Rubbish had accumulated on a terrace that didn't have access from apartment. We requested that this be removed, but was not done prior to our departure

Reviewed Jun 4, 2024The apartment is located in a really new big block of buoldongs, in a good silent location with many stores and restaurants/cafes around. The apartment is completely new and the services provided in it are convenient for longer stays (includes washing machine and dryer so you can wash your towels and bedsheets since theee is only one set provided by person)
- It was obvious that the whole building was not yet ready to operate. Despite the very respectful amount of money we paid for a 2 week long accomodation, especially the common space facilities (like office and gym) were not working as we expected. - internet was not working for the first week meaning that we couldn't work unless using our mobile data - no soap/paper in the toilets in the common areas - we asked before taking any action to have the building details in order to make an order through courier but we were not informed that reception is not accepting deliveries and the post boxes in the building are only available through a specific courier company.
