Der beste Homestay in ganz Phong Nha. Wir waren wirklich rundum begeistert. Die Inhaberin ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Das Gebäude ist neu, die Zimmer sind wirklich top gepflegt und sehr sauber, ebenso die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche. Auch der Pool ist sauber und herrlich erfrischend. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Unterkunft sehr gepflegt und man merkt, dass hier sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Service gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die perfekte Organisation und die unglaubliche Pünktlichkeit. Wir wollten sehr früh am Morgen zur Paradise Cave starten und konnten bereits am Abend unsere Frühstückswünsche mitteilen. Morgens um 7 Uhr wurde unser Frühstück serviert und gleichzeitig wurde für uns ein Transfer direkt zur Paradise Cave und wieder zurück organisiert, und das zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Auch die Fahrt zur Duck Farm wurde für uns organisiert. Wir wurden direkt hingefahren und später wieder abgeholt. Dabei konnten wir selbst entscheiden, wie viel Zeit wir dort verbringen möchten. Es gab keinen Zeitdruck und alles wurde ganz individuell auf unsere Wünsche abgestimmt. Auch Essen und Getränke kann man direkt im Homestay bestellen. Die Getränke kosten genauso viel wie im kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke. Das Abendessen war super lecker und auch das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet, ausreichend und sehr lecker. Man kann zwischen drei verschiedenen Möglichkeiten wählen und wird wirklich gut satt. Alles war frisch und top sauber. Auch Massagen können direkt im Homestay gebucht werden. Man wird abgeholt und anschließend wieder zurückgebracht. Für uns war das die beste Massage, die wir während unserer gesamten Vietnam Reise hatten. Ein weiterer toller Service ist der Wäscheservice. Man kann seine Wäsche direkt im Homestay waschen lassen und auch hier war alles zuverlässig, sauber und perfekt organisiert. Unser Fazit, besser geht es wirklich nicht.

I had a great stay at Tu Tu’s place. The room was clean, light and modern with an excellent view. All staff, specially Tu Tu are very nice and helpful. Tu Tu helped arranging tours and motorcycle rental. Good options for breakfast. I would stay there again.

Tutu is amazing!! She helped us as soon as we arrived to make sure we had closed tours and gave us recommendations for nice restaurants and places around. A pretty simple place, but an authentic experience

It was so homely. Beautiful clean modern rooms with shaded outside balcony area to laze the days away. Same at the pool area. Nice breakfast and great value for money.

Nothing- it was perfect. If i was to mention anything negative it would be loud music and the Vietnames news that blasts out at random times from somewhere about 100m away. Apparently this is akin to the town cryer of the bygone days, like a local tradition.

Alles! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Tutu und ihre Familie sind total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als man auf den Bildern vermutet.

מקום מהמם עם נוף. סופר נקי. כל היום מנקות שם את החדרים ואת החללים המשותפים. המבנה חדש. אפילו הבריכה נקייה והילדים נהנו ממנה. טוטו מקסימה. עזרה לנו באיסוף שהגענו מנסיעת לילה וגם לתאם את המשך הטיול. לא לוחצים בכלל על אטרקציות דרכם נתנו לנו שקט ועזרו שצריך. תקשורת מעולה דרך ווטסאפ. הגענו עם 3 ילדים, וקיבלו את ההמולה באהבה.

Besser geht es nicht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar - man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Alles ist sehr herzlich und gleichzeitig sehr professionell. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Wir bekamen Hilfe bei den Transfers und bei den Touren vor Ort - TuTu hat sich um alles bestens gekümmert. Schade, dass wir nicht noch länger bleiben konnten!

We loved our time in this homestay. TuTu took great care of us, helped us booking experiences close by and made our stay truly unique. We felt at home at the moment we arrived and enjoyed every minute of it. We loved the atmosphere, the rooms, the pool and especially the food. other guests were amazing. The area is so much worth exploring and we were sad, that we didn't have time to stay longer. All in all we had a great time!

