Reviewed Sep 19, 2026We have stayed at Broc House quite a few times over the years. It has parking . The equipment provided is excellent. The shower in the studio apartment is excellent. We will be booking again. A bottle of olive oil , kitchen towel, bottle of water in fridge, tea, coffee, milk all provided:
The wall clock needed a battery. We fixed it. The cistern needs looking at. It doesn’t stop so doesn’t fill again. The freezer compartment door is missing! So it frosts up very quickly. But every thing else is great.

The reception layout no one there to greet and book you in we phoned 3 times and got voice mail 10 /20 min later a resident came out it was that lovly man that alerted the member of staff we was waiting to check in i cant say it was a brilliant experience when you have had a long drive i hope they do improve cuz the suites are very nice for short stays and it was nice to have tea n coffee milk in the suites to to have a drink after a long drive

Although we only stayed one night, you could easily base yourself here for a longer stay as it has everything you need, including some complimentary things to get you started. A little out of the city it’s only a 15 minute car/taxi journey in. Very helpful staff.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The apartment was much bigger than expected and overall it was clean. The property is in quiet neighborhood, so we enjoyed that. We used the train to get to the city center every day and it was convenient.
Nothing bad necessarily. We didn’t see a staff member during our stay, not even for check out on a Monday morning, so don’t expect to see a proper lobby. I had requested way in advance for the staff to arrange our sofa bed with bed sheets and on arrival we were disappointed that the sofa bed was not done and we couldn’t find any extra bedsheets in the apartment, so I had to sleep with no sheets. We had arrived around midnight. I was just disappointed that I had notified the staff about sofa bed + bedsheets way over 48 hours in advance (as they required) and they didn’t deliver. Again, not a big deal, but sharing this with other guests so they can make requests like this and insist on it.

Apt was spotless, with everything you could need for a short or longer term stay. Beds very comfortable, Excellent shower....we were all very happy with our stay.

Even though it looked clean, when I dropped water on the floor and used a towel to mop it up it was filthy.. so Not cleaned properly. More importantly the shower blocked up and flooded the bathroom and the reaction of the Duty manager was not at all too fussed about it and said to me the unit had been cleaned before we had come in. Clearly not well enough. Staff were not friendly and not bothered by issues we had. Food had been left in the freezer from previous occupants and frying pan had not been cleaned well. The washing basin's plug was not working so washed dishes in a huge pasta pan. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was too long. Got a refund for part of the trip, only with Booking.com's assistance.

Es war unglaublich warm im Appartment und einiges war reichlich abgewohnt. Die Ausziehcouch im Wohnbereich war komplett durchgelegen. Der Stiel bei einem Topf ist fast abgefallen (war leicht anzuschrauben). Eine Schranktür war komplett verzogen und damit nicht geschlossen. Es gab nur 2 Stühle beim Esstisch (bei 4er-Belegung - sehr unpassend beim Frühstücken).

I think in summer a fan in each room lounge/bedroom when using the sofa bed as q bedroom would be best. Could you issue raffle tickets for left luggage. There were alot of black rucksacks which could have easily been mistaken

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten (auch die Schlafcouch). Bei der Küchenausstattung könnte noch nachgebessert werden (Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, mehr Besteck u. Geschirr).

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026These apartment are of high standard. We have stayed in them now for the last 2 years. Would recommend them to everyone. The location for us was perfect as we were going to the RDS. Facilities are excellent, Clean and beds were very comfortable.
