"Raniban Suites - Apartment Home" is located in the Raniban neighborhood, near the Ring Road and convenient for all the attractions in the Kathmandu Valley. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers many local restaurants, shops, and markets for shopping. The property is beautiful, new, and immaculately maintained. The apartments are spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and spotlessly clean. The owner, Mr. Binod, is extremely kind, professional, and always available for any information or needs. My overall rating is highly positive and I highly recommend this property.

Binod was the most gracious host. Couldn’t do enough to ensured we enjoyed our stay. The studio apartment was fabulous, with fantastic views of the Queens Forest. Raniban is a lovely area.

Homely and warm behavior from host is the most appreciated part of the stay. Frequent cleaning and appropriate management was very rewarding.

Un super accueil de Binod très disponible. Le logement est dans un quartier calme excentré du centre ville. Il y a de nombreux commerce de proximité, café et petits restaurants tout à côté.

Wow! I would highly recommend staying here at the Raniban Suites! Amazing, quiet location, surrounded by the mountainous forests. I stayed in the studio apartment, which was clean, spacious, yet felt very comfortable and cozy. It had a fully equipped kitchen! Perfect for dinners in. The owner of the apartment was incredibly, incredibly, kind and helpful! He made the experience so very amazing! Thank you for my stay, I will be back next time I’m in Nepal😌

The location was bit inside but not a problem everything is easily accessible. Chandagiri is very near to this place. The suite has very scenic view from terrrace. Infact from the bedroom or outside you can see the mountains with cloud as if manali.

I'm really satisfied. The landlord is very kind, and then it's convenient to have a kitchen to cook. The equipment and rooms are perfect and clean, and the surrounding area is not particularly noisy.I will come again next time.

The owner of the apartment is always in touch and sympathetic to the difficulties that may arise and is ready to help solve them. Provided for rent his scooter in excellent condition cheaper than in companies in the Thamel area. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious, has everything you need and a beautiful view as in the photo. There is an exit to the roof and the opportunity to watch the sunsets. The air is much cleaner than in the center, which is what I was looking for, less fuss, all the shops and restaurants in sufficient quantity nearby. I highly recommend if you want comfort away from the center. p.s. need more adapters from Schuko plugs to regular thin Europlug ;)

I had amazing experience, all good , little far from centrum but lees busy and still close to many shops , easy to get here by taxi or motorbike, big roof trass and access to wash machine, best helping host 😊

Very friendly host, he met me at the gate to greet and handed the keys. The apartment has two entrances. There is a small patio in the back that I could use for smoking. The rooms were clean with fresh linens. Western bathrooms with bidet and toilet paper. Hot showers.

The place was clean and peaceful. The space was pretty. Really enjoyed my stay there!!