Les lieux sont vraiment super. Chambres modernes, très grandes fenêtres, super belles salles de bain comparé aux autres hotels au Viet Nam. Beaux espaces communs: terrasse et hamac, piscine. La propriétaire est vraiment super gentille et nous a aidé à organiser certains éléments de notre voyage (transports, etc). Le family dinner était délicieux et copieux, une belle attention.

Le seul bémol est la distance par rapport au centre ville, mais il y a des restos à distance de marche.

The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable. TuTu was very welcoming and gave plenty of advice relating to days out. We had a fantastic 4 night stay and would highly recommend.

Very nice place, comfortable rooms, the terrace with the hammocks is beautiful and fun with great view on the river. The hosts are very nice and helpful.

It's a bit far from the main road, about 15 min walk but the view and atmosphere is better that way:)

Esta alojamiento está a unos 15 mtos caminando de la calle principal, destacaría su limpieza, la comodidad y amplitud de las habitaciones y camas, nosotros somos una familia de 3 y estuvimos de lo más cómodo. El desayuno te lo preparan sobre la marcha, la piscina es más grande de lo que parecen la foto y ls zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas. Lo mejor del alojamiento es la encargada, perdón por no acordarme del nombre, nos ayudó en todo momento, como organizar el día para ver las cuevas con la menor gente, los transportes internos así como la reserva del bus para el siguiente destino, de verdad que es una maravilla.

This is one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! I loved absolutely everything. I loved that I could see the Phong Nha sign and the mountains from second story. The entire building including and room was modern and had a great layout. I loved the lanterns around the balcony and building. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was great. They serve the best coconut coffee. And the staff is so nice! They’re very accommodating and helped to pick me up from my bus stop and helped me get a taxi when I left. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was good, it’s walking distance to the Phong Nha sign and it was in the area that my tour bus picked me up, but it’s not in the main area with more shops and restaurants. I don’t think that’s a problem because the homestead offered food. But there’s not anything much around on that street. And be careful walking around too much because some dogs from a house close by ran after me and I only narrowly escaped!

The rooms were very modern and clean and the pool was lovely! Lots of places to sit and read a book or chill! Tutu was so amazing and helpful to us, organising transport and activities for us! We had the family dinner both nights we stayed and it was some of the nicest food we’ve had in our trip! I would highly recommend staying here!

One of the best accommodation we've had in Vietnam. Tu tu is a great hostess, very helpful and honest. The hotel has great amenities and atmosphere. There are nice outdoor areas to mix and meet other travellers. The family meal is a highlight.

One of the best homestays we’ve ever stayed at. The house is beautiful and modern, the rooms are spotless, and you can tell that a lot of love and attention has gone into every little detail. But the real highlight of this place is definitely Tutu—she is the heart and soul of the homestay. Whether it’s organizing tours, arranging a scooter rental, or giving you amazing last-minute food recommendations, she can do it all. She is always incredibly friendly, full of energy, and genuinely happy to help. We had such a wonderful experience here and can’t recommend it enough. You absolutely have to stay here if you get the chance!

Tutu and her extended family looked after us beautifully. Our children loved chatting and playing with Icecream and her cousins, who were so polite and courteous. Tutu arranged absolutely everything for us - an awesome tour, transport to/from/around Phong Nha, meals and drinks. The rooms were spotless, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was super tasty and much appreciated (and the rice paper rolls here are by far the best we have had). We were all so sad to leave today and look forward to returning one day.

Clean, modern and felt like a 5* experience for 1* price. Tu Tu arranged our excursions and gave advice on other local attractions that turned out to the the highlight of our trip. We also had a delicious home cooked meal served on our first night there - highly recommended.

Tutu is lovely and very welcoming. It really does feel like a homestay. Tutu’s husband picked my partner and I up after our bus arrived from Ninh Binh, and Tutu helped to organise a tour, showed us the way to bicycle to the Duck Farm, and arranged a bus to Hoi An when we departed. The facilities are new and very comfortable as well, and very well kept.

