Posizione comoda e facile accesso. Lo staff ha risposto subito alle mie mail e ho trovato lo spazio silenzioso e tranquillo. La peculiarità del tema futuristico è simpatica. Ho trovato buono anche il livello di pulizia.

Le indicazioni su come accedere alla capsula e come chiuderla sono talvolta contrastanti o non aggiornate e ciò potrebbe portare a confusione. Ad esempio, sul lato interno della porta è appeso un avviso per ricordarsi di non chiudersi dentro la capsula senza chiave che probabilmente risale a quando le chiavi magnetiche si potevano portare in giro.

Tutto stupendo. Doccia e bagni in comune ma sempre puliti. Posizione buona.

20min walk to the city centre, safe area to stay. A few restaurants and convenience stores around. Towel provided. I liked that I could watch TV in the capsule. Fairly spacious in a double capsule for a single person

Upon entering the hostel it felt eerily empty. Eventually others did come, but they were very inconsiderate, entering in the middle of the night and making so much noise. Not really the hostels fault, however, I expected the capsules to be more noise proof than they were. The pods rock when people below enter theirs. The metal lockers provided make so much noise and as people were storing things in them, they were being opened all hours of the night. The sliding doors to the capsules also make a lot of noise. There was no way to not be awoken constantly even with earplugs etc. took a long time to get the shower to the right temperature every time I used it. Furthermore, only one toilet in the facility. Accidentally opened a door to the dirty laundry storage in my room and it smelt bad, piles of laundry.

I love the concept ..... maximum privacy I barely ran into the other people in the same space. One person accidentally locked themselves out of the box... and the Space team resolved it so fast. Connection to the city perfect for me. The place is cleaned by staff (I think everyday because it was always clean and sparkling, i don'tknow how) the pods seem small but trust me the single one was more than enough room

Estaba todo muy limpio y su ubicación era buena. En las cápsulas se duerme genial, repetiremos!

Justo en nuestra zona tenian el aire acondicionado muy alto y no fuimos capaces de quitarlo así que fuera de la capsula hacia frío, dentro bien.

Naprosto skvělá lokalita. Velmi zajímavý koncept, rozhodně mnohem lepší než klasický hostel, tady máte svůj osobní uzavíratelný prostor. Celkově je zařízení krásně čisté, je zde dostatek toaleťáku a dostanete i menší ručník, což když cestujete nalehko určitě oceníte. Na týdenní pobyt to určitě není, ale na víkend pro dva ideální. Samozřejmě uslyšíte nějaký hluk od ostatních, ale s tím asi všichni v hostelu počítají. Velmi jsme také ocenili možnost nechat si věci v uzamykatelné skříňce až do odpoledne. Celkově až překvapivě příjemný zážitek.

Na můj vkus hodně tvrdá matrace, ale kamarádka se vyspala příjemně, takže to může být jen tím, že jsem zvyklá na měkkou.

Leí que hay mucho ruido pero nosotras no tuvimos grandes problemas, supongo que es la suerte que tengas en relación a los compañeros de habitación, pero se escucha la conversación de los compañeros de cápsula.

Experiencia distinta pero algo cara. No deja de ser un hostel y encima sin tener cocina. Tienen solo dos duchas para 12 cápsulas aproximadamente.

L'intimité qu'offre la capsule. Ils nous fournissent une petite serviette, c'est cool mais ils pourraient nous en fournir une plus grande. Proximité du lieu avec les transports, le quartier est cool, des choses à voir/ à faire à portée de main. Un spar juste en face.

Ma capsule était abîmée. Il manquait le détecteur de fumée et je n'ai pas pu la verrouiller de l'intérieur. C'est dommage. C'est également dommage que les capsules ne soient pas insonorisées. Il n'y a pas assez de WC pour autant de personnes. Il y'a 1 wc femme et 1 wc homme pour 14 personnes max.

L'emplacement dans le centre, non loin d'un commerce et de métros. Casiers à disposition, grande douche avec de la place pour ses affaires.

Un seul WC par genre pour tout l'établissement, coffre-fort ne fonctionnant pas, personne pour surveiller que les gens se comportent bien (la dernière nuit soir quelqu'un de perturbé avait sorti son matelas pour l'installer au milieu de la pièce et y regarder des films avec haut-parleur).

