Ascot Grange Hotel & Apartments

A good location for cricket at Headingley. The room was very clean & the staff efficient and very friendly.

It was all fine for my requirements.

We liked the fact it was near to restaurants and shops. There was also a regular bus service into Leeds.

We would have preferred a larger room.

Groot bed en klein bed erg prettig. Eten was erg goed.

De combinatie met restaurant was wat apart we waren bijna de enige gasten. En paar dagen later zou het restaurant verhuizen zei hij....had meer idee dat ze failliet waren. Eten was wel erg goed

Pleasant triple room

Faffy online preregistration

Staff were very helpful, friendly and communicative on the phone. The location was accessible, we travelled at night and it was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable.

Nothing

Filthy dirty

Ease of access getting in and out of the appointment. The appointment was very well equipped, very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a great night's sleep. The curtains were black out which was a great bonus being light early morning. There was a spar opposite which was 24hour, great if you forgot anything

It was a little further away from leeds festival which i booked it for, however that my my mistake as I don't know the area

Great location, very clean, great value

Nothing much to dislike at all

The location is great for the cricket ground. The restaurant next door is very good. (Just needed reminding about the discount as a hotel guest)

The room doors could do with updating.

We didnt really get proper breakfast even though we booked it but the accommodation was great!

Very nice greeting from the hostess. Great location.

Expensive for such a small room and no breakfast.

Amazing staff, delicious restaurant. Thank you to the receptionist! She was a star

Lovely and clean. Great location. Lovely staff.

Nothing.

Disappointing really. Obviously paying for the location rather than the hotel standard

Room was very small and dated. Served its purpose but not value for money

Staff gentile che ci ha combinato due prenotazioni e su mia richiesta ci ha dato la camera al primo piano e non più su

Potrebbe esserci un mini frigo in camera ma col fresco che ha fatto non è stato indispensabile.

Great location Friendly staff Apartment was spacious and clean Will stay again when in the area

Just needs a dustpan and brush and tea towel in kitchen but thats it! Fab all round!

Stanza ordinata e molto pulita rispetto agli standard inglesi. Camera luminosa e abbastanza grande per starci in 3

Le finestre non si oscuravano del tutto e le coperte pur essendo pulite presentavano degli aloni (probabilmente non vanno via).

Great location. Friendly, helpful and flexible staff. Brand new, well equipped apartment. Clean. Comfy bed, nice bedding Nice views of the tree tops from bed with your cuppa

Not much, couple of unfinished bits in the bathroom like where the pipes go into the wall needs a trim

The room was clean, had TV and WiFi. The bed and pillows were comfy.

Room was really tight and quite small for the price I paid. The shower was extremely small and the shower head kept falling down. Really noisy at night with thin walls and noise from outside.

Responsive host even though we arrive late, room was clean and tidy!!

we stayed only 1 night, so nothing to commend.

The service was excellent

Nothing

Didn't have any

Not keen continental

Nothing

The room was filthy. A member of staff entered our room at 7am waking us up. Unacceptable. Would avoid this place

Everything was great.

The living room was very hot, but in these weather condition its out of control.

Location was great, welcoming staff and clean rooms with plenty of parking

A little dated

Friendly in reception

Rom was a little tired and small.

Everything about the Hotel was perfect

Nothing not to like

Proximity to sports ground and bars

Room was very small

everything and my friend had her birthday on wednesday and was treated to a card and present which was a very lovely gesture thank you

nothing

The quality and standard of the apartment was really high, which is not obvious from the external appearance.

great - huge well appointed apartment in headingley - brilliant value really for the size

be aware that the htoel rooms are also numbered the same as the apartments so you can go to the wrong number 4 - apartments should be differentiated so 4A

Staff were friendly, it was quite clean and had everything I needed

It was very noisy at night

The hotel is situated in a great location, conveniently near a petrol station and several pubs. While it has a simple appearance, it offers comfortable beds and a pleasant shower. The cleanliness was impressive, making it ideal for my short stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a good night's sleep at an affordable price.

Small room but comfortable.

Location, price and very friendly and helpful staff

Receptionist was very helpful and happy to serve us

The room was clean, comfortable and good value for the location. Good parking and friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location for central Leeds.

Welcoming staff, clean and tidy and good location for what we needed.

Great location, super clean. Newly refurbished. Parking free on site. Would recommend.

I had to leave too early, before the breakfast I had ordered was served

Excellent location. Comfortable, quiet and friendly staff

Location was great. Simple but nice and clean room. Pleasant staff on reception

Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the location was perfect for our needs. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable.

Practical location. Friendly staff. Clean and easy to find. Great shower.

A little noise on the ceiling at night - as we had a basement room under the restaurant.

Very clean convenient with good parking and nice staff

Very noisy, above whoever is in the room on top of mine. It was very, very noisy. You could hear them walking about banging and cluttering about for quite a long time.

Noise from the room above

Easy to find hotel. Had an EV charger which was very handy for us, and reasonably priced. Room was large and comfortable. Easy to check in/out.

A bit dated hotel, no lift, old fashioned key entry. Hall was a bit dark and smelly. Towels in room were a little too small, even for the average person. TV was small.

Location was perfect and Jasmine was delightful.

Being underneath the restaurant was a bit noisy.

Convenient location

Room very noisy as it was beneath the restaurant and you could hear people walking. It was a twin room and it was a shame the beds weren’t together.

Comfy bed and clean bathroom and room. Basic room, but what I needed for a quick stay.

Nothing bad.

Price and the lovely staff. Very responsive to messages and very helpful. The room was very clean and bed was very comfy. There was an EV point which was essential for us.

The only thing I didn’t like was the road the hotel was on was very busy and we were facing the front of the hotel. Another time I would ask for a back room.

Comfortable rooms, excellend food at the Voujon. Very helpful receptionist.

This was a great find. Amazing value, super lovely hosts, and overall a very clean and pleasant stay. I’d recommend!

Nothing

Comfy beds clean

All ok

It was a good location

Room was cold they tried to charge us twice for breakfast room was grubby

Great value for Money for what it was

Everything in the room was perfect

Nothing

The single room was clean and comfy

The small plastic kettle with the plug and lead attached, have to be careful not to drop plug in sink

On arrival, we were greeted by the lovely Omar. I am not sure if I got his name right he was so helpful to help us with our bags to the room I booked the family room through the 1st floor with my sister and daughter . The room was very ni6ce Will book again

Disappointed not hot breakfast. we had an early start as attending a funeral, and a hit breakfast would have been great .

Clean bedroom

Radiator in bathroom not working

Great location at the top end of Headingley, comfortable beds, really excellent of the staff to allow us to check in early after our enquiry as it really helped our stay.

The rooms were really warm, don’t think the heating needed to be on that high for the temperature outside.

The bed was very hard. We could feel the slats through the mattress. I had to go back to sleep once I got home. The radiator in the bathroom was on all night. So we had to open the bedroom window as it was to hot in the room. But once the window was open you are on a major flight path which stars very early. When we were leaving we noticed that everyone's windows were open, so I presume everyone had the same issue.
