Nichts. Wir würden nur beim nächsten Besuch ein Zimmer in einem Obergeschoss probieren.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße. Ein Zimmer im EG ist sehr laut. Man konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Alles anders was sehr gut. Auf die Position des Zimmers aufpassen!

Reviewed May 29, 2026The hotel’s design is simply stunning. Its location is right in the heart of the city, and you feel truly pampered from the beginning to the end of your stay. Check-in was personalized, as there is no reception, and all the important information was clearly provided. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything you might need was available, from Nespresso capsules to high-end toiletries. Breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options. We especially appreciated that lactose-free breakfast options were available for my wife.
They should provide more pillows and offer a greater variety of options (such as memory foam, soft, or firm pillows). The bathroom setup could also be improved. Since there is a small window above the bathroom door, light from the room next door and the corridor enters the room, which can be quite disturbing when trying to sleep. It would be helpful to cover it, as was already done with the window above the main room door.

Daniela was of great help with tips for the city at the check in and really took her time. Very comfy bed.

Parken relativ weit weg in öffentlicher Parkgarage. Licht des Rauchmelders grell, da muss man etwas davorstellen oder hängen.

Our room ( 0.1) was on the ground level and the windows opened onto the street. It had no aircon. The noise from the trams cars and pedestrians was intolerable. If I had been aware of the room and location I would never have booked.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026La calidez de Natalia al recibirme e indicarme todo, la ubicacion no esta en la zona turistica pero muy cerca de ella. La cafetera, tetera y nevera en la habitacion super comodo.
Lo unico que creo es que ha¡y qye subir unas escalas antes de llegar a la recepcion y al ascensor, si eres adulto mayor o familia con muchas maletas tienes que cargarlas hasta el piso 1. despues cuenta con ascensor, lo otro aunque es solo para adultos no hay opciones de nada.... es solo la dormida y el desayuno.... eso le resta un pco al hotel. la edificacion es muy bien cuidada.

Nos encantó el tiempo que se tomó en el check-in para explicarnos todo y aconsejarnos sitios para visitar en la ciudad. Muy atenta en todo momento. Hizo que nuestra visita fuera más especial aún. Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The house and rooms were truly stunning. Extremely clean, modern and beautiful pieces of furniture throughout. A great location from all the hot spots with a very convenient tram stop right outside the front door. The host was very warm and friendly and kindly helped organise our weekend plans with various restaurant bookings etc. And to top off the start, the breakfast each morning was excellent too! Highly recommend and will most certainly try and stay here again.

She was there for us every step of the way and answered every question we had! In every aspect she went above and beyond! If directions were involved she would write them step by step for us! Breakfasts were so delicious…everything was to perfection! One of our tours had a very early departure and Daniela supplied the most wonderful breakfast for us prior to it! The tram runs right in front of the door! Our room was always cleaned to perfection! The fridge was restocked with juice or drinks daily! We had parked our car and when it was time to leave we were able to pay our parking to Daniela which made exiting the car park so easy! The location was great! We loved Daniela, Casa do Arquiteto Townhouse and Porto!!!

Sie hat uns 3 Touren für 3 Tage Porto incl. Fotos vorgeschlagen. Das Apartment ist hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super bequem. Das Frühstück lecker mit frischem Rührei, frischem Obst, Brötchenauswahl und Gebäck.

Nydelig gammelt hus, som er renovert med stor respekt. Stort rom, fint og praktisk bad, gode senger, kaffemaskin og kjøleskap fylt med kald drikke. Vi hadde kun frokost ene morgenen, den var rikelig og lekkert presentert. Casa Do Arquiteto kommer til å være vårt førstevalg dersom vi skal tilbake til Porto.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026The apartment is phenomenal. It’s in an old style townhouse building, very well furnished, it keeps its old fashioned style but with modern elements. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice and clean. It has beautiful light during the whole day. The ornaments on the ceiling are wonderful to look at, especially in the morning, when you wake up. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast is also very nice. All in all a wonderful experience.
