Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Het enige wat beviel was de ligging bij het waterpark.. Verder was het niet ons verblijf.. ondanks dat Ipoh een mooie bestemming is in Maleisië, maar een fijn verblijf zoeken is blijkbaar moeilijk.
- Het appartement is vol met schimmel. - Het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt. - Je verblijft zeer hoog en de liften zijn in onderhoud (dit is heel spannend). - Tegenover het appartement wordt een mall gebouwd (van 7.30 tot 22.00 constructiewerkzaamheden). - Nergens ziek geweest, maar wel in dit appartement, koorts, spieren etc. Zeer waarschijnlijk van schimmelvergiftiging, want buiten nergens lastig van. - Borg wacht ik nog op. - Bij check-in waren de codes niet correct. Een zeer onvriendelijke portier stond bij de voordeur. Wij hebben zeker 1 uur met onze bagage buiten gestaan met 30+ graden.. heen en weer staan bellen en appen.. Nooit meer dus..

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Clean and tidy accommodation with great swimming pool facilities (apart from slippery surface around pool). We enjoyed the hot spring pool. The comfortable sofa was great for watching the TV in the evenings.
We found the induction hub was not wired in. There is a lot of building work nearby with the big Sunway development however this didn't really disturb us there was noise from the Lost World Theme park particularly during the evening performance. It would have been useful to have had info about local facilities such as the shop.

The location was awful. If you’re not coming with kids, avoid at all costs. The Theme Park outside our window cranked up the volume louder than you could imagine and it went on until 11pm. Then first thing in the morning construction noise started on the one million square foot megamall next door. In addition the unit was poorly maintained and seeking help from Plush was a waste of time. We paid for 4 nights and bailed after one. Even though we wasted all that money it was worth it to get away from that place where guests let their kids run screaming through the hallways after midnight. We have traveled extensively around the world and that may have been our worst experience and Plush would not acknowledge any responsibility repeatedly stating these were external factors beyond their control, while another hotel we had booked a few weeks earlier was very forthright about construction noise so that we could re-book. That’s what valuing your reputation more than your profit margin is all about.

It would be appreciated if the host included complimentary tea/coffee/sugar etc.

The park nearby can be a bit loud as they operate from 9am -11pm. So would be good if this was shared earlier

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025The unit was clean, comfortable, and easy to check in/out of. The host was very responsive and quick to take action when we asked for towels. Even the guards were friendly.
While having a direct vote into the water park was great (even got to see fire shows at night), it’s expected to be noisy - as in the parks music and emcee. Our stay was during a holiday also I think, so we could often hear kids shouts echoing from downstairs during the day.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2025This place is absolutely fantastic—immaculately clean with spacious rooms and a stunning view of the waterpark. Parking is convenient, and access is hassle-free. The furniture is in excellent condition and beautifully styled. I highly recommend it to everyone and only wish I could have stayed longer! There is 300 damage deposit that was refunded within 24 hours from leaving the unit . There is extra 100 Rm ( 80 Rm cleaning and 20 Rm tax)

1- hidden cleaning charge 2- 15-20 mins away to all viral place 3- the instruction not clear i have to wait at the guard for 15 min for the staff to provide QR and was not mentioned earlier 4- RM 300 deposit. The staff mention will automatically credit back to your credit card 1-2 days . But after a week i have to follow up with them , then only they release the deposit. Please follow up with them
