One of the staff on front disk is not friendly & polite 😥😥😥 we waited so long to have the room … it’s not ready or not available even though we’ve check in 16:30!!!

Booked good for 3 and also confirmed that we are 3 but they gave us twin bed.

The maintenance of the hotel room needs improvement. The hotel is fairly young but the maintenance needs to be improved. The people at the reception can improve their friendliness

As always filipino hospitality is most agreeable, but service standards vary. We ate in the breakfast room, which was very busy, but plenty of staff. One morning there was a short delay in sitting us. We asked for a table with a view, which we received, nice. One morning, having ordered coffee it didn't arrive, so some small lapses, but no big deal,

The waiting staff in the Lobby cafe could be more attentive. Often they are facing the wrong way, waiting to be served by the barman who might be taking his time due to being busy, or just chatting with the barman, meaning they cannot see their customers even if the customer is trying to attract their attention. We also noted that waiting staff would deliver an order to the table, but then return to the bar empty-handed without any awareness so they just pass a table that needed clearing. We had a feeling that the customers were not their priority. Better training, please. The room: the toilet constantly ran water, making a little bit of noise during the night. One day the room attendant failed to leave hand towels. so again, small things: lack of attention to detail or training.

I Love everything in this Place but mostly the staff.

The hotel was busy but welcoming, and we were lucky to have the pool almost entirely to ourselves on a Saturday. 🤗

We asked multiple times for towels which were only delivered when we were leaving . But I guess even the best hotels have a little issue every once in a while. So an almost sans faute.

景色は最高、海側をお勧めします。 朝食ビュッフェは品数が豊富で、ドラゴンフルーツやメロンもありお得感あり 記念日のケーキやフルーツもご用意くださりました。 プールが一部工事中だったが、景色も良く大きな問題はなし。 ツイン一室を大人２人、子ども３人で宿泊 子どもが一人ソファで寝ましたが、次回からは二室コネクティングが理想かなと感じました。

シャワーの水が、外に漏れてしまいタオルが何枚も必要になった点。 一時的に水道水が茶色に濁っていたり、トイレが流せなかったり、この辺りは五つ星といえどフィリピンであるデメリットを感じる。他は問題なし

Le grand luxe a prix abordable, chambre superbe avec vue magnifique. Personnel très compétent et sympathique.

The place has a regal but modern vibe. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, equipped with a functional smart toilet, and a good-sized bath tub that would even comfortably fit people 6” tall.

The buffet options felt limited. After trying other buffets (even breakfast buffets) in other hotels, this one felt like it had too much focus on canapés, pastries, and salads. We were hoping to get more protein options, and some good soups.

Location only

Hallway has a musty smell including the room, breakfast is ordinary and overly priced. For the price I paid, staying at Fili is not worth it, I’d rather stay at Seda IT Park, very neat, smells good everywhere and food is delicious.

Un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, decor, gym, petit déjeuner dantesque, mall avec nombreux restaurants de qualité etc..

Des petites choses à améliorer comme la machine Nespresso qui est à remplacer, l'eau pas assez chaude de la douche.

想要泡澡，但是流出來的水是黃的。 check in 和 check out都要排很久的隊伍，可以考慮在尖峰時段多增加點人手協助。
