continues up to 10 or 11pm. Didnt get bothered by it as the noise gets blocked after closing windows.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2023Host was very responsive and kind. Very clean house. VERY close to Tambun Lost World. We parked at guest parking and went to the theme park first and later checked in at night. They provided towel, mineral water, and basic amneties. The views were stunning. Decor was more homey than hotel based. Good overall
Still a little hassle to get in the house with the QR code, and the entrance was under construction and we got confused how to go in, but nothing too bad. There is an RM200 deposit, they will return after check out if all is ok. Again nothing too bad.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2023The owner so friendly and very helpful. Even followed up everyday to check if we are fine. Answer all the questions promptly. The apartment so clean and tidy. They even provided the basic necessity. The guidance given with details ( picture ) on how to go to the place, parking, entrance even the main lobby which for me really helpful. The apartment situated right next to the waterpark, its a plus point. Thank you for the lovely experience. Recommended.
The security guard is very strict when entrance. All the information on the unit and vehicle registration number provided in the QR. But they still insist on asking it again, and its troublesome. Understandable that they are doing their work for the safety purposes. But as a guest, we will not be getting the QR unless it's provided by the owner.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2023This was our second time staying here - host - excellent service, friendly, responsive to queries, considerate . 5 star for the service👍 - clean and very comfortable -facilities- towel , shower gel, shampoo, handwash provided, extra pillow and blanket, good internet connection, snacks and few small mineral water provided, microvawe, fridge and kettle - all working , the host also provided iron and hair dryer, TV is great - so many movies to watch You cannot cook but we do not mind - who want to cook during holiday 😁 - easy check in and check out
