Mycket trevlig ägare som gav tips på aktiviteter samt restaurang i närheten. Mycket personligt. Stor terass som alla gäster kunde använda. Nära till livsmedelsbutik.

Accueil très chaleureux,la propriétaire vous explique dans un bon français ce que vous pouvez visiter,sachant que la ville est bien desservie par les transports

La atención es excelente. Rosalía es muy atenta y muy detallista. El alojamiento está muy bien y es muy cómodo y práctico. Nos ha encantado.

Camera pulita e spaziosa. Ottima l’idea del cestino per la colazione ben assortito.

Bardzo sympatyczny gospodarz, wytłumaczył Nam co warto zobaczyć w Porto i jakie sa typowe portugalskie potrawy, lub lokalne dla Porto i gdzie je zjeść. Takze dzieki niemu jedliśmy smaczną Francesiane i byliśmy na świetnej degustacji wina Porto. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, nowocześnie urządzony ma duzo przestrzeni. Aneks kuchenny jest w zamykanej szafie więc jest niewidoczny - tam jedynie moglaby być zainstalowana mała lampka lub listwa LED aktywowana przyciskiem lub na ruch żeby nie musieć zapalać głównego światła gdy się chce wziąć kubek na wodę.

Zelo prijazno osebje. Kadar koli sva kaj potrebovali, so bili takoj odzivni. Ob sprejemu sva dobili tudi zelo koristne informacije o mestu in vino za dobrodošlico. Lokacija je mirna. V bližini trgovina, avtobusna postaja in tudi nekaj restavracij. Soba je bila velika in zelo funkcionalna. Imela je tudi manjšo kuhinjo z osnovno opremo. Zelo dober in bogat zajtrk so nama vsako jutro dostavili v košari. Vse sobe imajo dostop do velike skupne terase, ki je lepo opremljena z vrtno opremo.

Oddaljenost lokacije od centra mesta. Mesto vsa namreč raziskovali peš in sva se kar dobro nahodili.

Ter um quarto no nível -1 acho de mau gosto, e desrespeitador pelos hóspedes! O quarto situa-se numa cave!! Impensável!!Não aconselhável a pessoas claustrofóbicas ..o quarto resume-se a duas pequenas janelas que estão ao nível do Jardim. Para completar uma estadia desastrosa , a ventilação da casa de banho ao acender luz fazia um barulho insurtecedor..o pior é que o responsável pelo quarto disse que sabiam que tinham problemas na ventilação!! A minha pergunta é, ao saber que têm problemas na ventilação não reparam??? Deixam simplesmente assim ? Mau de demais, mau demais!Ainda por cima quando se paga o preço de um quarto de hotel quase. Uma falta de respeito e consideração mo mínimo por os hóspedes. Jamais aconselharia este alojamento.

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien, amplias y limpias. Está a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro y Rosalía fue un encanto.

Trop bruyant, bâtiment plein de charme mais avec les sols en bois d’époque et la proximité de la porte d’entrée très difficile de se reposer la nuit.

Desayuno no teníamos,en cuanto a la ubicación en la reserva ponía que estaba a 700m del centro, cuando en realidad se encontraba a 2km, lo.cual nos pareció algo lejos

Quitando la ubicación que íbamos con la idea que estaba más cerca y nos decepcionó un poco por lo demás nos gustó mucho todo

Me gusto el recibimiento, la atención y el apartamento muy lindo y acogedor. Lo recomiendo 100%.

La casa y la habitación es tal cual se muestra en las fotos es preciosa. La anfitriona maravillosa nos dejó un detalle de bienvenida

Localização ótima. Espaço muito bem cuidado e transformado. Casa cheia de encanto. Fomos recebidas muito amavalmente pela Rosália que foi impecável e excelente em tudo.

La amabilidad y cariño de Rosalía. Nos explicó la historia de Portugal y nos dio muy buenos consejos para nuestra estancia en Oporto.

El único pero que estaba un pelín lejos del centro. Andamos mucho y callejeamos mucho, pero, también hay opción de transporte publico cerca.

Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!!! Das Zimmer befand sich in einem schönen Altbau, das Zimmer war renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, als Willkommensgeschenk gab es eine Flasche Wein, auch eine kleine Küche war vorhanden. Das Frühstück wird im Picknickkorb von einem Caterer geliefert und findet sich am Morgen vor der Tür. Die U-Bahn zur Innenstadt ist 10 Minuten entfernt, ein Bus hält fast vor der Tür oder man läuft einfach (25 min.) Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

nur wenig Verbesserungspotential, zB. etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wären gut. Ansonsten alles top und auf Wünsche wird sofort reagiert, prima!

We've visited Porto a few times before so wanted a more neighborhood location with a small kitchen to make breakfast before heading out. Since it was summer, having an individual A/C unit with remote control means we can keep the room as cool as we prefer. The kitchen had a pod coffee maker and electric kettle which gave us options to make coffee and tea each day. The bed was comfortable (and quiet during the festival weekend) and the property was a lovely oasis in an area of Porto filled with historic houses. The host was very helpful and welcoming which we appreciate.

