Das Zimmer war gut. Das Bettlaken war zwar schmutzig, wurde jedoch sofort gewechselt, und es wurde sich mehrfach dafür entschuldigt. Der Gastgeber war stets höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Massage war ebenfalls sehr gut.

A very comfortable 3 night stay and great value for money. The hotel is perfectly located amongst coffee shops, restaurants, markets and more. Rooms are clean, AC is great and the shower was the best I’ve had since being in Vietnam. The family that run the hotel are lovely, helpful and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Sometimes there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. It could be cleaner.

The AC was very bad. Also the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I wasn’t going to leave a review as I don’t like to negatively affect a business if I’m not going to leave a perfect score. However, the woman at the front grabbed my phone out of my hand and started leaving herself a 10 star review. Suddenly the high score (the reason that we booked here) made sense.

We got a free upgrade which was super nice of them. The rooms are very comfortable, quite, clean and spacious. The room felt super modern and fresh. The AC was powerful and the TV works great. Had a kettle and with tea and coffee. Lovely shower with hot water and good pressure. The staff were really friendly and they allowed us to leave out bags with them on checkout before out flight later that day. They help with taxis if needs be and overall cane across very helpful and professional. There is a lift to get to the rooms. The location os brilliant too.

It was a really nice quite place, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have tour services from the front desk which is very helpful. Clean towels and sheets everyday as well as two fresh water bottles. Definitely recommend.

Bed was a bit hard but I still had a really good sleep anyway

The properties location couldn’t be more ideal. They are also very generous and let us leaves our bags multiple times and extend our stay last minute. They also have a spa facility to get your nails done which was handy.

If you are in Hanoi for a few days the location is really good. It is easy to go to all the best spots you want ti visit in the old quarter. The staff is likewise really nice and we did not have any issues with noise from the street

This is hands-down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam so far. The staff are genuinely friendly, and the room is large, bright, and welcoming. There’s a perfect little desk–vanity combo that makes it easy to work and get ready in comfort. Housekeeping brings fresh towels and bottled water every day, and the room even has a mini-fridge. On top of that, the location is central, so you can reach everything quickly. Spacious, luminous, and perfectly equipped—highly recommended.

They upgraded me onto a bigger room even though we booked last minute before checking in, the staff were helpful and the room is clean and spacious! The balcony is a big win!

They don't have security for the bikes so if you're parking overnight they won't take responsibility for the loss. If you plan to park overnight, the parking slot at Cho Hang Da is available around 200m away

The location is very convinient, u can walk to most of the places in 5-10 min, lot of cafeterias and spa salons around. The staff are very very helpul. U can book a tri also from this hotel.

Amazing stay at Hanoi Center View. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean and the bathroom was well equipped with a hot shower, toiletries and towels. I had a large balcony too, which was amazing relaxing after a long day

It was in a good location, very central from most places

I had specifically booked the double room and paid more as the king room meant I had to walk stairs with a heavy luggage, however on arrival was put in the king room, which also meant it was two single beds that were together and they were very uneven which meant it was a little uncomfortable.

Everything was great, the room was clean, lots of space, in the courtyard so it was very quiet. The hotel is in a very good location, everything is within easy reach. The staff is great, the price-quality ratio is very good! We recommend it!

The staff are so lovely and the location is perfect, it’s right in the middle of everything in the old town so it is easy to get around. I came back a second time and it was just as good, if not better the second time. Nice and quiet for solo travellers :)

An excellent location in the center of Hanoi, with several nearby food spots offering different options. The hotel has excellent facilities, very clean and well organized. Each day of your stay, they provide the personal care items you need. Moreover, the staff's service is excellent—very kind and respectful.

Such a convenient location and really lovely helpful staff. Loved the big windows so I could get fresh air, it's the best value for money in Hanoi. The staff were always kind, I even requested a lamp for my room and they brought one for me to use freely. They cleaned my room and changed the towels every day. Perfect 👍

Nice staff, good view

Very helpful staff they will help you with everything including laundry booking trips arranging taxis and airport pick ups. The rooms are good value for money and you are right in the centre of old quarter walkable distance to most things or a short taxi ride away from museums etc

This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam! Harley on reception was exceptional and so helpful with food recommendations and booked all our tours for us with a discount. They also gave us a free upgrade. The room was so clean and spacious and we were given free water daily. Would 100% recommend!

Balcony room is perfect

The staff were so so lovely and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Allowed helped us with a fast laundry service as we were leaving the city quickly, helped us to organise transport and allowed to store our bags as we went away for a trip. Such a fantastic accommodation for travellers, very welcoming and kind.

Even though the hotel booking is confirmed, the hotel sends a message saying that the room could not be provided at the last minute. This is not good for any visitor. The entire itinerary is finalized, so it is a big problem if the room is not provided. Although the hotel had arranged a room in another hotel, the room was not that good and suitable.

Clean spacious room. Excellent location. Staff where brilliant. Was able to book Halong Bay for very good price. Hotel pick up with that. Laundry service very good. They tidy and make bed each day which was a lovely extra. Also helped with other queries about food and airport transport
