Sadly, the technology to let me in the room failed and I had to call to be into the room because there is no body physically at the property. I had to do this twice and the TV remote batteries had run out so I couldn’t operate the TV because no one was on site it wasn’t fixed whilst I was there

Pokoj byl moc pěkně využitý a na místní poměry prostorný. Klidná lokalita, metro, potraviny a kavárny blízko. Bus hned před hotelem. Ulice je rušná, ale se zavřenými okny byl v pokoji klid.

The location is nice, walking distance from a big mall and multiple bus/metro stations. The communication is super quick and easy through whatsapp.

It is very cramped and warm inside, also it is very noisy from inside (i could hear other guests conversations word for word from their room). I had some issues with the cleaning when i arrived in the room, however they were super quick with multiple solutions.

The location is pretty good, super close to a bus station that can take you anywhere. Clean and nice rooms, easy to get in through their app!

Bathroom very small and difficult to get into the shower cubicle as next to the sink and badly designed as you have to squeeze in, if you are of a larger figure you will not get in. The toilet is small too and better suited for a child.

I like the location- it’s about 7 mins walk to the underground/overground station. Close to Westfield Shopping Mall if you plan for shopping. The room is clean and it’s a good size for one person.

The bathroom is so small that I found it not comfortable to sit on the toilet as the sink is on the way- and I’m not a tall person. Imagine it would be quite difficult for a man or a taller person to use it.

Codes and app swipe (which can only be accessed via a webpage) need 'app' access, but every time it needs to input the booking reference number and customer info. Digital access is supposed to save time, but you might stand in front of your room door for 5min just to figure out the codes... The compact room is small, and the distance between the shower door and the washbasin makes it really challenging to get in. The ad posted 'air conditioner' but ends up with a fan only. Please remove the 'air conditioner' tag from the ad.

The lack of air conditioning in the single room made this hell on earth to stay in. London summer’s are extremely hot so I don’t think any accommodation should come without. The fan did nothing and the windows barely opened. The AI customer service was brutal and kept suggesting things I couldn’t do (eg put a bag of ice near the fan - there isn’t a freezer). I ended up leaving my stay early and I’m awaiting a refund for the remaining nights. Not healthy for staff or travellers to sleep in such extreme heat without proper ventilation.

1. The location was a comfortable walk to Shepherd's Bush. 2. The room was recently refurbished.

1. Hair from the previous lodger was found on the sheets and on request to change the sheets, the new sheets also contained hair. 2. The room was extremely warm during summer as ventilation was rather poor. The room was a few degrees hotter than the outside temperature meaning it was upwards of 35 to 40 degrees when a heatwave struck London. The fan provided did not help very much and was extremely noisy to sleep with. 3. Upon running into any issues with the property, the only person that can be contacted is the AI helper they have on a Whatsapp number you are to message. While this ordinarily would not be an issue, the AI helper was not trained to handle unique situations (e.g. requesting for a room cleaning for only a two night stay due to dirty sheets, room cleaning was only allowed to be requested for stays beyond 2 nights). This was ultimately resolved when I explicitly asked to speak to a human managing the front desk. 4. While the room was recently refurbished, it is extremely small. It is only suitable for those who are not travelling with large suitcases as there is no floor space to open the suitcase without blocking any doors. It is also not suitable for anyone who is too tall as the shower is rather short and I struggled to not hit anything when using the shower despite only being 5 foot.

I loved the location of this property in close proximity to Holland Park and Notting Hill! It didn’t feel extremely touristy which I have found when staying in other areas of London on previous trips. The bus stop at the front of the property was also super helpful with plenty of tube options nearby too! The apartment was also much bigger than I expected and was very well priced for London!

It was a small room with no AC, the window didn't really open. On the website they said that they had a fan, but they didn't. I had to spend the first night all sweaty till they got one for me. The room was facing the main road and it was extremely noisy and being so hot it made sleeping impossible. The room was super small and you couldn't really do anything in it apart from sleeping and using the bathroom. They had an AI(Bob) chatting with you and asking you if you wanted anything else and if the stay was worth 5 stars. The AI agent had me go down the basement to look for a fan at 5 o'clock in the morning. Bob I am a human I am melting! Honestly at this price it was a ripoff, sorry bob. Also all the condescending posters on the wall "bob is your friend". Creepy

I did enjoy the room, it looked as advertised, felt like a clean dorm room, which was fine for me. Clean and easily accessible building as a whole.

I understood there was no AC, and that a fan would be provided. However, it was exceedingly hot and the fan was just not enough. The windows were only allowed to legally be opened 10cm, so the room was getting little to no air flow. It was so much hotter inside than it was outside. Outside was more bearable than inside the room. After contacting Bob W's helpline, I was told that someone would be by to open the windows a little more for me, to allow for more airflow, however no one came by and I had asked every day when someone would come. On top of this, I believe that the heat in the room caused the minifridge to break down at one point. Water was dripping out and my food was perspiring. It was hard to function in my room as I was constantly sweating - day and night. I just wonder if anyone had come to check out the temperature in the room before ok-ing that the room was suitable for someone to stay in it? It was just unbearable heat. In that regard, I do feel scammed. I had asked to change rooms on arrival, to which they said none were available. This was never followed up on again. To make matters worse, on the second morning, a domestic situation happened in the room next to me that involved screaming, shouting, broken beer glasses up and down the hallway, and eventually the police got involved. There was a police presence outside my door day and night until the end of my stay (to which I called it quits a day before check-out and moved to another hotel). I asked about the situation, and they said it was now a crime scene! I could not believe it.

