De bedden waren slecht. Zo goed als geen verduistering in de woonkamer met bed 3 en 4.

Ottima posizione e vista incantevole, presenza di tutti i confort di benvenuto. Host Susanna presente e disponibile. Comoda l'opzione di servizio trasporto aereoporto - appartamento con consegna diretta chiavi a prezzo ragionevole e nonostante il nostro orario di arrivo (Grazie Kary!) Siamo stati davvero bene usando il servizio HSL e con le biciclette abbiamo girato in lungo e in largo. La sauna è stata una bella opzione.

Giusto per dare un suggerimento: le tende alle finestre lasciavano filtrare tutta la luce del giorno anche nelle prime ore del mattino nella zona divano-letto. Infine rispetto invece al palazzo l'ascensore è un po' obsoleto e non da molta sicurezza.

Tutto! La posizione, la vista, la disponibilità di ogni cosa che potesse servire.

As advertised, the view is great -- and I loved having my own sauna (though I had to consult YouTube to find out how to make it work). The kitchen was well equipped.

Some aspects of the apartment are a bit ... DIY. Like the fiddly bit of wire to keep the bedroom blind closed, and the fact that to keep the bedroom curtain 'door' open you have to loop it round the TV wire. Also if you don't want people to wear shoes in the apartment, put some crocs or something out for use on the balcony-- I'm not taking my socks off to put the flip-flops on!

Maisema oli tottakai parasta, ja juuri sitä mitä luvattiin! Yhteydenpito oli loistavan toimivaa ja ystävällistä. Asunto oli hyvin varustettu ja siisti, saunominen oli loistava bonus

Pimmennysverhot myös olohuoneessa ei olisi kesällä pahitteeksi

Sijainti erittäin hyvä ja näkymä parvekkeelta upea. Omaan tarpeeseen kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi.

Huoneisto oli hieman jo ikääntynyt ja kaipaisi pientä huolenpitoa. Itseäni yöpymisellä tuo ei haitannut, mutta kumppani kiinnitti huomiota kohteen siisteyteen tarkemmin.

Hausbackene Ausstattung durcheinander, schlecht schließende Türen, keine Kippfenster, Aufzug aus 40-er Jahren geht NUR bis zur 4 Etage, danach weiterschleppen!, idiotische Hausregeln: z.B. Schuhe bereits im Eingang ausziehen, Müll wegtragen, Geschirr waschen u.s.w. KEIN PARKPLATZ IN DER NÄHE, strengste Parkregeln auf der Straße und trotzdem kaum Parkplätze. Eingangschlüssel muss im schmudeligen Nepalesischem Restaurant abgeholt werden.

Location with great views. Fully functional kitchen. A detailed instruction manual. Lovely outdoor balcony.

Despite following instructions, washing machine did not work leaving clothes soaking wet. Pillows were lumpy and inadequate. Again following instructions, we did not adjust temperature settings however place was too warm throughout. Finally, entrance hall light fitting only had 1 bulb out of 6 working.

Cozy apartment, essential but with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Super central location, we could walk everywhere in the city with no need to take any transportation. Host very friendly and always available to help. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, I think I took 300 pictures 😄

Balcony had great views. Short walk to the main areas and the sauna in the apartment was great.

Varavuode olisi kaivannut paksumpaa sijauspatjaa ja tuoleja pöydän ympärille olisi hyvä olla enemmän.

It was very hot! Fans were provided but didn’t do much. Couldn’t figure out how to open one window and didn’t open the second window due to bugs.

Ideal for a family. Near Xmas markets.

Loved the property. Lovely and warm, comfortable beds perfect for our one night stop over. Super close to the Christmas markets too

Bit difficult if you have lots of luggage. But this was fine for us.

The view is fantastic, especially the sunrise! It was so beautiful. Apartment is a little small for 5 but fully equipped and functional. It has basically whatever needed to stay comfortably for few days. The kitchen has a separate door so the food smell doesn't escape so much. And it has an elevator to the 2nd top floor so you only climb another flight.

Toilet is a little small for bigger sized people but well equipped.

The view was excellent, and so was the area: central, beautiful but quiet. Lots of coffee places around etc. The apartment itself is well equipped and has some charm of its own.

Just a minor remark: I did not like the communication with the host. It was based on long automated messages. It also contained long lists of things that are prohibited or required (also making mention of fines etc). Many of these rules are kind of natural, but usually you do not have to read all of this stuff in order to learn where to leave the key upon check-out, for example. The check-in was also a bit unpredictable: we learned the place where we had to pick the keys on the last day before arrival and picking that key was a bit different from the instruction. Anyway, all of this were minor things. The stay itself was spotless.

Exceptional vieux, extremely well situated

Some old equipment and furniture: old mattresses in the room, some , not all, very old and probably outlaw electrical outlets with very long electrical wires and connections. Stores do not protect from the light , very very early in the summer and the windows looking east.

It's an apartment located under the roof, so it's super hot. You may have a nice view if you are on the balcony, but not from the room. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a sauna and a washing machine. Location is super comfy. Very quiet.

It's quite old; some things may appear broken - e.g. no electricity in the bedroom, curtains. The balcony may be easily locked so be careful to take your keys always with you.

We enjoyed everything, but the highlight for me was rhe view from.the terrace.

The amazing view ! Well equipped apartment. Ease of check in and check out . Lovely calm place for a family and very central location. Access to Trams that connect you to the whole of Helsinki . Loved the peace and chill and , the view from the balcony!

Gets a little warm as it's the top level. More fans could simply make it more comfortable