Can’t fault this place.

TuTu’s is the perfect homestay in Phong Nha. The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable and air conditioning new and works very well. The bathroom is large and has ample hot water if needed after swimming all day in the nearby caves and lakes. While the rooms are sparsely furnished, you will find them very comfortable while the pool and large veranda’s have plenty of seats / hammocks to relax in. It is also a family home with the family living downstairs or nearby with home cooked delicious breakfast and dinner meals as you require. The homestay was at the one end of the town, but several times we took a Grab ride for a meal and walked 30 – 40 minutes back in the cool of the evening. Tutu provided plenty of help, information, tour suggestions and in one case organised a rescue when no Grab would come and pick us up. It was the best place we stayed at during our Vietnam holiday and we will return. Thank you for looking after us.

Tutu is amazing! We arrived late at night and she was very accomodating. Organised scooters for us the next day and even gave us a room upgrade with the most amazing views. She is very proactive with booking your buses and organising tours as well.

Tutu was so personable and welcoming, her whole family are truly lovely. The room was an updated style room with a good ensuite, everything was clean and in a good state. We had family dinner with Tutu and some other guests and the food was incredible. Breakfast every morning was delicious as well. Only a short Grab or 1km walk into the main town street. Would recommend Tutu Homestay to anyone!

This was the best place we’ve stayed in the whole of Vietnam. It was exceptionally clean, everything was in good condition, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The thing that really stand out here though is the lovely staff who made us feel very welcome. This is a must stay if you are in Phong Nha.

Excellent accueil de Tu et sa famille qui favorise une ambiance familiale appréciable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix concernant la chambre, l'équipement ( terrasse-piscine) , l'emplacement ( face au fleuve et en dehors du centre de Phong Nha. ( nb : pour les déplacements, le mieux est de louer un scooter via l'établissement. Petit déjeuner correct par contre excellent dîner sur place et belle ambiance lors des "family table" organisés par Tu lors des soupers. En bref, un homestay que l'on a du mal à quitter.

Estuvimos poco tiempo pero muy buen Homestay!

On est accueilli au sein de l'adorable famille de Tutu, qui nous font sentir à la maison, pas dans un hôtel. La nourriture était excellente, mention spéciale au dîner de famille et au porc citronnelle excellent. Chambre fonctionnelle et très confortable, location de vélo possible et piscine bienvenue avec les chaleurs de la journée. Un excellent moment passé.

N'être resté que deux nuits à Phong Nha.

Es war sehr Familiär und Ich fühlte mich einfach sehr wohl. Das Homestay war Modern und es war Komfortabel es hat an nichts gefehlt. TuTu hat uns bei allem Geholfen wie Touren zu den Höhlen, Fahrräder mieten und ein Bus zu Ninh Binh hat sie auch gebucht, da es für sie günstiger war. Ich kann TuTu‘s Homestay nur weiter empfehlen:)

Tutu war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool war sehr erfrischend nach der Wanderung und durften wir auch abends benutzen.

Leider war die Tutu auch ein bisschen chaotisch und hat einige Sachen vergessen oder verwechselt. Klimaanlage war nicht kalt genug und hat nachts komplett aufgehört zu arbeiten. Das war ein bisschen unglücklich bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur. Das Essen (sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen) war leider ziemlich langweilig und null gewürzt. Das Essen in Vietnam ist ansonsten wirklich sehr gut, hier eher mäßig und könnte verbessert werden.

Tutu was the most wonderful host, her and her family were so welcoming and so helpful! We had the family dinner on one of our nights which was very lovely and Tutu booked us onto a cave tour and we had lots of fun! Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here, one of our favourite stays in Vietnam!

This was my second stay with TuTu. The property is near new and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Tutu and her family and staff go above and beyond to ensure each guests stay is a memorable one, from helping with organising transport to Phong Nha, recommendations of activities, scooters, laundry, everything (nothing is too much trouble). The views of the river and mountains, and watching the sunset from the large balconies is just beautiful. When you stay with TuTu you are made to feel like family. I will definitely return again one day.