Judge for yourself on Google Maps if the location is close enough to the tourist parts of Porto. Besides a nice walk or taking the nearby metro, Bolt and Uber makes it easy to get around. When I first found this property on Booking, I thought there were only a few rooms. However it is a much bigger property with an extension building in the back, plus a garden. So be aware when choosing a room type and comparing photos. Ours had a wall between the bedroom and bathroom which was fine with us, but there is no bathroom door. Since it's a guest house and not a hotel, there is no reception nor staff at night.

Super friendly owners who are easily contactable, friendly and helpful. They made getting into Porto really easy and sorted out my transfer from the airport with Duarte (great man and taxi driver), who was on time and got me to the property quickly. The property itself is very nice and the instructions for getting in were clear and easy to understand. My room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. It had everything I needed like Aircon, fridge, small appliances etc. The real cherry on top was being gifted a free bottle of home made wine upon arrival which was a really nice touch. The place itself is a bit outside of the Centre, but this is actually quite nice as the area is quite chilled out and quieter. The centre of Porto is around 20-30 mins walk away, which is downhill and really easy to get to. You can take public transport down there if you really need to. Overall I had a lovely stay here and want to come back again. Thanks for having me.

צ׳ק אין מאוחר וצ׳ק אאוט מוקדם, החלון פנה לגג עם כל המזגנים של הבנין, החדר עצמו לא מאורגן הכי נוח לא היו שקעים במיקום גלוי ועוד כל מיני פרטים לא נוחים

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer und die Aussicht lässt zu wünschen übrig Familien Zimmer mit Wand sicht 1 Zimmer mit Milchglasfenster ohne Aussicht 1 Zimmer mit 1 Fenster Hauswandsicht und 1Fenster immerhin mit Gartensicht und Klimaanlagenkästen Sicht Das sollte bitte erwähnt werden beim Zimmerauswählen Die Bewährtungen mit 9 und 10 erstaunt uns Schade das es nicht erwähnt wird

Rosalia was very helpful, gave us a lot of tips for the city and was always in touch. The hotel is very good looking, comfortable, has very nice terrace, we were happy about this experience

It’s a little bit far to walk to the center but there’s a free parking area in front of the hotel which was a big advantage for a city like Porto.

Appartment in good location, 30min walk till old city. But for us was missing kitchen, there is only fridge and microwave. And very small room.

The owner is charming and incredibly helpful. She made us very welcome. There were 5 of us using 3 rooms so the owner gave us 3 complementary bottles of Vinho Verde. There is a nice patio where guests can relax. The owner spent ages showing us on a map the places to visit and also one or two to avoid. We decided not to take the breakfast option but they can take breakfast to your room if you wish. The rooms had smalll, well equipped kitchenettes including a fridge and microwave. Very nicely furnished with excellent bathroom. Despite the location, the street is very pleasant and quiet. The accommodation is about 20 minutes walk to central Porto although taxis are abundant as well.

Small point: our bed although firm, was slightly higher at the edges causing us to roll towards the middle.

Aamiainen oli erittäin miellyttävä, piknik-korillinen syötävää. Aamiaisen voi nauttia hotellin terassilla, linnut lauloivat ja aurinko paistoi (tosin vielä aamu-alhaalta). Teen keitin huoneessa ja otin mukaani hotellin kattoterassille.

Huone oli jonkinverran kulunut, selkeästi asumisen jälkiä.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Rosalia, eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Es gab eine köstliche Flasche Wein vom eigenen Weingut als Willkommensgeschenk. Sie hat desweiteren alle interessanten Punkte auf der Porto Karte gekennzeichnet und gute Empfehlungen was essen und trinken betrifft gegeben. Frühstück war frisch und wurde liebevoll jeden Tag in einem Korb vor dem Zimmer abgestellt, nimmt einem den Stress pünktlich zum Frühstücksbuffet zu erscheinen. Gemütlich Terrasse um Abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen .

Zimmer war teilweise ein bisschen laut durch Baustellengeräusche in der Nähe, war aber auch nur tagsüber. Nachts sehr ruhig weil kaum befahrene Strasse.

The architecture was beautiful. High ceilings, etc. There was a nice patio in the back to relax on. The neighborhood was quiet.

The bathroom had clearly been renovated, but there was no door and not a single towel rack/shelf on which to put anything. The sink was a stand alone that was not against the wall making it beautiful, but hard to use. I assume this was do to an interest in preserving the beauty of the architecture, but it was less practical.

El alojamiento es tal cuál en las imágenes, muy lindo, cómodo y Rosalía piensa cada detalle. Ideal para pasar una semana y disfrutarlo. La comodidad, limpieza y el sentido de hogar fue lo que más nos gustó. Volveríamos a conocer más la ciudad y disfrutar de Casa D' Almeida. Súper recomendable.

아쉬운점은. 예약한룸이. 계단을 많이 올라가야한다는거 캐리어들고 올라가긴 무리가있어 다른룸을 사용하게되서 아쉬움이 있네요 그렇지만. 만족스러운곳이였습니다 친절도에. 감사하게. 머물다갔습니다
