A cozinha poeria estar melhor equipada. Como éramos 4 pessoas, a quantodad de pratos, talheres absolament insufucientes. Não havia uma travessa onde colocar um peixe ou carne grelhada. Pedimos o favor de arranjar uma travessa, mas não nos foi entregue ou respondido sequer que não conseguiram

Really lively property, would definitely book here again if going to Vilamoura. Food at the on site restaurant was superb and good value for money.

The pool, restaurant and staff were amazing! We ate in the restaurant 3 out of the 5 nights we stayed at the property and the food was fantastic each time. Apartment itself was well equipped and clean.

The apartment was nice and spacious but a bit run-down. There were cupboards that were not closing properly, a window shutters that could not be blocked... little things that can make a huge difference.

The room is great for a family, with a well-equipped kitchen and other room utilities. AC all over for the hot days; very good hospitality from the staff. Good breakfast, nice and quiet surroundings. Short walk to Marine (Quarteiro), Spar, a few small restaurants, and short drives to the Vilamoura area and waterpark. Nice swimming pool and pool club.

A few cleanliness issues, especially on the apartment's front terrace: ants and leaves. The swimming pool has no direct access to the pool bar or restaurant; it is located outside the enclosed pool area. The swimming pool public toilets were not clean or maintained.

Top locatie, prachtig zwembad maar binnen in het appartement is er nauwelijks mogelijkheid om zelf te koken, of iets klaar te maken. dat vonden we voor deze prijs echt ondermaats. Het is allemaal echt wat verouderd. De faciliteiten en de locatie is top en het appartement is verder wel fijn. De airco maakt lawaai en is ook aan vervanging toe.

Staff so kind and helpful, the pool area was amazing so clean and always a sunbed so not over crowded and too busy , the pool man kept a close eye on everyone. The restaurant and entertainment were good and the location fantastic could walk to bars and restaurants out of the complex . We had a regular delivery of clean towels and toilet rolls . Would definitely book again .

A couple of things the accommodation was basic but thats fine , it was clean and the beds super comfortable, it was just the kitchen it was clean but the draws were falling off their runners and was very limited on plates, cups ,glasses and cutlery. Also where our accommodation was we backed on to the staff entrance of the bar and restaurant and where smoking breaks were taken through out the day and evening by staff , this did not bother us to much as out during the day but could be a problem if you just wanted to chill in your garden area with black of privacy and a aroma of smoke !!

Nos encontramos varias cucarachas en el apartamento y el menaje era muy muy justo. Por lo demás todo bien.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, le parking et la possibilité de restauration sur place avec animation. Le cadre familiale tout en étant calme.

Manque un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine. Un peu trop de poussière au niveau de la climatisation et lorsque l’on est sensible cela provoque des réactions allergiques.

L’apartament és confortable, està net i gairabé té de tot per cuinar. Vam trobar a faltar un escurridor per fer pasta, arrós o netejar enciam. El personal és molt amable.

La piscina tanca molt aviat a la tarda, a les 19’00 i obre a les 9’00 del matí. No vam poder fer ús. Els preus del restaurant relació qualitat/preu són elevats.

The property was very clean throughout. The pool was well maintained and the facilities welcoming. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.

Not a dislike, just a suggestion: a couple of additional facilities for kids would add value (table tennis, billiards?).

Het appartement is ruim, genoeg plek voor vier personen. Fijn dat we drie keer in een week schone handdoeken en nieuw toiletpapier kregen. Het terras is heel fijn. Een aparte wc was prettig in het appartement. Het zwembad is heerlijk qua temperatuur. Leuk dat er schommels in het water hangen. Fijn dat je bij de bar een drankbestelling kunt doen en dat ze dit naar je bedje komen brengen. Het restaurant is top! Het ziet er prachtig en sfeervol uit met alle planten, net of je in een tuin zit. Vier avonden per week live muziek. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreide kaart en goede kwaliteit gerechten.

