Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The owner was very friendly, warm and courteous. The house was clean and looks pleasant. Connected to the mall so it’s easy for shopping.
Some of the facilities of the building (e.g., prayer room) were not easily accessible, but it’s a minor issue.

Our group of 7 had problem sitting at the living rm area for chit chat as there was only one 3 seat sofa. Could do with some extra sofa chair.

Master bedroom bath has strong sewage smell. Both bathrooms has mold at shower area. Do not open the windows. We did that to air house and went out. When we came back, there were lots of mosquitoes in house.

It does get a bit noisy at night due to how quiet the place is, you can hear door banging and talking from other neighbours. Nothing that can be done about it.