Location was totally fine. 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Pods were clean and comfortable. Showers and toilets were clean. Overall I really enjoyed the stay.

I did not like the fact, that when I faced an issue with my capsule - i did not get ANY help or response . I was literally sleeping in the open capsule, since i couldn’t close it for some reason. Everything else was good, but because of that thing - the stay was very stressful

The access to the property was easy, the set up of the facilities are convenient and the capsules were comfortable.

One locker storage and a shower were not working, therefore just another shower for everyone (but we didn’t have any issues with other people trying to use it).

Not enough bathroom and shower. There's 1 for boys and 1 for girls only. The shower wasn't good either. The water dripped and it was difficult to wash my hair.

The facilities were very nice, the pods were spacious, and everything was very clean. Located in a good area as well.

When we had an emergent situation in the middle of the night relating to another guest threatening us/trying to get into our pod, the property was unreachable and the “emergency” buttons were clearly just for show. we understand that the situation is out of the properties control, but we were disappointed that they did not follow up with us when they found out that we did not leave a statement with the police who showed up to help. this was a little disappointing. the stay was great other than that, but I would not stay there again for that reason.

El trato del personal fue NULO y poco resolutivo. Tuvimos un fallo con la puerta, y casi nos toca coger otro hotel porque no podiamos entrar!

Pulizia e posizione

Ho avuto problemi perché all'interno della capsula non era presente la tessera per attivare la stessa. Non si capiva se la capsula fosse comunque attiva o no e se una volta chiusa dall' interno fosse davvero chiusa o no. Ho avuto uno scambio con lo staff tramite messaggi, durante il quale ho capito che molte cose importanti non dette nel messaggio d'istruzioni per il check-in ( tipo che le tessere di scorta sono nella cassetta con combinazione, ricevuta nel frattempo, all'ingresso,... Ho anche scoperto che in questa cassetta ci sono le chiavi fisiche di scorta di tutte le capsule e quindi in teoria, chiunque aprendola, potrebbe prenderle ed usarle in modo fraudolento) La combinazione che mi è stata data per la cassaforte non funzionava. Dopo circa un ora e mezzo di inutili scambi di messaggi, ho finalmente capito che la tessera non era necessaria e che bastava la chiave fisica per chiudere da fuori: ho preso tutte le cose di valore, me le sono portate con me e sono uscito. Al ritorno qualcuno dello staff era entrato nella mia capsula, probabilmente con la chiave di scorta contenuta con le altre nella famosa cassetta e aveva sostituito il tastierino della cassaforte. Nel frattempo un messaggio mi invitava a riprovare. Peccato che nel nuovo tastierino mancava la lettera che era presente nel codice alfa numerico che mi era stato inviato per aprire e chiudere la cassaforte. Ho rinunciato ad usarla. Quindi si, ci hanno provato ad assistermi, ma in modo piuttosto confuso.

Location is city centre, attractions are walking distance, pod is spacious!

This is great for those in budget and wants to stay at the city centre. If you want privacy, this is not for you since you're with other people but they're either at the top or bottom which is indicated in the description

Kapsule su čiste. Čisti su i lavaboi, tuš kabine. Check in i check out su jednostavni.

Nije mi se dopalo to što je prostor sastavlhe. Samo od kapsula, bez ikakvog mesta za sedenje, neke vrste lobija. Smeštaj je dobar ako planirate samo da presapavate i da inače niste tu. Prostor je podeljen u više pristorija, ali ne postoje vrata između njih, nego je sve povezano. Nije dobro za duže sedenje, ali ok je za dan, eventualno dva. Jastuk je izuzetno "prazan", ali su dušeci udobni. Pored smeštaja postoji pekara, ali je jako skupa. Postoje i restorani i drugi objekti, koje nisam posetila.

Belváros közelsége

Penészes fürdőszoba, meleg víz hiánya a tusolóban, tv nem működött amit nem is tudtak megcsinálni. Nem szigetelt kapszulák, minden beszédet zajt, reccsenést hallani lehetett. Személyzet nem írt vissza a kérdéseimre, nem tudták a problémát megoldani és semmi kompenzációt nem kaptunk vagy megoldást a problémára.

