Geweldige ligging Vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam en zorgden voor alles! Niks was te gek Heerlijk ontbijt (verderop in de straat, 10 seconden lopen)

Balkon was erg klein en de helft van de ruimte was ingenomen door een gigantische plantenbak, niet comfortabel zitten met 2 personen

I had a great stay at Golden Legend Boutique Hotel. Everything was perfect, from the room and location to the overall atmosphere. But the best part was definitely the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

There was some construction going on across the road during my stay, which caused a bit of noise at times, but of course this was completely outside the hotel’s control.

Location is superb, service from ROGER receptionist is very good! He informed us details we need during our stay, very helpful to our needs and assisted us until we leave the hotel

Our room 401 aircon was not cold, we need to open the electric fan. The hallway is not air-conditioned also. Our other family who stayed in 9th floor needed to take the stairs because elevator is only until 8th floor, but staff is very helpful who helped carry our suitcase to/from the stairs. Kudos to staff!

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with everything well maintained and in good condition. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a nice variety of options.

建物は少し古い感じがしましたが、とにかく受付スタッフが常に笑顔でとても親切で120点をつけたくなるほとでした。ロケーションも最高でした。ベトナムの宿には大抵リンスがないのでシャンプーは付属のものがありますがセットで持っていかれるとよいかと思います。徒歩圏内にミシュラン獲得のphoのお店やブンチャーのお店、チェーのお店などあり、素晴らしい滞在になりました。

The location was the main advantage. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the railway station, which was very convenient for us. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

We originally booked this hotel, but were accommodated in another nearby hotel, which we were told was essentially the same property. We arrived at around 1 a.m., very tired, and were placed on the top floor. We were told it was an upgrade because the room was larger, but unfortunately, at 8 a.m. drilling and demolition work started right next to our room. It was extremely noisy and we could not sleep, which was very disappointing after arriving so late at night. After some time, we were moved to another room, apparently the room we were originally supposed to stay in, and it was much quieter. We also had a train at 10 p.m., so we decided to stay at the hotel until the evening because we were exhausted. Considering the unpleasant morning we had, I expected the hotel to offer some discount for the late check-out, but instead we were charged even more than the usual rate: 950 instead of 800. We were told that all rooms were booked and that the next guest would need to be moved to a better room, which was the reason for the higher price. The rooms are quite old, although they were clean. The breakfast was also not particularly good.

The location was do central and the service was excellent. Shawn was excellent in his customer service and went out of the way to help us with everything!! The only negative thing was that the noise from the construction site opposite the hotel was disrupting our sleep as they would be at work drilling and piling all night ...

I stayed at this hotel for many time and had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, near many places to visit. Overall, it is a good hotel and I would recommend it.

Reception staff was very attentive, welcoming and helpful. They spoke good English. Room was very comfortable and clean. Decor lives up to the word "boutique" in it's name. Would book again on next trip to Hanoi.

The balcony was a bit tiny but it comes with being in the heart of Hanoi.

The location.

We got a room with air conditioner that didn’t work. Asked for a new room but was told that all rooms were occupied. Until I said that I would give them “true review” then suddenly that was another room “available”. The breakfast was poor. Was pretty pricey but didn’t live it up at all. Would not recommend this hotel to others.

The staff,especially Shaun and Roger,went the extra mile to help us with everything,from booking grab taxis,to giving advice on places to eat,infact they were superb,also the cleaners were excellent,rooms were cleaned and re supplied every day,it was a wonderfull stay and we will reccomend it to everyone we know,deffinately worth the 10 out of 10 we gave.

The only thing that we didn't like to much was the building work opposite,but that is not the hotels fault,there was nothing they could have done about it.

We did not like the property. I booked at golden boutique, when i reached i got golden armor hotel, rooms were so small. I was asked to pay at the property by cash-as a tourist you reserve cash, i had to pay through card and i was charged 5% extra. I want to escalate this and get refund.

Si nous revenons sur Hanoï nous reviendrons probablement dans cet hôtel

La douche fuyait un peu donc le reste de la salle de bain était mouillé mais ça ne nous a pas embêtés plus que ça. Les photos ne correspondent pas à 100% à la chambre en terme d'esthétisme mais c’etait très bien

The room was a little small for a family

We enjoyed our vacation in Hanoi because of their amazing staff. Kudos to Shawn, Roger, and San (the night shift guy)! They were so attentive to our needs that made our stay extra special. We were so grateful for the holiday tips and the fruits and yoghurt Shawn packed for us to take to the airport.

Breakfast was a simple buffet but sufficient and delicious. Location is great with short walks to main attractions. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Nothing really. The hotel is perfect for budget travellers travelling with their friends / family / kids who want to explore the city without paying a lot for their accommodation yet have a comfortable convenient clean stay. So with no fancy 5 stars expectations, the hotel is perfect.

Réservation à golden legend boutique mais en arrivant on nous dit que la chambre se trouve à golden amour un peu plus loin finalement tout s'est bien passé. Annah et Andrew se sont bien occupés de nous.ils nous ont conseillés pour des sorties.