It is a little way from the Main Street, easily walkable, but TuTu can arrange transport at a moments notice or Grab is very cheap. Having said that it is a lot more peaceful and not a negative at all.

Pour les gros mangeurs au petit déjeuner, il faudra commander un supplément (suffisant pour nous). Tutu est très serviable et très efficace pour vos déplacements et excursions.

The owner of the property is the most helpful and nicest person ever. She helped us with everything we needed, gave us advice on our travels, and was helping us even in the middle of the night.

Tutu’s homestay is a peaceful stay in Phong Nha with gorgeous views, a modern and well maintained room, lovely pool and amazing hosts. We had breakfast and dinner at the homestay which were both lovely. Tutu helped us to organise our transport and tours which was much appreciated and made our stay extra relaxing. Would recommend to anyone coming to Phong Nha.

Tutu is so incredibly helpful and on it. Tours, transport, laundary, food, you name it just checks in, gives you details and sorts it out. I booked my cave tour and bus with Tutu, good price. The place is v clean, comfortable, small pool to enjoy and a 20 min walk or quick bike ride from centre of town.

This is the only place where the shower was cold but tbh it was ao hot outside didn't really matter.

Tu Tu is the most amazing host in Vietnam so far! She does everything to make your stay as memorable as possible. She makes sure you arrive at the homestay through booking the transfer for you and has endless information about tours and things to do! Would definitely go there again!

This is by no means a 5 star resort and it shouldn't be! You're staying at a homestay in the middle of Phogn Nha Forest! That being said, TuTu and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming and go above and beyond for their guests. We had a lovely stay here before our tour. The bed was very comfortable as well, the AC worked well etc.

Brilliant location, property is very clean and has great facilities-pool,laundry,bike rental,hammocks, delicious breakfast. Tutu and her family go above and beyond to help guests organise trips and even provided us with a lift to and from our sleeper bus. Location is great-about 15 minutes walk from the Main Street with lovely restaurants, bars etc. We were so happy with our stay at Tutu’s and it exceeded our expectations, would love to return!

Tutu went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She booked buses for us to and from Phong Nha which was so useful! The stay was also very nice, basic room but everything you would need… AC, toiletries, hot water, comfortable bed. Breakfast was also nice in the mornings. The pool was nice to relax in when the weather was so hot. It’s about 15 mins+ to the town if you are walking, we got grabs or rented a motorbike.

Tutu’s homestay was one of our favourite places we have stayed at. They were so welcoming and helped us with all of queries. Tutu helped to book buses, tours and even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus stop too. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Phong Nha was definitely one of our favourite places and Tutu’s played a big part in that too.

Sometimes you query such high scores on this platform, but TuTu deserves it, she is a brilliant host and a lovely person. I unfortunately took poorly whilst there and she was caring and helpful and I was so relieved to be staying there whilst feeling so poorly. Beautiful room, lovely pool, nice breakfast. I could not recommend it more.

Absolutely everything, TuTu is so lovely! Her communication was perfect, the rooms were clean & spacious. We arrived on a night bus at 4am in the morning & she quickly turned a room around at 8am so that we could check in early, very very grateful! Could not recommend staying here enough!

Tutu was a great host, really friendly and attentive. She helped us buying the bus tickets Tam Coc-Phong Nha and Phong Nha-Hue as well as adventure tours in Phong Nha. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay at Tutu’s again if I came back to Phong Nha, so far, the best stay in Vietnam 🇻🇳 😊🏔️🍃

Absolutely loved our stay at Tutu’s homestay. Tutu and her family are just so lovely, friendly and helpful - helping us to book buses to and from Phong Nha before arriving and tours and activities during our stay. Homestay and rooms are clean, spacious and have great views. So glad we chose to eat in the homestay, breakfast & dinner both really yummy. Really hope I have the chance to stay again sometime in the future. Favourite stay of our Vietnam trip. :-)
