Me along with my family didn't liked a single thing about this hotel There is a safety concern for us No assistance from the hotel staff Food was pathetic Mr Khan(claimed owner) very rude and unprofessional) 1. The owner forced us to pay for 4 rooms instead of the 3 rooms booked 2. Despite promising credit card payment during check-in, cash payment was demanded at checkout with additional charges 3. No invoice was provided for our stay 4. No staff assistance was provided for luggage during checkout 5. The owner's behavior changed from professional during check-in to hostile after we arrived

The breakfast was lip-smacking. All the dishes tasted well beyond expectation.

The cleanliness and overall room hygiene could have been a bit better. Although, I would not complain for the price I had paid.

Apart from location, honesty nothing much can be said about it.

There are no bathroom amenities provided. The guest are charged for heater in the room even though it’s located in one of the coldest city of India, shouldn’t heater be part of room feature.

The hotel is just a km walk from the Ghanta Ghar and market. Defenitely a budget hotel for a quick your in Srinagar. We like the location of the hotel and staffs are friendly. The hotel has a garden and huge space for parking cars.

The door locks and bathroom fittings are really annoyed. The owner should check the problems.

Staff behaviour, Especially The Hotel Manager was extremely helpful and ready to help in any manner.

1. Great Staff: eager to help and nice attitude. Especially at reception. Professional staff. 2. Bigger room. Has space. 3. Has a nice restaurant and reasonably priced food. 4. Windows have nets for ventilation.

1. No AC 2. Lots of high noise level of construction, dogs and loudspeakers. Soundproofing required. 3. Needs overall renovation and maintenance- all fittings (electrical, bathroom, handles, etc) are breaking down. Geyser panel broken. Wires fitted loosely. Door handle broken. 4. Massive deep cleaning required. Lots of mold on walls and roof (especially in bathroom near reception). Terrible for health.

While Location is very good as it is centrally placed and staff is also very good. They need to work hard on Toilet cleaning and fixing of leakages in the toilet

Due to holidays staff was less, so they were struggling to serve but managed with some delays. Also more preference seems for tour operators.

Rooms are not up to the mark. Broken plug points, shower was broken, cockroaches were in the room.

The room size was good for a 7 day stay and the king size bed was very comfortable. We requested a couple of things to make our stay more enjoyable, and they were seen to immediately, by very friendly staff. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming and made us feel as if they cared , and spoke English which was a bonus . We did enjoy our extended stay as the position of the hotel was so central to the old town centre and many other interesting attractions.

The bathroom was a bit "tired" and the toilet and sink should be replaced . The hygiene standard is not good enough for western standards throughout the hotel .

Service Cleanliness of rooms

The room was clean, and all arrangements were as per the booking The meal price was 400 in the buffet but did not include fresh and hygienic drinking glasses and water. Towels were provided.

The toilet has no exhaust. Toiletries were not included.

The room was spacious for three adults Reception services were prompt.

The toilet has a broken and leaked sink. Drainage was choked.

The location is good, the nearby market is easily accessible.

Hotel staff need to be trained more, they denied having cold water as an entire lot of cold water was stacked for some other guest. I felt unfair treatment by the hotel staff.

Room need some regular cleaning.mainly toilets. No space for place luggage and wardrobe was occupied with bed covers for the use of winter. But customer not getting space. During summer they should provide normal bed sheet..not woolen which makes uncomfortable at night time

Very good and big property with great hosting. Service, rooms, staff everything was good. Room and bathrooms were clean. Overall it was a good experience for me and my family.

Location of the hotel is near Lal Chowk so it is easy to travel to all other destinations. But it is difficult to get Autos and they charge quite exorbitant rates like Rs.70 for 0.5kms. We paid Rs.400 to goto Shalimar bagh from the hotel on Auto. Staff were helpful. Rooms are decent size. The hotel seems to cater more to tourists with packages. Due to this we didnt get our room for 1 night which was communicated in advance and we agreed to a smaller room. Next day we were shifted to our super deluxe room. Since the hotel is on the Lal chowk side there are loudspeakers from the prayers and hotels dont have strong windows to make the rooms quiet. We requested to change our room on the other side with smaller size and the staff were very understanding and shifted us there. Only breakfast can be served to the rooms. For lunch and dinner there is a dinning hall which serves buffet to the package tourists. Ala carte food can be ordered 30mts before and they will deliver to the dinning hall. Food was tasty. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Hotel provides airport shuttle on charge which is more reliable then booking elsewhere which we really appreciated.

Bathrooms need to be upgraded. It would be nice to get food in the room apart from only breakfast. The laundry service for 2 piece was Rs.150 which is very expensive as they delegate this service to outside vendor, so we cleaned smaller clothes on our own as hotel suggested it. The TV units in the room can be upgraded.

The hotel is located 750 meters from Lal Chowk and is easily accessible. The place is well maintained, rooms and washrooms are clean. It's a value for money hotel and best if you generally spend your time in a new city exploring. Hotel Manager - j b is a well informed person and guided us to some of the best places to eat and shop and caring person it's exceptional.

The rooms were really nice and comfy, making the stay even better. They served mostly Indian dishes, they were delicious! From local Kashmiri flavors to traditional Indian tastes, every meal was like a treat. All in all, it was a fantastic experience with comfy rooms, friendly staff, and amazing Indian food.

It's a great place to live if you are planning to visit places around Srinagar. The location is very good, They are very accommodating. Their hotel is really beautiful, it feels like you are home. Curios All Seasons Hotel is located in the heart of the city and all the hotel staff are very cooperative and courteous, Director, Reception incharge are very courteous and friendly staff. Hotel Staff Mr. Ashiq is very courteous and obedient staff of the hotel, he took good care of us during our stay. Food quality and taste is good, if I ever come to Srinagar in future then I would definitely like to stay in this hotel.

Rooms are clean, well kept and well maintained.||The manager jibraan are very helpful and nice. I feel very well treated by the hotel staff and management.||I have no complaints, and I would surely recommend the curio's Hotel to my friends.

Hotel requires interior renovation. Though looking good from outside, yet interior was not as our per our expectation. Cleanliness of washrooms requires to be improved.

Comfortable stay, polite staff but small rooms. This hotel is slightly away from the main city and Lal Chowk is about 2 km away. Walk around 1 km to start spotting Pure veg vaishnav dhabas, where you can have simple vegetarian meals for a cheap price. Nonveg food options are also available in the vicinity. The hotel also provides its own food. The staff is really polite and hospitable especially manager jibraan The bathroom has a geyser. Beds are comfortable
