O apartamento tinha o chao mal acabado e as madeiras estragadas, a casa de banho tinha um duche em poliban com cortina, super anti-higienico. Para o preço e localização acho que o quarto deveria de ter melhores acabamentos. Os corredores parecem de uma zona de piscinas antigas e cada porta tem um puxador diferente o que dá mau aspeto pois parece tudo remendado. No pequeno almoço havia muitas mesas sujas e não estavam a limpar, bem como o chão.

Nao correspondia ás imagens disponibilizadas no site! Tudo mal conservado, sujo e velho! Moveis todos estragados, sujidade em todo o lado e um cheiro a fritos a sair das ventilações. Cortina do wc negra com fungos e sujidade entranhada. Devia ser exigida uma inspeção porque isto implica com a saude publica! Era merecida a devolução de pelo menos 50% do valor pago pois foi vendido por boas imagens e como 4 estrelas e na verdade nao tem nada a ver. Pequeno almoço cheio de mosquistos nos bolos e nos sumos! Apenas aguentei a dormir no sofa porque na cama era impossivel com o cheiro pois tinha compromissos de trabalho, caso contrário nao tinha sequer ficado neste lugar! Tenho tudo fotografado caso pretendam ver para analisar!

Spacious clean accommodation with beautiful wrap around balcony and view of the marina The pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds. The Breakfast was really tasty. The location was amazing literally metres from the marina.

Really great overnight stay for a wedding. Really appreciated the fact my request to get access to the room a little early to shower and change for the wedding was facilitated. They went above and beyond.

That is was close to The marina

Honestly, I didn’t like anything about this property. For a 4-star hotel, I found it extremely disappointing. The entire property feels outdated and there was mold in the bathroom , in my opinion, is nowhere near the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The beds in particular were disgraceful and badly in need of updating. The service wasn’t much better. There was a rude older gentleman behind the reception desk who made the experience even less pleasant. Check-in isn’t until 4pm, which is fine in itself, but if you arrive earlier with luggage, be very careful. The hotel leaves guests’ luggage in an unlocked, unsupervised room. There were no tickets, labels or name cards to identify who the bags belonged to. Anyone could potentially walk in and take a bag, and there appeared to be no proper system in place to prevent this. Overall, I was very disappointed with the property and certainly wouldn’t consider it a 4-star experience. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Thought 4pm was late for a check in.

Very convenient for the marina restaurants and the staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English and the property was clean and tidy and the apartment had lovely views with two balconies and the fact that we could just book for one night in peak season was great for us as it meant we could extend the start to our holiday and get better and cheaper flights and times - we would definitely stay here again. Also we were allowed to leave our luggage and explore the marina before booking into our villa for our longer holiday stay. Excellent all round.

To stay for longer then I did (3 days), I would have need to buy all the kitchen stuff such as washing liquid, kitchen roll, cloths, etc, pretty much nothing supplied except crockery, and etc. Take a fire stick or equivalent as the TV signals are awful.

Great location and with a nice swimming pool.

Some of the fixtures and tiles etc were slightly tired.

The location is excellent. Near the beach. The swimming pool is amazing.

The reception people are rude and grumpy. The apartment is old and not well maintained. The decoration is boring and old. You notice there’s a lack of attention to details. When we reserved it showed it had parking lot but when we got there they informed us we didn’t have access. We were also informed we had to pay the breakfast, but when we reserved it said it was included.

Felt it was way over priced. Very run down and toilets constantly smelt. Bad sewage system. Staff were lovely

LIMPEZA. Tudo muito sujo: áreas do quarto e zonas de circulação. O facto de ser velho não justifica. Pequeno almoço sem comida. Quantidades e variedade deplorável. O hotel encontra-se abandonado. Não tem funcionários para apoio ao hóspede. Ruído nos corredores de madrugada.

The location was great that’s about it.

The hotel is def not a 4 star. The bathroom in apartment was out dated and smelt really bad. We booked for 5 people the sofa bed is not a bed it a sofa you sleep on and very uncomfortable. The staff are not friendly or helpful. There was not enough hot water for 5 people to shower.