The location was good

There were only two toilets and showers for the entire property (around 24 people), the showers had no pressure and were freezing cold. The ‘pods’ were made out of plastic so the second anyone moved it made a ridiculous amount of noise. Finally, our door opened in the middle of the night for no reason, luckily my partner was awake otherwise everyone would have been able to see into where we were sleeping.

Konnte Kapsel nicht versperren von aussen (bzw Schlüssel abziehen)

- Lage ist gut. (Supermarkt direkt gegenüber) Fußläufig ist man in ein paar minuten schon in der Innenstadt, das ist soweit gut! - Personal (Eine Dame, die die Betten bereitet) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Der integrierte Bildschirm in der Kapsel hat funktioniert, es gibt extra over Ear Kopfhörer und zum Aufladen von Smartphone etc genügend Anschlüsse (2x USB-A + 1x SchuKo(nachgerüstet durch Inhaber- wackelt etwas, funktioniert aber super und ist nicht unsicher) + 1x internationale Buchse(Stock)) - Das System BurgWächter Secu Entry mit CodeTastatur im Haupteingang hat gut funktioniert. Ich empfehle das System Burgwächter Secu Entry auch Privatleuten: Man benötigt keinen Schlüssel, kann per Smartphone, Code oder Fingerscan und bei Bedarf auch per Aktivtransponder seine Tür öffnen - Das kann zu dem Preis, den Secu Entry kostet kein anderer Hersteller. (Ich habe keine Burgwächter Bridge gesehen, also vermute ich dass hier die AbFeWo oder Hotelsoftware von Burgwächter eingesetzt wird, wodurch man den Code aus der Ferne einstellen und ändern kann (Offline per Rolling-Code-Algorithmus) und dem Endkunden diesen dann per Mail mitteilt. günstig und gut. - Die Schlaf-Kapseln chin. Herstellung wurden aufgebohrt und mit zusätzlichen Lüftungssieben versehen. - Toilette war sauber und ordentlich. - Die Kapsel selbst sieht futuristisch "cool" aus und die Ambientebeleuchtung in der Kapsel ist schon spaßig. - Ich habe die Zimmergröße natürlich als positiv bewertet - wer in einer Kapsel übernachten möchte, weiß worauf er sich einlässt!

- Die Belüftung der Kapsel, 2 kleine Computerventilatoren außerhalb angebracht (vermutlich Herstellerbedingt) pusten nur wenig Luft herein, sehr wenig! Das führt dazu, dass sich die Luft doch sehr in der Kapsel staut. Der Inhaber hat hier vermutlich bereits versucht das Problem etwas zu mindern, indem 2 Bohrungen mit Lüftungsgittern zusätzlich an der Kapsel montiert wurden(auf der Seite des Herstellers werden die Kapseln ohne diese Lüftungsgitter abgebildet). Jedenfalls staut sich die Wärme und ich hätte den Kapseleinstieg am liebsten über Nacht offen gelassen... Es war kaum auszuhalten. (Temperatur ausserhalb der Kapsel ist ok! Es gibt keinen Airconditioner) kleiner Trost: das Plexiglas/Kunststoff unter dem Flatscreen kühlt die Fußballen ein wenig, wenn man auf Tuchfühlung heranrutscht - Meine (sehr dünne, unbequeme) Matratze in Kapsel 3 hat unter dem Cover dunkle (schwarze?) Flecken. Es war eh viel zu heiß, also habe ich die Bettdecke unter mich gelegt. (auf den Schlaf kommts an, alles andere ist Schnickschnack, daher hier Abzüge) - Kleiner Tresor innerhalb Schlafkapsel konnte kein eigener Code eingestellt werden. - WiFi wurde plötzlich unterbrochen... bin der Sache auf den Grund gegangen, der Router hinter der Kapsel ist an einen ein/aus Schalter angeschlossen - Hat jemand, der sich nicht auskennt wohl einfach ausgeschaltet. Ich konnte den Router also so immerhin wieder einschalten. (Man könnte den Router auch fernsteuern und in einen Serverschrank montieren, geschützt vor Manipulation und Zugriff) - Badezimmer: Brause und Regendusche lassen nur wenige Tropfen durch.. In welche Richtung muss die Armatur gedreht werden um auf heiß/warm/kalt zu stellen... ich habe mich dann dazu entschieden quasi kalt zu duschen statt zu heiß.. - Abreisetag: Stromausfall, ich habe also mein Smartphone nutzen müssen für die Toilette und Netflix Logout (Kapsel) - für mich ganz großes Minus: im ganzen Kapselhotel war nicht mal ein Stuhl vorhanden.

