The value for 2 separate bedrooms . Great swimming pool for the family.

The plastic cups and lack of glasses

The flat provided all essentials for preparing food and storage. WiFi was fast and consistent. Rooms were clean. Excellent views of KL Tower and Petronas Towers. Gym on 6th floor had a good assortment of free weights. Property was in a very convenient location, as public transit Monorail/LRT were within 15 minutes walk for me, location in central KL so convenient for shopping. Check in instructions were clear. Host was friendly.

Floor was high, so good for views, although I personally prefer lower so I can use stairs to exit.

Its location was good and near the main attractions. The apartment was clean and space was sufficient for a family of four.

The bunk bed mattress was a bit thin and not very comfortable for an adult. The bathroom needed a bit of renovation as some of the fixtures looked rusty. The wifi was not that strong.

Propreté parfaite L appartement se trouve au 43eme étage avec une très belle vue, contrairement à d'autres logements où vous ne savez pas dans quel étage vous allez tomber Le gérant communique bien et est très réactif Un point aussi très important : les grab n hesiteront pas à venir car ils trouvent toujours des clients qui les attendent et ça c est un grand avantage à Kuala Lumpur Les commentaires ici sont authentiques contrairement à d'autres logements avec lesquels j'hésitais avant de découvrir qu'ils ne reflétaient pas la réalité Les matelas étaient confortables, pas de sol grinçant, pas de portes qui font un bruit quand vous les ouvrez .. plein de petits détails rendent ce logement excellent Le self check-in a été très pratique dans mon cas puisque k arrivais tard la nuit donc je n'ai pas eu la pression de faire attendre quelqu'un... Le prix est excellent. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine qui était propre. En bas de l'immeuble il y a une épicerie qui restait jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, vraiment très pratique... Il y a aussi des restaurants dans la même rue qui restent assez tard le soir et pas chers du tout Il faut bien lire les instructions envoyées pour ne pas être en difficulté à votre arrivée

Il manque des mugs pour les boissons chaudes le matin Il manque un toaster mais je pense que le pain n'est pas vraiment une grande tradition en Asie J'ai trouvé que la clim du salon faisait du bruit mais ça ne sera pas un inconvénient si vous ne dormez pas dans le salon

Jalan Robertson always traffic jammed

Great location, easy walking distance (10-15mins) to Jalan Alor Night Market, Petaling Street Market and shopping malls. Pool was excellent - so refreshing after being out in the heat. Apartment has everything we needed for our stay in KL!

Nothing, everything was fine

Clean, nice unit with great location and a nice city view. Really close to many attractions and basic shopping available right nearby. A/C in both bedrooms and the living room. Good internet. Secure location with guards 24/7. Nice pool area.

Kitchenware a bit basic, few cups and plates. Otherwise everything was fine!

Strategic area with full accessible of attractive places,the host is attentive & always available for any queries.

So far i don’t see any of unsatisfaction occured.The place is tidy & comfy for 1st impression.

The view and the facilities

The detergent wasn't being refilled. Would be better if the place has water purifier provided. And please ensure the cleanliness at the lobby area. The rubbish bin at the lift was packed with rubbish and it smells.

The location was quite good, with a few cafes and shops at the base of the two tall buildings. The swimming pools were nice although very cold! Nice to have an extra small pool for our children.

Most of the facilities of the building were behind locked doors. Not a big problem as we wouldn't have used many but strange to be told they were there and not be able to access them. Quite a few areas of the building were broken or closed off for repairs. Main issue was that the flat was not very comfortable really and felt very tired - very old decoration, peeling wallpapers, cleaning products on display in the living room shelves and extremely poorly equipped kitchen so not really ideal if you are planning to stay for a while and cook your own meals. The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable at all. Also be warned that you need to pay a deposit before arrival through Transferwise (which is not something we've ever had to do before for a 1 week stay).

Location was good. Clean appartment with a good Indian restaurant next door + supermarkets. Close to the famous street food market and easy for grabs. Swimmingpool was very nice. The appartment had a nice view

Comfortable and feel just like home

The Robertson is a delightful property. The pool, gym and outside area are what makes it a superb stay!

The smaller room can be a bit noisy at times

The location was very convenient for a city tour. The 43rd floor gave quite a view of Bukit Bintang particularly the KL tower and Twin Towers. Property owner was very responsive. Guided us before , during and after the stay.

Trip went great, no complaints.

It was my family's third stay at Robertson Residences. The location is great; just a short walk from Jalan Bukit Bintang. There's a 'mamak', bakery, coffee shop, convenience store, etc, outside Robertson Residences. The apartment was very comfortably equipped (crockery, cutlery, utensils, washing machine cum dryer, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer). It was almost home away from home. Mr. Yap Meow Sing, our host, was supportive and very accommodating.

My main concern was that there was only one access card. It was difficult to coordinate exit and entry times for a family of adults. The toilet ventilation vent did not work. It would be great if the 4 unmatched mugs for customers' use could be replaced so it made a set. The lobby did not always smell great (perhaps it was the washrooms located in the lobby)

Got everything that i need. Feels like home. Will definitely come again.

The host was absolutely friendly, helpful and nice! Really good service as well as being flexible & tolerance upon my fussy requests! Additionally, it is convenient to get food, supper and daily necessities at this home stay. Enjoyed my whole stay with my family.

Just love the appartment which was on the 43th floor which had a good view on the city. Admiring the night city life esp the twin towers , just amazing. Overall, the complex is clean and Mr Lex Yap is very responsive to every question I have. Thank you Mr Yap! For the location, it is pretty close to Petaling street, Pudu and Pavilion cost only MYR 5 with grab. Overall good location. Pool and gym was amazing! Would come back again and highly recommended! And also, good pricing! P.s. good Indian restaurant around the corner of the complex!

I loved the location, so close to walk anywhere. The facilities were quite good as well. Really good skyline view and amazing pool. Big rooms, clean bathroom.

I didnt like that if you forgot your access carf you would be locked out completely but i heard that it’s the same all over KL

Everything was good and straightforward, from booking to staying. The agent reply was prompt, instruction was clear, room service and cleanliness was very good. I didn't use the facilities, can't comment much on it. Location of the area is also very good.

Nothing much to dislike with this stay. The only thing that needs improvement is that I hope booking.com can improve communication with agent. I was initially informed that there will be additional cleaning fee which is not stated in booking.com. This will cause confusion and disappointment to customers.
