Ho soggiornato in questa guest house e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: si trova a circa 15 minuti in macchina dall’aeroporto. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, e si vede che c’è attenzione per l’ordine e l’igiene.

Magnifique logement, très bien situé. Fonctionnel, avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin (niveau cuisine et autre).

L’emplacement

Le canapé du séjour est très inconfortable pour dormir mais le propriétaire assure qu’il va être changé.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement confortable et calme à quelques kilomètres du centre de Rovaniemi. Le jardin est appréciable. J ai apprécié les échanges avec le propriétaire qui nous a alerté pour les aurores boréales.

La vaisselle n'etait pas très propre et en faible quantité pour les couverts.

Really loved it! It was an excellent place to stay, quite and relaxing in the silence not so far away from the city either. There are all necessary equipments, washing machine, dishwasher etc. There is a sauna, it's not included in the price. The host was always ready to help, easy to communicate and reactif for all my questions and requests. You can go to this place your eyes closed and without any hesitation.

Perfect stay in Rovaniemi, 10 min too everywhere, easy parking, nice hosts.

The parking space was excellent, and although the location is slightly outside the city center, it was very convenient. There is S-Market right next to the apartment, where I also took my electric car for an extra charge in the morning. The small mudroom area in the entrance was very useful!Perfect for leaving snowshoes or skis. The warm bathroom was also a nice touch.

The only downsides were the very soft, cheap pillow and the frying pans, which were extremely worn out. If the pans had been new, I would have rated the stay 10/10.

Location! 10 minutes drive to Santa Claus village and the city center. It had everything we needed. Heater was centrally controlled.

La casa es una chulada, bien equipada, caliente, el propietario nos dejó hasta un muñeco de nieve en la puerta y un trineo, nos dejó hacer el check in un poco antes y el último día, nos ofreció el check out más tarde, no le vimos en ningun momento. Pero está alejado del centro, si no tienes coche, dependes de Uber para todo, la sauna te la cobra a parte, por días, las almohadas malas y escasas, no había ni un cojín para intentar levantarlas. Tienes la privacidad de una casa "aislada"

Que dependíamos de Uber y eso encareció bastante el precio, que la sauna nos la cobro a parte y las almohadas que eran malísimas.

Fully equipped, very clean and cozy house! Landlord absolutely awesome. He assisted us in everything! Couldn’t imagine any better stay than this! Thank you!

Lovely property,really well laid out. We would stay again of we were in the area.

The car park was a sheet of thick ice to walk on, not the owners fault but something to be aware of if staying.

Great location on our way to utsjoki. We only stayed for one night. Great value for one night for two adults and one child.

The home had everything that you could imagine. Check in instructions were clear. Host was easy to approach and gave quick replies. The house even had some groceries if you would like to use. Very welcoming. Picture doesn't do it justice.

location was not good. The ad said it was a good place to see the northern lights but it really wasn't. I couldn't get my phone to charge- the adapter I had worked every place in Finland but there. There was only one pillow on a double bed - pretty cheap. Might be better if you have your own car. Otherwise need Uber!

The house is well equipped for the comfortable short stay. A lot of species were available in the kitchen, which is good for cooking at home. Good Supermarket is located very close to apartment (around 10 min to go). Nature around is gorgeous.

Temperature inside in the first day of stay were little bit lower than used to live with (around 20). But as per owner it’s problem with central heating service. Not so much affecting on general comfort, but for cold-sensitive people the warm shower is only way to warm up after long-time walking in -7 outside.

A great apartment! Homely, cozy and super clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. Fully recommend especially for longer stays.

This was really awesome, felt like home, it was so clean, and they have all the things we need. And best place to enjoy the snow, and we spotted aurora Borealis too. And the housekeeper mr. Leonard was so kind and he helped lots to us. Definitely this home stays makes you come again…..

The manager wass a very kind person as I needed to store my luggage in advance and he made a point of tidying up the room before check-in time and also made us a cup of tea. After that, he took us to visit the sauna and introduced to us, which made us know more about Rovaniemi. He also took us to Santa Claus Village and introduced the buildings inside the village, which helped us a lot. Becoming the friends with him was the biggest takeaway from our stay in Finland.

Everything is good and comfortable, we had a great time and great night there.

Very comfortable and well equipped house. The host was very helpful in giving tips on how to move around, especially on how to get from the railway station.

Great place. Warm host. Free parking. This rivitalo is in a quiet place, which has everything for a comfortable stay. Linen is included in the room price, as well as toothpaste and washing gel. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen. Large TV. It is worth changing the curtains, they spoil the whole view and updating the photos on booking.com

Perfect place outside to Rovaniemi but only 5 min driving. House had all I needed. It was very new and cleaan. Owner gave us all instructions and explanations. Place to go back. Nice garden in the rear side. Perfect to play woth snow