The property was clean enough, comfortable and quiet. There were some nice touches, like the fridge, coffee, lounge, garden etc. It was quite handy for the Albert Hall which is the main reason I chose that location. However...

I don't like the concept of entry via the app. What happens if your phone is stolen (not uncommon in London) or the battery is low? I much prefer a human on the premises to speak to. The police were chatting to (presumably) one of the guests about injecting heroin. There was a smell of something in the air so there was some smoking going on - I'm not sure what it was but it certainly wasn't tobacco. On the last night there was lots of noise from a room above. It sounded like they were rearranging the furniture so you may want to check they haven't stolen a bed.

The location, the cleanliness, the welcome message from the team, comfortable bed, the small details in the room.

It was extremely hot in the room due to the weather conditions and the heatwave. With only a ventilator in the room and not being able to open the window was hard to make the air circulation and get some fresh air so was sweating a lot especially during the sleep. But that was the situation of the heatwave and without air conditioning and inability to open windows more fully and let the air come in. You can only do so much when we in Europe aren’t ready for such high temperatures.

The flat was really well finished, super clean and tidy and could not fault that.

This whole business is ran by BOTS. If you do come across something, prepare to wait and be fustrated at automated answering "staff". The flat is VERY tight, literally just enough room for a bed and a small bit of floor space around it. Make sure you have an ID to verify yourself.

Although our room was clean, one of the main things I always look for when traveling is good service, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed in this regard. Before our arrival, I had communicated with the property to confirm whether we could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and I was assured that this would be possible. However, upon arrival, we discovered that there were only eight lockers available for the entire property, and all of them were already occupied. As a result, we had no choice but to wait for two hours in a nearby cafe, as it was not practical to explore with our large luggage. The night before our departure, we placed some items in a locker to reserve it for the next day, since our flight was late at night and we had planned to spend the day out. To our disappointment, when we returned, we found the locker open (not broken), which suggests that someone had accessed it despite us ensuring it was properly locked. Our items had been stolen, which was very concerning, as we expected the lockers to be secure. I immediately contacted the manager, who said they would check for any nearby camera footage and follow up with me. However, I never received any further communication—not even to inform me that nothing had been found. As a result, we had to spend the day walking around busy areas like Oxford Street in London, getting on and off buses while carrying heavy luggage. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since we no longer felt safe leaving our belongings in the lockers. While trying to resolve the situation before leaving, we also encountered another issue. In the lounge, there was a coffee machine available for guests. When my mother attempted to use it, the water ran out. Upon asking housekeeping where we could get more water, we were told that they refill it using bottles left behind by previous guests. In my opinion, this is very unsanitary. Overall, we were very disappointed with the level of service.

No A/C in the rooms is impossible to deal during the summer . The key is your mobile phone but via WiFi so it takes a lot of tries to open the room , at least in my room 201, I like the idea but if needs to be something contactless based so it does not depend on WiFi. The location is nice and calm but very bad connected via tube or buses , takes a long time and changes to get to the touristic places.

The amenities and breakfast were nice

The compact room was extraordinarily small even for a small person like me and my luggage, i could barely turn around in the bathroom! The room was very noisy next to the busy road and the hotel noises. The room has not AC, only a fan, the scorching heat did not help with my sleep. The contactless reception system and access to the rooms are hard to understand at first and it is very annoying to find the code to access the building every time. The breakfast is provided by an external cafe. It is well served and the ladies were really nice but the open hours did not work for me at all.

В номере есть все необходимое, хотя мне не хватало какого-нибудь стула или табуретки, откидного сиденья- но это не критично.

В описании отеля не указано, что завтракать вы будете в кофейне недалеко от отеля, которая открывается в 08,00, а выходные дни и понедельник в 09.00. Если бы я знала об этом при бронировании - я бы завтрак не брала. В номере нет кондиционера, есть вентилятор. Еще за 5 дней не удалось найти утюг в том месте, которое было указано в приложении. Может не стоит писать, что утюг есть?

The registration app to upload passport ID was atrocious. It took over x30 tries standing outside the hotel entrance door to try and gain access to the building (code). There needs to be actual staff onsite to support. Not an AI agent on WhatsApp. Not disability friendly.

Das Zimmer ist super klein! Mit 2 Koffern und 2 Personen war das Zimmer an der Grenze. Man sollte sich entweder sehr gut verstehen oder keine Berührungsangst haben. Die Toilette ist winzig klein. Menschen über 180cm oder mit Konfektiongröße 44 können kaum sich nach dem Toilettengang säubern. Paare und frisch verliebte könnten sich peinlich berührt fühlen bei der Toilettensituaion Das Check in und die gesamte Kommunikation findet über das Handy statt und kann ältere Generation überfordern. Für 2-3 Tage kann es ausreichen aber für ein länger Aufenthalt ist es nicht zu empfehlen.

Aucun service de nettoyage donc apres plusieurs jours l'espace devient très sales...

Apartment was very small but ok

Not what we wanted for 7 nights. Be careful choosing which apartment you want here. Small is not good. Largernpeople could NOT stay here as bathroom is tiny (250 cms long x 70cm wide. The sink is over the toilet, you had to twist your body to fit in the gap to sit down on toilet. Shower was small, only 70x70cms wide on a 1/4 circle, door entry was narrow.

It was a lovely surprise. Everything was perfect, in a modern, youthful and welcoming setting. If you need anything, the staff – even if you’re only in touch online – are quick to sort out any issues. I really enjoyed my stay; it’s just a shame it was only for a day, but I would have loved to stay longer.
