It was a little hard to find as there is a similar street with the same name, one avenue and one street.

Our room was close to the kitchen and we could hear the staff talking very loudly

The staff are wonderful an the owner visits often to meet guests and ensures that their happy. Food ideas good. The location is fantastic and the building is heritage listed.

The mattress was a little hard for me. Be aware there is no lift too.

Great stay, the location was amazing could walk everywhere. The staff were so lovely. We got a drink on arrival which was nice. The room was a good size and super clean.

The only fault would be the comfort of the bed. It was very solid so made sleeping uncomfortable. Despite that I would book again for a short stay!

MOZZIES! I Quite a few handing about in my room so be prepared if the like you. Just be aware that some of the rooms don’t have windows and face into the courtyard where breakfast is served. It was surprisingly quiet during my stay - but something to be aware of if you like sleep ins.

Cash only. In Vietnam ATM withdrawals can be very limited meaning more withdrawals and more fees. Credit card or debit card fees are less than ATM fees, and cash goes fast in Vietnam.

The staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town, but not too busy directly outside. Room was good - nice size, good aircon, nice shower.

Location, it is very close to the old town and pretty close to all nearby attractions. Rooms were comfy and cozy. Staff were good but didn't feel friendly like other places in Vietnam. Well serviced and maintained.

The property is attached to a restaurant which is pretty barren most of the time. If you are given a room downstairs, there will be a lot of noise from the group eating. The doors didn't insulate the sound much. Rooms could have been little larger.

The staff were great, super friendly and helpful,they made the stay great.

The mattress are not designed for western's.

Position is convenient, but doesn't compensate for the poor experience.

When we arrived they were overbooked and they tried to make us stay in a different room. When we complained that that was not what we had reserved weeks ago, there was little to no help on their side, and they completely disregarded the fact that I was travelling with my 75 y.o mom that was already exhausted enough and in pain. We ended up having to move to different hotels every day during our stay because everything was booked out at this point, paying 3 times as much because of their incompentence. Never again, would not suggest it.

De ligging is echt super mooi. Midden in het oude centrum en zodra je vanaf de straat naar binnen loopt waan je je in een oase rust. De badkamer is lekker ruim en de douche is heerlijk. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en aardig.

The location and atmosphere in the courtyard is just lovely. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

The location is simply perfect! As soon as you leave there are restaurants and shops, a fifteen minute walk from the night market on the island but two minutes from the nearest market which is no less worth it. Despite the bustling location the hotel was quiet and there was no problem sleeping. The staff was excellent, always ready to help and answer questions. The restaurant on site is also delicious

The hot water in the shower runs out very quickly, we told the owner and he tried to fix it but it only helped a little. Anyway the flow is really strong which is good.

ホテルの女性スタッフに，オプショナルツアーの値段を尋ねたところ，３倍の値段を提示され，信用できないなと感じました。また，近くにスーパーマーケットがなかったのは残念です。リンゴや牛乳を買いたかったのですが，なんとか，市場やミニマートで手に入れることができました。　近くの旅行代理店や自転車のタクシーなど，皆，値段をつり上げ儲けることばかり考えているので油断できません。そして，以前のような鄙びた感じ・のんびりした感じのホイアンの姿はもうどこにもありませんでした。その上，バイクやオートバイがそこら中を走り回り，排気ガスがすごく，道ばたで座って商売している人たちの健康が心配になりました。

Very friendly staff. Location was awesome. In the heart of the old town. The most clean accomodation so far in Vietnam. Great bathroom. Fair price for the package you get. Try one of the great coffees (Salted Coffee) in their restaurant and watch the strolling people passing by.

Excelent hotel with good beds, new bathrooms , excelent breakfast and most of all a very kind and human treatment. The manager of the hotel let us use our bedroom after check out time as we still had 7h in the city before flight time. Really thankful for that🙏

L'hôtel est situé dans la vieille ville, on peut facilement visiter autour. Le patio est très agréable, les chambres grandes, propres. Équipée d'un frigo, de la climatisation. Le personnel était très disponible.

