No cleaning service no change of bedding toilet very small and sofa very dirty

Located on top of Imago. which is very conveniant. Living room and kitchen are spacious and clean. The couch was broken.

The 1st bathroom was very narrow. Difficult to sit on the toilet and pass it to the toilet. The 2nd bathroom was just a toilet with a shower head in it. Not usable. The 2nd bedroom was a small room with a 2 person bed cramped in it. No room around the bed, no other furniture. The layout of the apartment was strange. Not specific apartment, but apartments in general: swimming pool only available if you comply to muslim dress code, western swimming clothes not allowed. The public areas (especially Loft E) are not well maintained and dirty. Over the years I stayed in multiple apartments and most apartments could use a bit of renovation.

清潔で広く、ショッピングモールエリア内にありアクセスも最高。 また、プールやバスケットゴールもあり設備も充実していた。

Je mag niet met short zwemmen in zwembad. Dat hadden we graag geweten

Juiste locatie, aardig behulpzaam personeel

Leek in een achterbuurt te liggen met een hek voor de deur (voelde als in de sloppenwijken van Brazilie). Vlekken op vloer, bank was stuk, badkamer maakte herrie (fan), verouderde airco (werkte wel). Erg stoffig (sloeg direct op mijn keel). Snap niet waarom mensen meer dan een 5 geven, misschien zijn we verwend, maar dit was niet de goede keuze voor ons. Hielp niet dat onze dochter naar het ziekenhuis moest (reizigers problemen).

Brilliant location, very clean, lots of space, brilliant communication by the host.

Emplacement, beaucoup de restaurants dans le mall. Vu moyenne et passage d'avions.. pas de problème pour nous. Lits au top, et salle de bain tres bien.

Great location above the Imago mall. Plenty of room, comfortable.

No kettle. There was an electric water dispenser that dispensed cold water, but we couldn't get any hot water out of it. I had to boil water in a saucepan to make a hot drink. The tap in the kitchen had a filter ( I think ) attached, but again, we couldn't get any water out of it. We had to wash hands and utensils in the bathroom. I used the washer/dryer to do a quick wash, then put it on to dry. But even after putting it on 'dry only' twice, it was still very damp

All… the cleaninest is perfect. The equipment inside the house is complete even the sandal also provided. Really love the facilities that LAXZONE provide. We feel secure because the cctv that installed in front of the house.

Widok z balkonu na lewo i prawo jest bardzo ładny, niestety na wprost stoi niedokończony budynek i trochę psuje efekt.

Main pool was closed for maintenance. The kitchen could have been better supplied with utensils.

The location part of the Imago mall was excellent really easy for Grab ehailing cars to find. Loads of food choices and entertainment venues most with live music every night. Apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 toilets. Lounge kitchen diner open plan with a utility room with washer/dryer. An extra double bed next to kitchen as well. Location was secure with guards in the lobby. Plenty of air conditioning and fans. TV with Netflix and Prime just bring your own sign in details. Communications with Laxzone easy via WhatsApp, check in and out easy.

There could have been a better selection of glasses. Also aircraft flew quite low overhead but I think this is the same for most of the city and you get used to it.

Apart from being central the facilities were poor

The doors were hard to shut . The floors had gaping holes. We had a day where the water pressure was low and it affected our shower. The pool had murky water .

Location was excellent. The property is well-maintained. All necessities were provided. All you need is to bring your luggage. My family really loved with the accommodation.

Nothing negative to comment on the property.

I like the view from the apartment. Woke up with a view of Mount Kinabalu from the main bedroom and from the balcony a view to the sea. I liked the shampoo and body soap they provided. I like the location, it's very convenient and there are many good restaurants around.

The smell of the apartment and towels could be a little bit fresher. Very bad jam to get to the parking lot or back to the apartment.

Super convenient way of collecting the keys. Admin was very responsive.

Check out should be extended to 12pm. 11AM is a bit early

Neat, clean, comfortable stay. I love the house deco, well organised utensils and perfect utilities. My family and I had a relaxing stay. I would like to point out the staff’s dedication bcs he helped us change cooking gas even on midnight.
