L’appartement est bien situé dans un quartier sympa (galeries d’art, artisanat, resto…) et sécurisé. Il y a de bons équipements (frigo, plaques de cuisson, adaptateur prise, four micro-ondes, etc.).

Reviewed May 12, 2026Velmi milá hostitelka - pomohla nám se vším, co jsme potřebovali a na co jsme se zeptali. I když byl check in až ve 2 hodiny odpoledne, tak nám uschovala kufry, protože jsme přiletěli brzo ráno. Poměrně bezpečná ulice - u vstupu security, kteří vás pustí pouze na kód, při každém vstupu musíte použít nový.
Ubytování není nejnovější a je poměrně malé, ale za tu nízkou cenu, dostanete přesně to, co očekáváte.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026I had an amazing 16-night stay in Maboneng, Johannesburg. From the moment I arrived, I felt quite cool and open-minded to explore. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always reachable, and regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. That level of attentiveness truly made a difference. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable extended stay microwave, water heater, refrigerator, and more. The internet was very fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. Access to the building is highly secure, requiring an access code to enter and exit, so I always felt safe. The location is excellent and easy to find, situated right in the heart of a vibrant, bubbling neighborhood. It’s surrounded by top eateries like McDonald's, KFC, Chicken Licken, as well as stores like PEP and Shoprite. Nightlife is just a few meters away, with decent lounges offering great vibes and affordable drinks. It’s also conveniently close to major sightseeing attractions such as the Apartheid Museum, Gold Reef City, Constitution Hill, Jozi CBD, and Gandhi Square. Additionally, it’s well-positioned for airport access via O. R. Tambo International Airport. Overall, this was a comfortable, secure, and well-located apartment that made my extended stay in Johannesburg truly enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Communication was excellent, and they waited for us until 2:00 AM. The area is appealing for street art fans. There are restaurants and Cafes close by, and it feels safe. For a one-day layover/two nights, it was perfect for me. Thank you!!

You need new codes whenever you have to get in/out of the property. Passages looks a bit old and need some renovations.

Everything is around especially shops I will recommend someone to book this place. Wow! not to mention that the whole flat is decent. I really enjoy my stay
When you go out of the building you have to inform the owner to get new code to enter again at the gate. But anyway I really understand because it’s for the safety and security reasons anyway the place was good

Reviewed Dec 28, 2024Tsolo is a great host, who is very helpful and supportive with her guest. Also in case of security she observes the area and knows what you can do and what not. The location is perfect as you are in the middle of Maboneng where you can reach good restaurants and shop by foot in no time. The building is very safe!
It gets a bit chilly in the night. But there are blankets in case you need them to keep you warm. The place is very small, but I did not mind, as I stayed one night only.

Thank you Tsholofelo Moboli may GOD bless you for the good work you did for us, your exit and entry code never failed and I liked the way you always care to make sure everything is ok for us , we were at 10 floor without stress the elevator was smooth
