Very poor experience overall. The apartment was not well maintained, with stained bedsheets, a stiff shower handle due to calcification, a very loud screeching shower door, and mosquitoes in multiple areas, including the lobby during check-in. The service and coordination were also disappointing. I informed the staff multiple times that my roommate would arrive late at night around 2am, and they assured me that they would bring him up without issue. However, when he arrived, the main gate was locked and no one responded despite him knocking. He had to call us and wait outside for around 20 minutes, disturbing our sleep. It appeared the guard was sitting inside the AC lobby instead of being at the post where he could have seen my friend arrive. The most frustrating issue was the booking. We booked a 2BHK apartment almost two months in advance, but just a few days before arrival, the hotel said the booking was only for one-person occupancy and asked us to pay extra unless we changed it through the app. The app did not allow this change, and it made no sense that a 2BHK would be booked for only one person. Despite explaining this, they insisted we pay over 25% extra. Between the cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, late-night access problem, mosquitoes, and unfair additional charges, this was a very disappointing stay.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Breakfast had all the usual things you expect in south indian breaky and they were delicious. The staff on the floor especially were very good. Considering the busy/noisy location, the room was quiet. It was spacious despite the extra bed. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
It is located on a very busy street. Finding the entry was tricky and the bridge construction made it difficult as well, but not anything the hotel could do. They were prompt in communicating via Whatsapp throughout and even guiding us to drive into the parking lot.

They expect only foreigners to come and no indians it seems..my car driver complained about the crooked parking space in ground floor.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The hotel location is very opt and easy access to food joints and city... The reception desk was very courteous and rooms were quite spacious and kept tidy and clean. The breakfast was well spread and delicious.. and we especially have to mention Mrs Vanita, at the restaurant, who had a pleasing personality and was very good at customer service. We enjoyed our five day stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to all.
The washroom , should have a glass cubicle or at least a step rise thereby to avoid water spillage all over ...

The hotel is very nice at a very reasonable price. Bed very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Would recommend for a short stay.
No fridge in the room but we were told when leaving that we could’ve asked for one. That probably needs to be made clear to people on arrival. The lift was a bit off putting and could be more welcoming if cleaner.

Exceptionally the staffs at reception and at restaurant were very friendly and kind. They help us a lot and fulfilled our needs. The breakfast was delicious and we had a great meal together. A special mention to the lady staff who working at restaurant. She handle each and every guest with full of smile on face and served with lots of love and kindness. It’s made our day. Thank you for that. Definitely will stay again here when I come Trichy.

The hotel staff was helpful to arrange few hrs to extend before we head to airport. N not forgetting the staff name Wanitha she was in breakfast area. So ki d enough to give info n explain which shop to buy things. For my next trip to Trichy I will be choosing this hotel.