Struttura accogliente situata vicinissimo al mercato di Hoi an e appena fuori la città vecchia e la zona turistica. Pulita e confortevole. È possibile raggiungere a piedi tutte le più famose attrazioni di Hoi An. È stata un'ottima esperienza, la consiglio a tutti.

Great location, at short walking distance from Hoi An old town. Nice spacious room - some people complained about lack of window, I personally found that having the room facing the courtyard adds to its character. Staff is really nice - all of them! Nice breakfast too. Overall very clean, ok bathroom and comfortable bed - if you like it hard as I do.

Pillow weren’t the best, but can do for a couple go nights. I’d suggest to rethink a bit at the room furniture and decoration: it looked a bit empty. Breakfast is nice, I’d have appreciated having a juice and coffee, not just one of the two. Fridge and air con were a bit noisy: didn’t bother me too much though. Overall slightly overpriced in my opinion, but still an excellent option.

The owner was uncooperative, claimed he couldn’t communicate with Booking.com, and tried every excuse to avoid reimbursing us for a room that was completely misrepresented. We lost an entire afternoon in Hoi An dealing with this. The hotel oversells itself on a false basis – in reality, there are no balconies, and the rooms have no proper windows, only doors, which means zero privacy unless you close everything up – and then you’re left with no natural light or ventilation. The atmosphere is not cozy at all, and the owner was extremely aggressive when we stood our ground. Eventually, we did get our money back and moved to another hotel. This place is a tourist scam, and we cannot recommend it.

Fantastic location in the centre of the old area of Hoi An. Very friendly helpful team - particularly helpful with fixing a trip to Hue, when all the standard trips were fully booked. Good breakfast options. Quick and effective clothes washing for guests.

The bedside lights could have been better - it's helpful if there are lights on both sides of the bed, with enough light to read a book.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town and looks very cute.

If you want privacy in room you have to keep the shutters closed blocking out all daylight. Room was right next to public dining area! Light curtains would have been very helpful. And the only lighting in the room is very bright ceiling lights or one very dim bedside lamp. More lamps and low lights would be good. The floor wasn’t swept at any time during our stay as there was sand all over the tiles from a previous guest. Breakfast was ok - not a buffet just a choice of a few basic dishes. Rooms good size but very basic fit out with a loose fridge and shelving. We ended up staying an extra night at another nearby hotel with a pool and buffet breakfast for the same price.

The staff and location were great. Breakfast included was a big plus. I had a very early flight leaving at 6am and they so kindly had orange juice and a sandwich prepared for me to take on the road. The security guard came a few minutes before just to make sure I was awake!

Perfect location near the market but completely quiet at night. You have to walk through the Hot Chilli clothing shop to get to the rooms at the back, it’s not easy to spot, but the 8 rooms on 2 levels are set in a lovely courtyard where breakfast is served. All the female staff were really helpful. Laundry was very reasonable and came back the same day. The rooms were large and spotless.

I was first offered a room right in front of the food prep area. I asked to be upstairs for more privacy as for any natural light you have to leave the shutter doors open. It would be good for the price to be able to have juice and a tea or coffee for breakfast, not just one of these. Upstairs rooms are much better as you don’t have people sitting right in front of you eating.

Great location and good value for money.

The hotel is an old wooden structure with all the rooms opening to a courtyard and was quite noisy. Guests returning from a late night disturbed our sleep and the breakfast service in the courtyard was an unintended wake up call.

The location is just perfect, allowing in deep exploration of the Old Town area.

The location was perfect, a busy street during the day but quiet at night. It was adjacent to the old city, close to the market and one block from the river. The breakfast was excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the wi fi signal was great. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The staff were very helpful. Although we did not use the service the laundry price was reasonable, and the hotel can arrange a taxi to Da Nang.

We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel.
