Super Lage, sehr sauber und geräumig, Frau Duyen ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, ein rundum toller Aufenthalt, ich habe eine Nacht verlängert

I felt safe in this hotel. For the morning, the madame brought fresh bread from the market. Every breakfast also included different fruits. You can also buy excursions from the same hotel and get information in English. One of my favorite hotels during my entire trip to Vietnam. Very good location, very quiet stay in a comfortable room - everything was perfect.

Muy bien ubicado. La dueña no sabe inglés pero es muy amable y se explica perfectamente con el traductor. Te dan recomendaciones de la zona. Desayuno rico.

Bien situé, personnel très sympathique et attentif aux besoins. Chambre propre et petit déjeuner très simple mais bon. Un ventilateur dans la chambre.

En revanche, service de lavage du linge cher et de mauvaise qualité, nos habits avaient encore des traces de saleté (éclaboussures d'eau et poussière), ils avaient du être juste trempés dans une eau parfumée...

Ein sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Die Zimmer sind in der Größe völlig ausreichend und sauber. Vorteilhaft und erwähnenswert ist auch der Aufzug, der die Erreichbarkeit der oberen Etagen sehr erleichtert.

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu erwähnen.

Madame Duyen war sehr liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Obwohl sie kaum Englisch spricht, hat sie mit Hilfe einer ÜbersetzungsApp alles perfekt gemanagt. Und alles sehr herzlich.

Leider wurde die ganze Bucht von Cat Ba mit einer überdimensionierten Ferienanlage zugebaut. Schade. Der ursprüngliche Charme ist leider dahin. Aber es gibt noch die Insel.

Warm hospitality and attentiveness from Madame Duyen. A very nice and personable lady! The hotel is in a very good location, is very clean and the breakfast is good. The price is unbeatable.

Ikke dusjforheng på badet og ikke vifte, så alt ble kliss vått. harde madrasser, bråkete omgivelser. To stekte egg til frokost og to kopper med kaffe og det var alt. fryktelig bråkete møkkete omgivelser.

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast food is diverse, especially I really like the hotel's crab noodle soup

Le petit déjeuner est délicieux! Le personnel est serviable et essaie vraiment de répondre à vos attentes. Je conseille quand même de s´informer et d´avoir une idée des activités qu´on veut faire avant d´arriver sur place. Puis de réserver avec l´hôte pour avoir un bon prix. Personnellemt je conseille le tour en kayak pour les planctons bioluminiscents. Nos enfants (10 et 12 ans) ont beaucoup aimés.

Les explications sur les tours proposés étaient parfois confus. Les chambres sont petites, mais ok pour quelques nuits.

Everything was great

The staff was very kind. They offer scooter rental, laundry service (which was great!), and will help you organize trips around Cat Ba or book buses to following destinations.

Accueillis comme à la maison! Madame Duyen et le personnel ont été super bienveillants, arrangeants nous avons très bien dormi, la chambre est confortable, nous avons très bien mangé grâce aux plats maison et ils nous ont aidé à organiser nos activités et transport. Un grand merci nous espérons pouvoir revenir et profiter d’avantage avec vous !

Ottimo hotel, nuovo, arredamento curato, molto elegante. Piscina accogliente. Ottima colazione. Posizione centrale in una via secondaria, quindi molto silenzioso.

Большие удобные кровати, в номере кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор. В душе хороший напор воды - горячей и холодной. Хозяйка очень приветливая, готова помочь с организацией поездок. Завтрак вкусный, на выбор европейский или вьетнамский. Нам все понравилось.

The hotel was everything I expected based on the booking.com listing. Madame Duyen takes very good care of her guests and treats them like family.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, so welcoming and helpful, anything you could want or need they sorted for you 😁 The room was a good size and clean, the bathroom was large and there was hot water for the shower. We would definitely stay here again, mainly to see the hosts as they really were lovely and made our stay so enjoyable 🤩

The hosts did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed our 6 night break on Cat Ba. Scooter rentals were directly opposite the hotel too.

The lady who runs the hotel is nothing but kind and helpful! Helped us get a good deal on a day trip and always made sure we had what we needed in the room. The free breakfast was great (toast with butter and jam, fruit and coffee one morning and egg Bahn Mi, fruit and coffee the next). Would 100% reccomend here as it has everything you need for a great price in a great location!

Everything was great. Helpful staff (they dont speak English, but with Google Translator everything was fine). The room was clean and the bed comfy. They let me check in early and check out late with no additional charge. They helped me book my bus tickets and made sure I would end up in the right one. They also upgraded me to a nicer room since the hotel wasnt full. So far defenitley the best budget accomondation I had in Vietnam!

The shower was sometimes cold. But since it was 30 degrees outside I didnt care. I'm sure they would have helped me out when I asked.