It was very dated and in serious need of upgrading the door to the apartment was stuck so we had to force to open and close the door the pool was freezing and dirty the grass was muddy and loungers were dirty there was no atmosphere at the pool as you would expect at a four star.

L’emplacement était parfait.

L’appartement aurait besoin d’être rénové, car plusieurs équipements sont vétustes. Les robinets bougent et fuient, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne pas et les lits ne sont pas confortables. Une rénovation et un renouvellement de certains équipements seraient nécessaires pour améliorer le confort des clients.

Overpriced, certainly not a 4 star. Room 606… getting out of the lift it looked like a prison block. The room door wouldn’t open without scratching along the flooring. The bathroom is massively out of date. The microwave and hob both need upgrading.

Rooms nice and spacious. Nice big balcony. Buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for. Nice ventilated breakfast room or you could dine outside which was lovely too. Pool area good and plenty of sunbeds.

Grass around the pool was very muddy in places and wasn't nice when you dirtied the towel you were lying on.

Cercanía a la Marina. Ubicación en el centro de Vilamoura junto a Casino y playa. Limpieza y lencería muy bien. Personal educado y muy amable.

Ciertamente esta muy anticuado y necesita una reforma urgente si quiere mantener las 4 estrellas. Las fotos nos llevaron a error. Es la relación calidad precio lo que no es aceptable, al menos en mi caso. Si para despedidas de soltero pero no para familias.

Os funcionários foram muitos simpáticos e disponíveis em especial as senhoras que estão de serviço ao pequeno almoço. Apartamento bem localizado e espaçoso. Piscina sempre limpa.

O facto de ter no apartamento ao lado pessoas com filhos crescidos que ficam a noite inteira a fazer barulho e a conversar.

Location by good. Very old property. But We were unable to sleep from 5:00 a.m. because we could clearly hear the loud footsteps of people walking in the room above us. Since we had gone to bed late the previous night, this was especially disruptive.

When we reported the issue to the management, we did not receive any apology. Instead, we were given an irresponsible response saying that some people wake up early and that whatever they do in their room is their right. This is not the level of service we expected and does not reflect good customer service.

Close to the marina great location. Staff I spoke with were friendly enough. Didn’t hear any ladies of the night like previous times posters have said which I was worrying about.

The apartment was filthy. Spots of I don’t know what on the floor and table. Bathroom needs updating. Hot water didn’t last long for a family of 5. Cockroach in the reception toilets. Luckily only had two nights here before we moved on to another location. Sad really as could be amazing due to location. Sunbeds need updating. Grass by the pool is so muddy.

check in was quick and effortless, two bed apartment was huge, really comfy beds and good aircon. Have stayed before and never been disappointed. Great location just over 100m from marina. close to bars and restaurants. very clean , had breakfast on this occasion which was extremely good and staff were lovely. Pool area is clean and very well maintained. Handy shop right outside the door and short 10 min walk to beach An exceptional stay and great value for money.

The queues to get into Portugal at airport. The tourist board need to sort this out as I'm sure it puts people off visiting. Nothing to do with the hotel As far as hotel nothing not to like.

Området er virkelig godt, en flot lystbådehavn med masser af liv, restauranter og butikker. Tæt på en lækker sandstrand.

Der er 10 lamper på have/poolsiden, der er ikke nogen af dem som virker, så der er helt mørkt om aftenen. Tennisbanen er under al kritik med buller og revner. Det er den mindste poolbar jeg nogensinde har set, og med det mindste udvalg.

Acredito que precise de algumas obras principalmente na casa de banho. O pequeno almoço também poderia ser melhor.

Piscina excelente, ampla e muito bem cuidada, integrada num jardim bonito e bem tratado que torna o ambiente bastante agradável. A sala é muito espaçosa. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem, garantindo uma temperatura perfeita mesmo nos dias mais quentes. A localização é fantástica, com acesso fácil às principais atrações da zona.

O único ponto menos positivo é a cabine de duche, que é antiga e ainda utiliza cortina, o que reduz um pouco o conforto comparado com instalações mais modernas

Only complaint would be that over our 3 night stay the apartment floors were not swept or vacuumed. Just basic change of towels every second day and emptying of bins and fixing the bed sheets. Suggest providing a brush if this is not included in the room cleaning
