It was a little high to climb by the elderly. But it was normal in Baguio City.

Location is relevant to traveler, only 1 factor should be considered that its uphill and require the transportation can jump in into uphill road going to the accommodation.

I love waking up with the view from this place.

Maybe it's the stairs, But it was manageable and understandable since it was a highrise veranda.

We had a wonderful stay.Place were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with our needs. We also enjoyed the facilities and services. Most importantly, it was great value for money, offering excellent comfort and service at a reasonable price. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊❤️

i like the over looking veranda the ambience

the place is badly poor because it's in the neighborhood we'll so upset that we woke up by doorbell and horns of a car because they want to clear the driveway early 4am in the morning as i can see it's not needed that driver lack of driving skills they need to improve the parking and inform the guests that bringing liquor is not allowed except buying from them

We love our guest house, we love our stay, we had a warm welcome from the owner especially the staffs. Everything was great. Place is also near to the attractions that we wanted to visit. Thank you for making our stay one of the great experience.

We ended up cancelling the accommodation upon arrival because it is located in a very remote area with unsafe road access. Parking is on the side of a narrow road, and to reach the location you must park partially in someone else’s tiny front yard just to allow other cars to pass. The description is misleading. It is not within walking distance to SM as stated. The location is unpleasant, and you have to climb 42 steps to reach the property, with an equally unpleasant view along the way. Please be careful when booking, as the property is listed as non-refundable. The owner messaged us to say they cannot edit their description. Unfortunately, I did not see this message at the time due to the very slow internet connection in the Philippines. I will try to attach photos if possible.

I love the whole vibes of the house! It looks aesthetic and homey. It's an ideal place for big groups as there are a high number of beds they can sleep on and there are two bathrooms available to use.

The location is a bit far from the downtown area, so transportation is not that accessible. But we really didn't mind this because we like how peaceful the location is, far away from the city noise.

Some parts of the floor partitions are not noticeable; prone for guests to tip-off. Kindly put remarkable details for safety of owners as well as guests in moving around the house.

Thanks po sir sa napaka ganda at ayos na accommodation.. sulit na sulit po yung stay namin, halos lahat ng need namin mula sa pagluluto, sa blanket, twalya at maging tsinelas kumpleto. The views and staff were exceptionally nice for this property. It was quite small but surprisingly sleep our group of 14 very easily. I found the property contact to be very approachable who was very honest about the property so there was no disappointment on our expectations

The bathrooms were small and understandably the water pressure was not great being up high in the mountain.

Our review: We loved the place! So pretty and comfy, felt like a real getaway. The view was amazing. We felt safe too. It's HUGE! We couldn't even use all the space. Perfect for big groups. Easy to get to the city – just one ride. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus, they have wifi and sell drinks.

A few ideas: a TV and speakers would be great for guest entertainment. Maybe some complimentary cooking condiments in the kitchen? And toiletries in the bathroom would be nice.

Our family went on a city tour, and when we returned to our accommodation, we were shocked to find many people inside even though we had locked the door. All our belongings were left and touched. They were hurried to go down and left quick to accomodation. The owner later explained that those people were his relatives and he had given them a tour of the property. However, he never informed us about this in advance, nor did he ask for our consent. This is the first time we’ve ever experienced something like this booking a place and having strangers enter without permission. We will definitely not be booking here again. ❌❌❌

The house is cozy, warm and has many rooms for a big group. The amenities were superb.

Only the flights of stairs, which is somehow compensated with a very nice view of the city and some forest area.

The step but just considered it as a good exercise. If not fond of stairs, better bring all stuff that you need so you will not go up and down the stairs

Far from main areas and roads are too steep. Bathroom has roaches and needs more cleaning. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Lacks curtains or blinds. No main gate.No wifi.

The hosts were kind, they created a group chat for us to be able to ask for help when we needed it. The place was huge for a group of 8 people, they also had drinks available for us to buy and a terrace where we can cook barbecue, we had samgyupsal btw.

Wifi didnt work that well, we had to restart the modem many times (some of us had work that day and needed it badly).

The property are so spacious with a wonderful view. We love how the house are set up and everything was provided. I will highly recommended it and will surely return. I just rate it 9 bec. they are doing extension while we are there but nevetherless it's exceptionally wonderful and love the place.

The location was bang in the city access

Curfew was the downfall we came in family of 10 there’s 2 kids and 4 teens , I mean it’s understandable that the curfew would be 10pm as the space is open but dang it,, we stayed for 2 nights at 1 point the occupier on the very top floor arrive at 2am-ish in the morning pissed🤣🤣so the dang neighbours can hear him shouting 🤣🤣 I was woken up by it 🤣🤣. And the amount of dogs 🐕 that howls 🤣🤣 don’t get me wrong we have dogs too, leniency to uplift might be beneficial , reminder is better than rules imposed. But yeah, all in all we had a great time

We are not allowed to make noise to think that we have 7kids when we checked in and the owner shouted on us like “what is that” when the kids are playing upstairs we didn’t know that its going to be that strict there i paid 18k to experienced that🤦🏼‍♀️

The view from the veranda is Relaxing.

It is situated in a nice residential area so it gives us a feel of the locals. But at the same time, just a 10-minute ride from the commercial center such as SM Baguio and the Victory Bus Terminal. Very accessible!

actually we did not stay in the guest house after checking in we left, and the group decided not to go back stay since we have 2 elders and an overweight because of the stiffness of the stairs on going up and down. and so with the surroundings we are not comfortable especially the access road to the property. instead we look for a hotel near Burnham park. after leaving I informed then the owner that we will no longer be staying there. and I’m requesting if he can refund my payment.
