The staff's exceptional friendliness and remarkable promptness in addressing our needs are greatly appreciated. We particularly valued the special arrangements made by the management upon learning it was my son's birthday. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

The bathroom is experiencing a leak, resulting in a wet floor. It would be beneficial to have a broom available for sweeping up the water.

De afstanden tussen alles is vrij groot. Je kunt eigenlijk niets lopende doen, maar moet overal een taxi/grab voor regelen.

Great apartment that was very spacious and clean. Was in a great location for accessing different areas. Shops and places to eat are closed by. Good air con in the room and reliable WiFi. You can access the pool on site for a small fee. I can't remember how much but it was cheap. I was added to a WhatsApp group chat with the people who owned the apartment. This was handy as all info was posted here. Could also ask any questions and they would get back to you right away.

Only one key card was given which was sometimes inconvenient when my husband and I wanted to leave the apartment at different times. You are unable to access into the building or use the lifts without it.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Kuala Lumpur, y el apartamento en general está en buen estado. La comunicación fue buena y ellos son muy amables. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check in y más tarde nos acompañaron hasta el apartamento para explicarnos todo (incluso nos subieron las maletas antes de que nosotros llegáramos).

La cama de la habitación pequeña es muy dura, pero en general es una buena opción para alojarte en el centro de Kuala Lumpur.

Central location and walking distance from KLCC.

It was shown as a 2 BR apartment but it wasn’t very convenient, one washroom for two bed rooms only. One bedroom was too small and hardly held a queen sized bed in it. The washroom had a strange smell every now and then. Furniture and fans are old bed gives sound when we changed sides while sleeping. Fans also give a noisy sound.No coffee or tea provided at all. Crockery is short and dated. Only to cups for coffee are there which don’t match each other.

Good views and close to the Bukit Bintang walkway which takes you to the Pavillion and Petronas Twin Towers.

This was our worst stay in our entire Malaysia trip. We found cockroaches in the apartment. When I notified the management, they came down with cockroach spray so we were expected to kill them ourselves when found. Mattresses were old and the springs in them made it really uncomfortable for sleeping. To make matters worse, 2 days later the Aircon failed in one of the rooms. It couldn't be fixed so a fan was provided but unfortunately if you are not accustomed to KL heat and humidity this isn't enough and we couldn't get any sleep. The following day I requested the bed in the room where the Aircon failed to be moved to the living room where there was at least Aircon. The entire apartment itself looked tired and old and was in need of refurbishment. The only saving grace was they extended my checkout by one hour as we had a late flight departure. We stayed in the family 2 bedroom apartment so not sure what the other apartments are like. Soho Suites by Rest Kuala Lumpur unfortunately for us turned out to be not so Restful.

When i first arrived, the room was really clean, the staff is really friendly and fast response. The check in and out procedures are also easy to understand since it is really clear. The spot was really good too with shops nearby easy to find foods.

We zijn hier twee nachten verbleven. Het team is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! We voelden ons heel erg welkom en kwamen niks te kort. Dat was echt goud waard. Voor onze 22 maanden zoon hadden ze een campingbedje, daar waren we heel blij mee aangezien hij in het vorige verblijf slecht had geslapen. We hadden een WhatsApp groep met het team tijdens ons verblijf, als er wat was konden we appen en werd er snel gereageerd. Heel erg handig 😊 Verder is het een toplocatie, niet ver van KLCC en Petronas Twin Towers en met eetgelegenheden/supermarktje in de nabije omgeving.

Op de foto’s lijkt het appartement mooier dan het is. In werkelijkheid is het appartement wat verouderd en er mag wel wat onderhoud worden gepleegd. De inrichting is heel basic. De douche was matig, er zat plakband aan de stang, verder veel kalkaanslag en wat schimmel. Overdag was er lawaai van de werkzaamheden op straat.

