Purtroppo la camera era al terzo piano e davanti alla finestra c’era un muro bianco. Essendo abbastanza libero potevano darci una sistemazione migliore. La colazione è essenziale: hanno preparato un piattino di frutta , due uova e due fette di pane. Il caffè non è stato possibile prenderlo perché in una caraffa termica per cui freddo ( per I turisti pensare almeno ad un caffè bollente sarebbe meglio)

Ruhige Lage am Ortsausgang weit weg vom Discolärm, einfach zu finden, Zimmer und Bad sauber, Aufzug vorhanden, Chef sehr aufmerksam und bemüht.

Kaffee war immer kalt und zu wenig, eine Angestellte hat sich vor unseren Augen einen Milchkaffee gemacht und als wir dann auf die leere Kanne gedeutet haben keine Reaktion, hat sich hingesetzt und mit ihrem Smartphone beschäftigt und Kaffee getrunken.....sowas geht eigentlich gar nicht.

Annie hat uns herzlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Wir haben dann ein Upgrade gebucht, da wir ein Zimmer mit großen Fenstern oben wollten, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Ein sehr günstiges Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis. Von Hotel war alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Herzlichkeit der Menschen in Vietnam hat uns sehr begeistert.

The location is good, bed and towels were clean, shower and wifi worked well. It looks new so gives a good impression.

Maybe because it is low season the hotel has only 3 people working. Reception was empty almost all the time and the WhatsApp number for contacting them was usually unattended. Sometimes They have karaoke in the reception, very loud, I could hear it from the 4th floor, very disrespectful with the other guests that don’t want to listen to it. Breakfast very basic. Cleanliness could improve.

The location was pretty ok - a lot of restaurants, coffee bars and adventure travel agencies nearby.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. First of all, the room and bathroom had visible mold, which made the environment feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet throughout our stay. One of the most alarming experiences was with the elevator. We stepped inside, the doors closed, and suddenly none of the buttons worked. We were completely stuck. Even worse, the emergency alarm button did not function at all. This is a serious safety hazard and should never be possible in any hotel. After repeatedly banging on the door, we were eventually freed by someone from the outside. After this incident, we chose to take the stairs every time. However, the staff kept telling us to use the elevator, clearly not understanding that we no longer felt safe using it. The overall condition of the hotel felt neglected. There was no lighting in the stairwell, which made it unsafe to use. Strangely, we appeared to be the only guests in the entire hotel, which added to the unsettling atmosphere. The breakfast was very poor. There was no buffet or variety—just instant coffee or tea and a simple bread roll with egg. When we ordered scrambled eggs, we were served a fried egg instead. After the first experience, we chose to have breakfast elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. Finally, when we checked out, there was no one present at the reception, which summed up the lack of service throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic expectations in terms of hygiene, safety, and service. The hotel seems to fit in a series of many in Vietnam that have a lot of fake reviews.

החוויה הכי טובה שהייתה לי בויאטנם. החדר היה שקט והיה כל מה שצריך, מים חמים במקלחת, מיטה נוחה, מזגן ואפילו מראה עם אור! הבעלים של המלון והבחורה בקבלה היו מקסימים, הזמינו בשבילי את השייט ונסיעות במחירים טובים, והפכו את השהות שלי למושלמת!

הכל היה מושלם!

Sehr sauberes familiengeführtes Hotel.

Booking zeigte das Hotel an der Beachfront ( die gibt es aufgrund der SunWorld Bauarbeiten aber gar nicht mehr) Es ist aber ca. 400m den Berg hoch. Aber trotzdem schnell zu erreichen

La chambre était grande et le lit confortable. Logement très propre et serviettes changées tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, très bon. Le personnel est très agréable! Possibilité de réserver des excursions.

Place was new and cheap with Billy who runs it being a gem.

Super clean honestly the best first impression of cat ba. Sets you up perfectly for the day. Super knowledgeable owners and staff. Definitely will return!

Warmherziges Personal mit guten Informationen über die Gegend, sowie auch Touren. Geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Leckeres Frühstück und guter Kaffe. Haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt und würden wieder kommen!

Recently built hotel, very nice rooms and facilities. Good value. The staff organised a cheap rental motorbike. Note that it’s a 5-10 minute walk uphill from the Main Street but you can pay a couple of bucks to get an electric shuttle cart (would recommend with bags). The reception girl and the manager both speak good English and we enjoyed a nice conversation before we left.

Breakfast was quite basic - however the hotel was near empty when we were there. And please turn on the AC or some fans in the lobby because guests will arrive chuffed from the uphill walk!

- The room was very spacious and clean - The bed was very comfortable - The staff were very friendly and helpful - The location is ideal, not a far walk down to the Main Street and there is nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I would really recommend this hotel!

Dit hotel is wellicht het beste wat wij in een maand vietnam hebben geboekt. Prijs-kwaliteit is perfect, aardig personeel en super ruime en comfortabele kamers. Zeker omdat er veel gebouwd wordt op cat ba is dit een ideaal hotel om te verblijven met buiten het enorme vakantiepark wat gebouwd wordt.

The hotel is brand new! Our room was very spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. For breakfast we had fresh fruit, bread, jam, and eggs. Main point: the staff was super kind and helpful! They helped us with booking buses, renting scooters, planning the day, all sorts of needs. They even made us breakfast before the due time on our last day, so that we could catch the bus on time with no empty stomach. Definitely recommend!

Un hotel familiar, te hacen sentir como en casa, el desayuno buenísimo. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de restaurantes y negocios. El propio hotel te ayuda a contratar la excursión de crucero y trekking que quieras tiene variadas opciones.

Annie at the reception was very friendly and help ful. The hotel was new and the prices were not expensive at all.

We are a big family, we took two rooms, they were just perfect, clean, organized, and comfortable.

The staff was simply amazing: always heplful, friendly and very welcoming. They invited us to feast with them and checked on us even when we left for Hanoi. The Hotel is low to the ground, clean and safe.

La ubicación del hotel está muy bien si buscas tranquilidad en medio de la ciudad, porque está lo suficientemente separado del bullicio pero cerca. El personal del hotel es maravilloso, Annie es encantadora y muy profesional, y el gerente igual. Contratamos varios servicios con ellos y todo genial. Muy recomendable.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Swiss Hotel. Der Manager und sein Team waren sehr nett und standen uns bei allen Fragen, von Taxi bis Tour Buchung mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Hotel war außerdem wirklich sauber und hatte eine tolle Lage, mit vielen guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Dankeschön!

Einziges Manko, die Decken sind sehr dünn. Ohne Klimaanlage ist es nachts zu heiß, aber mit wird es leider zu kalt.

staff was super friendly and helpful! receptionist and owner Quin actually went to hotel school in Luzern, Switzerland so Swiss Hotel seems appropriate :)

We greatly recommend staying at Swiss Hotel Catba. This boutique hotel is new and very clean. In particular, we loved communicating with a young lady by the name of Quinn (not sure if this is the right spelling) at the front desk. She was so helpful and sincere. This hotel is worth the very slight inconvenience of the short uphill walk from the main street on the waterfront. Again, highly recommended.