L' emplacement

Nous avons eu le code par texto et avons du en redemander un par courriel. Le délais de réponse fut de 30 minutes. Notre cabine était défectueuse, l' air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous avons été obligés d' ouvrir la porte au milieu de la nuit pour aérer la cabine.

Very good location, very clean.

The whole concept. Hospitality needs human, but there's no staff here, just like any business looking to maximize profits. Guests, or should I say customers, enter the building using a code; no one greets you, and there’s no display with information about the city, maps, or anything else to remind you that you’re on a trip. The place itself is as warm and welcoming as a hospital. White, sterile, with the constant hum of air conditioners in the background doing their best to get rid of the musty smell… No chairs, no desks, no tables, no common area outside the bathrooms: customers just pass each other, awkwardly, at the sinks or the shower room door. The capsules themselves are gadgets, funny in a way, but why use all that plastic made in China when bunk beds with curtains would have had pretty much the same effect.

Die Lage war perfekt.

Leider ging nur die eine Steckdose und der Regler für die Lüftung war auch kaputt. Der Safe ging auch nicht auf und Dusche hatte ein bisschen wenig Wasserdruck.

Lage war gut. Personal über Telefon und Email sofort erreichbar. Super Preis leistungsverhältnis. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt top.

Etwas stickig in der Kapsel

The accommodation is in a good location and affordable. If you don't want to spend money on a hotel room, only need a place to sleep and store your stuff and want a bit more privacy than a dorm room, it is a solid choice. Capsules are okay, lockers are available to lock away your luggage, daily cleaning. Customer support via message was good.

Airflow is managed solely by the air conditioning, I would have loved to just open the windows for a breeze. As mentioned in several reviews, the shower water pressure is really low and there were minor signs of mold on the walls of the shower rooms.

La ubicación

La reserva, yo pague una habitación stardan, era una capsula, fuimos engañados.

Le seul point positif est l'emplacement dans le centre de Vienne, près des Universités, et la proximité des transports en commun pour se déplacer dans la ville. L'espace privatif (capsule spatiale) et la douche étaient propres.

Le fait de ne pas être informé en amont si l'on sera en haut ou en bas pose problème. Dans mon cas, en haut, l'accès à la capsule spatiale est problématique par l'échelle. J'ai failli tomber plusieurs fois en descendant et me blesser, ce qui aurait compliqué mon séjour à Vienne. L'épaisseur du matelas n'est pas assez importante, ce qui génère un mal de dos après deux nuits passées, donc plutôt à conseiller pour des courts séjours. La serviette fournie est trop petite. Il vaut mieux indiquer que l'on doit ramener la sienne. La clé de l'armoire de rangement s'est coincée au bout de 3 jours. Lors de la mésaventure d'une colocataire, j'ai compris qu'il était très difficile de joindre quelqu'un en cas de besoin. Pour terminer, j'ai dû me décider à quitter le logement dès le 12 mai dans la matinée (au lieu du 17/05), et me faire héberger ailleurs pour continuer à profiter de mon séjour à Vienne. Je n'ai pas pu changer ma date de départ, juste adresser un message d'information pour lequel je n'ai eu en réponse qu'un "Bye" !!!

The Capsules were interesting and I liked the fact that they had TV too. However to me it was basically only a box which you could open and shut that when you come inside you just get controls that's it. The capsules also has a room card for electricity which I have never seen before which I also found interesting.

I like that it’s different set up as compared with the usual hostels. You’ll have your own privacy given you’re staying in a capsule like pod. It was very clean too.

gar nichts hat mir gefallen weil es nicht einladend war und sehr unpersönlich.

Es gab keinen Raum zum Umziehen und Waschen, das hätte es für Männer und Frauen getrennt geben müssen. Keinerlei Automaten für Getränke, die Mitbewohner waren sehr laut, die Kapsel ist eng, schwer einzusteigen und unbequem. Die Lage ging so, war schwer zu finden, von außen schwer erkennbar, wenn jemand oben liegt und sich bewegt, rumpelt es halt. Kein Komfort. Konnte mich da auch nicht umsehen in der Kapsel, da ich leider körperlich eingeschränkt bin.