Het appartement is qua meubilair en sanitair wat gedateerd. De bedden waren erg hard en de kussens oncomfortabel. Een avond liep er een kakkerlak in een slaapkamer, maar die kan ook door het raam naar binnen zijn gekomen. Hij leeft in elk geval niet meer. Ook bij dit zwembad werden ‘s ochtends bedjes gereserveerd. Gelukkig begrepen veel mensen het wel om de spullen mee te nemen als ze weggingen. Maar blijft irritant als mensen pas na het middaguur aankomen zetten. Het restaurant is niet heel goedkoop en soms moest je lang wachten op je eten. Het appartementencomplex zit wat ver van de zee, waardoor je eigenlijk wel een auto nodig hebt om ook nog iets van het dorp / stadje of omgeving te kunnen zien.

It’s a little hidden gem in Quarteira… a lovely oasis away from the main tourist hubbub. The pool is really lovely, a great size and you could almost always get a sunbed; there is no rush and not much towel laying when the pool opens at 9am. The restaurant at the side of the pool is just lovely in the evening and the food excellent if a little pricey! Cocktails are great too. Our apartment was a little dated but clean, comfortable and spacious with a lovely terrace and the grounds are well maintained. The whole vibe is very chill and the staff are very pleasant.

We had two roach visitors on our first day in our ground floor apartment; our apartment was cleaned and sprayed the next day so well handled. The restaurant was closed for two days during our stay, once as a weekly day off and secondly for a plush wedding. Not a big deal but it was a bit weird to be swimming being watched by wedding guests! The venue is a 20 minute walk from the seafront which may not suit everyone but there are some good local restaurants in the near vicinity.

Las instalaciones son geniales, los apartamentos súper amplios, camas excelentes y grandes, piscina y restauración muy bien, por las noches hay actuaciones en directo, ideal para familia y desconectar. Limpios y bien ubicados de playas, pueblos a visitar, etc.

Que no haya lavadora en todos los apartamentos, horno o microondas con grill, corto de menaje de cocina, y el frigorífico enfríaba poco. La barbacoa está muy bien, pero solo tiene una posición para la rejilla y es muy alta, por lo que la comida tarda mucho en hacerse.

The property is beautiful especially the pool and restaurant areas. Also the food served in the restaurant was of a very high standard, reasonably priced and the evening entertainment was very enjoyable the few nights we ate in the onsite restaurant.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Pool lounge is fantastic, offering great entertainment and food. We really did enjoy it. Staff are excellent. Apartments are very clean and its a great location overall. Really impressed and would return again.

The AC unit is really noisy, so that was a bit of a challenge.

Fantastic pool and all the area and facilities around the pool were really good, always lots of available sun loungers, and a lovely relaxed vibe . Staff at the complex were so friendly and efficient. Lovely bar and restaurant. The Uber service was exceptional as this complex is a long way to the Marina/beach area with a young child , Uber was readily available and really cheap .

Where to start with the inside of this supposedly 'superior' apartment , no. 162. I had read previous reviews saying that the inside was a little dated , that didnt bother me too much, but what we found was an absolute disgrace. This lovely bright apartment was seriously let down by the dirty, old and broken furniture. Arms falling off the really dirty sofa bed , knobs missing off the broken furniture in both living room and bedrooms, dirty wardrobes, patio door handle fell off every time we opened it. Lighting on the lovely big terrace was non existant if you wanted to sit out after dark. Really poor bed linen and pillows. Safety box was advertised but was not available, staff knew nothing about it . The kitchen and bathroom were ok . I dont think any of the above is the fault of the complex itself, there were a number of locked cupboards so Im assuming this apartment is privately owned? It would not take a huge investment to upgrade the furnishing in this apartment but as it is I would definately not recommend it to anyone . We were a family of 3 adults and 1 child .

Nenhuma porta trancava, quer de dentro (w.c, quartos) tal com a porta de acesso ao exterior, pouca privacidade com os “vizinhos do lado” e o quarto não estava nas melhores condições.

