The staff are poorly trained and lack professionalism. Their SOPs are questionable…for instance, the janitor was sweeping aggressively in the waiting lounge, raising dust while guests were resting. To make matters worse, the receptionist/cashier was found sleeping upon our arrival, yet still showed attitude during check-in.

There was fire accident no one has informed, there was a smoke smell then I woke up I my self, I am an Asthma patient. I have to run down then only I got to know about all this if this was major what would have been the situation then. When I asked this to them they r blabbering i was clue less, just packed thing no bath nothing just got in to car I drove back. Completely panic . Sti i am Suffering because of this. PLEASE BE RESPONSIVE ATLEAST IN EMERGENCY TIMES. THEY WERE NEGLEGENT.

Worst ever exper once with Booking.com as we reached the hotel at 11 pm after long travelling and the hotel denied us entry stating that they have not received any email from booking.com without properly checking. We were travelling with 2 infants and ladies on a family trip and nobody cared to even check. Seema they don’t even care what kind of action booking.com can take.

The first thing you notice is a big creepy photo of a guy looking at your bed , when asked ( The management wants this gentleman’s photo in all rooms and all over the property apparently). It was so uncomfortable.The restroom was not cleaned after the previous guest.

Me and my friend both 21+ but they still denied us our alloted room and their questions were rude. We booked this hotel because it was near our conference place me and my friend were there to attend . We choose this place thinking that their cost and grandeur looks ,they wont mind unmarried or ask unwanted questions like this to 21+ adults .please look into this booking.com .