非常感谢接待我们的老板or员工。我们在这里度过了两天的假期，酒店里的设施都挺满意的，很齐全。特别是工作人员，非常感谢为我们提供的帮助！作为外国人来大马旅游，不会马来语，英语也不怎么好，旅程中不小心出事了，需要跟本地人沟通，举目无亲的情况下联系了酒店的接待员，没想到得到了帮助😭😭😭，非常感谢。以后我再来吉隆坡会选择到这家酒店的。地理位置也不错，距离武吉免登步行大概二十分钟。走大概十五分钟能到上汤街。然后离KLCC也挺近的。榴莲煎蕊我们吃的那家距离酒店也是大概1-2公里。不过吉隆坡的公路对行人不太友好，直线1公里的情况下步行很容易就变成3-4公里。图片是我们去独立广场还有双子塔那边玩，去独立广场打车比较方便，就是有点堵车。

I had a wonderful stay at Soho Suite KLCC by Rest Kuala Lumpur with my family. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and my family really loved it. That’s the reason we always choose to stay here whenever we visit Kuala Lumpur. The service was excellent. Ms. Jessy and Siti Nora were very helpful and always ready to assist us by providing all the necessary information. Mr. Kawaer also supported us during check-in and made the process smooth and easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back again!

However, there is one area that could be improved. Communication via WhatsApp can be a bit confusing. When we contacted one number, we were redirected to another, and then again to a different number. For a single booking, we had to contact multiple phone numbers just to get proper information. It would be much better if the management could provide one dedicated contact number to handle all booking and stay-related queries.

The host team was really nice and helpful during our stay. They added us into a WhatsApp group, so if anything we just message there, quite convenient actually. No need to keep going up and down every time. The room was okay but quite spacious, so still comfortable for our family.

Location was amazing, just a few minutes to main attractions. The pedestrian sky walk is nearby and connects you to main locations withouth having to pass through busy traffic. Check in was smooth and we had help from staff throughout our stay. Bed was comfy and overall cleanliness was ok. The view from the livingroom was totaly worth the money. They also offered iron, hairdryer and washing machine (along with detergent), big plus. Overall, if you are not too picky regarding the looks of the location, it's a good recommendation. Thanks for the stay!

In it's beggining, the apartment was very high end. As years passed, no one took care of it, no maintenance was done, parts of the kitchen cabinets are almost wearing off, there is mold in the shower and multiple other missing parts around the apartment. However, if you are not too picky you can live with it.

Great situation, midway between KLCC park and Bukit Bintang.

6am call to prayer is very loud in this area. Remember to ask for sofa bed to be made up if you want to use it.

The location was so strategic! It was very convenient and very near for us to attend comic fiesta event at KLCC.

Location was great. The room was fine, but the whole experience was let down by massively poor communication. We were given the wrong rooms and the following days were almost Faulty Towers like. I don't want to write this as it means reliving the whole scenario. Let's just say trying to book rooms here through different operators is a nightmare. Next time I would seek out a similar hotel with helpful staff and be happy to pay more.

You have no idea of the running around required. Considering the poor communication between different owners we couldn't never be compensated enough

The person receiving us was good in his service. The location is excellent. Security is pretty good around this area.

The conditions of the apartment is poor. The basin in the toilet is moldy on the top side and the shower head is not in good condition as water seems to be leaking from the connection of the water head. As a whole, the apartment needs a refurbishment.

Las vistas de las habitaciones

The place looked like something Josef Fritzel would rent out! It was really dirty and gross. The second bedroom had no window and a half painted wall. The couch has a rug wrapped around half of it and the smell in the apartment was really bad. The photos were not representative. The gym and pool had an open extra fee and the overall vibe and standard of the place was lacking. 10/10 would not recommend.

El apartamento es cómodo pero en la cocina le falta menaje para cuatro personas. Una de las habitaciones era interior y la pintura estaba muy deteriorada,. El plato de ducha estaba algo sucio y viejo.

Wasn’t super clean, very basic, furniture was very uncomfortable, basic bed, rubbish pillows, couch was rediculously uncomfortable. Only provided with three rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 5 nights.

All good considering the reasonable room rate with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Check in flawless and nice introduction of building and appartement amendities through host. Location just around the corner of Petronas Towers, with connection to public transportation.

This is my second time stays in SOHO. The location was superb. Checking was smoothly. I've booked skysuite unfortunately skusuite reject my chkin due to room electrical issues. So I've to cancelledast mkn and I I've to book another apartment and SOHO was my choice. The free parking is available but it's narrow small turn around corner multistory carpark. Not advisable for bigger car to enter parking. The room is spacious. Good beds a d near Twin towers. 7-11 just nearby across the streets. And there is a link way walmi g direct to pavilion frm KLCc. Will recomend to all friends.