The pool and gardens. The flat was big. The beds were comfortable. The staff in the reception was really friendly. The veranda/patio is big. We made a cat friend! Good A/C. Very calm at night.

Unfortunately the bed duvet covers had stains in the single beds. That felt unfresh. The rest of the flat was clean. We found a cockroach the last evening but I know they are everywhere and come in when the windows are open. The kitchen had the essentials only. No capsule coffee machine. No working ventilation system above the stove. The TV was not a smart tv but had many international channels. You ear a lot from the flat above. Bring ear plugs.

Location was great. Quiet and close enough to the main areas. Low level buildings and not overlooked. Spacious apartments with a good size outdoor terrace and barbecue. Great TV channels if you like that.

The apartments are tired. They need updating. Also lack of things. There aren’t much crockery and the cooking utensils. Outdated kitchen. There was no bin liner in the kitchen bin no soup nothing to wash up with. No tea towel only 1 toilet roll. You would need to go to the shop and buy the basics. That said the staff are very helpful.

Beautiful pool area. Had a large screen for World Cup matches which was great. Staff are the crown jewel, couldn’t fault them. We will see them again!

It was a beautiful complex and very safe. It had a lovely restaurant on site. The staff in the restaurant were lovely.

The cleaning was poor. It was only to be cleaned once in 9 nights and we complained and they cleaned the day before we left.towels were only changed once. The man at the poor was very cross and it left no atmosphere in the place. There was nobody in the pool and he took a little ball off our 3 year old.

Fabulous place, fabulous pool and surroundings. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Well worth it. Restaurant for lunch was excellent and worth it. Cafe for breakfast was excellent but expensive. Quiet at night.

Not a complaint but a few cloths for dishes and some washing up liquid would be good. No privacy on terrace.

I recently spent a week here with my two young children, 5 and 3. A lot nicer than photos might suggest. Apartment good. Pool area really good for all ages. Food and drinks 9/10 and reasonably priced. Staff exceptionally nice. Would definitely come back.

Le piscine était très propre et chaud. L'appartement est grand et beau mais pas de nettoyage si vous reste mois de 6 jours. Le restoraunt est moderne et pratique aussi beau et charmant, mais un peu cher.

All the staff were excellent, pool area and restaurant are lovely with good quality food available all throughout the day. Rooms were very spacious and cater perfectly for families.

Little bit of a walk or short taxi to most places which we didn't mind but might put others off.

The property was lovely and spacious well equipped and clean upon arrival we had a pool view which was exactly what we asked for and it was beautiful

The only thing we disliked was that the balcony was a little too open so the next door neighbours were able to see over we just prefer a little more privacy

We stayed in superior 2 bed top floor apartment with terrace *staff were amazing, everyone from restaurant to reception! *Kitchen had more than enough cooking equipment *Nice views from terrace *Very clean apartment and surroundings *There are nice local restaurants and small supermarket 5-10 mins walk from the property *Touristic train stops opposite reception, it is good way to get to the town and the beach if you don't have a car. Ubers also are cheap. *Shallow pool for children

*the apartment is a bit dated, but we didn't mind this as it was super clean. *We would have loved to have proper duvets instead of traditionally provided thin sheets. The nights were still cold so we ended up having heating on at night (which is together with ac unit and was a bit loud). *Loud music by the pool from around midday to late evening. The volume definitely could be lower, especially because around half guests were families. Despite this, we would definitely come back if visiting this area again!

So quiet and peaceful, very relaxing and only a 15 walk to the Marina

The apartment was beautiful with a lovely private terrace area, but there are a few things that are a bit tired and worn. The headboard in the main bedroom needs replacing as well as the 4 x dining chairs. Also, all the pillows need to be replaced and really should have pillow protectors on them before the pillow case goes on them.

Most of the staff were lovely! Especially the staff on check in and a female waitress by the pool who was so helpful. One staff member, who monitored the pool area he was very grumpy and quite rude.
