Amazing value for money, we had a great time here. Trendy apartment Airbnb style. We got the top floor apartment which had a nice balcony outside, although it was too hot to ever sit out there! The air conditioning was great so we stayed inside instead! Location is decent, only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Old Quarter, and it is very near to train street. You don’t meet the owner but they reply to WhatsApp messages very quickly if you need assistance. Note that you pay in cash at the start of the stay by putting cash in a money-box in the foyer.

ベトナムではCタイプが主流だが、ここでは、コンセントが日本の A タイプでも使えるマルチタイプだった。 インターネットの wi-fi の速度が 500Mbps 以上 と サクサクとした 接続でした エアコンもありさらに扇風機 もあったので快適に過ごせました。 ただし 初めて 部屋に入った時は ムッとした暑さが 室内にこもっていました 小さなキッチンもあり、それなりの料理はできそうです。支払い方法がユニークだった。 ハノイ駅の近くに位置しているので 空港までの86番の公共バスバス利用の際には便利な場所にあると思います

バスルーム等に、鏡が設置されておらず、髭剃りがたいへんだった。 お湯が熱くなかった。利用した時期はハノイ も日中35度以上の暑いので水より多少温かい水でも問題はなかったが、冬期、寒い時期に利用する時には熱いお湯が出るのか疑問です。

Номер не большой, но при этом все необходимое в нем есть. Идеально подходит для того чтобы провести несколько дней в Ханое. Удобное местоположение. Сам номер чистый и не старый. Нет не приятных запахов. Номер светлый, окна выходят на все стороны. Нет постороннего шума, можно спокойно выспаться. Матрас не жёсткий. Подойдёт для тех кто работает удаленно. В номере есть стол и пара стульев со спинкой, хороший интернет. Менеджер всегда на связи, готов помочь с разными вопросами.

Je hned vedle Train street, blízko dobré restaurace a obchody. Na to jak je Hanoj chaotické místo, tak byl na pokoji klid!

Sprcha v mini místnosti s toaletou, ale to není ve Vietnamu nic neobvyklého a je to spíš o naši evropské rozmazlenosti :DD

Oda temizdi. Yatak çok konforluydu rahat uyuduk. Dolap büyük ve içerisinde askılık vardı. Fön ve ütü vardı. Teraslı odayı tuttuk çok keyifliydi.

Merkeze biraz uzaktık minimum 10-15 dk civarı yürümeniz gerekiyordu. 2 gece kaldık ve çoğunlukla klima açıktı ama oda bir türlü soğumuyordu. Artık şehirin aşırı sıcak olmasından mı kaynaklı bilmiyorum. Teraslı odanın içerisindeki banyo biraz küçüktü ama rahat duş alınabiliyordu.

部屋が非常に綺麗で臭いもなかった。

建物の入口が非常に解りにくい。小さい看板が出ているだけだった。入口から玄関までの通路にゴキブリの死骸が大量にあった。玄関扉は暗証番号式の入り口でピンポンを押したら、たまたま1階にスタッフがいて出てくれた。チェックインの手続きがなく、お金の支払も請求されなかったのでこちらから声を掛けてお金を払った。建物の入口のダイヤルキーと玄関扉の暗証番号はこちらから聞かないと教えてくれなかった。ベッドのシーツと枕が柄物だったので清潔かどうかわからなかった。

Super endroit pour les personnes qui aiment l'autonomie. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre et il y avait tout ce dont on pouvait avoir besoin au niveau de l'équipement (frigo, kitchenette, air co, défroisseur de vêtements,...). La communication pour le self check in / check out était nickel et tout s'est très bien passé.

J’ai tout aimé sauf le fait de pas avoir de miroir avec le lavabo en dessous, pour pouvoir se préparer tranquillement en tout intimité. En revanche une deuxième option s’offre à vous, il faut sortir du studio et juste à côté se trouve un lavabo avec un miroir (dans l’espace commun ou du monde peut passer)

Es un mini apartamento por lo que puedes cocinar y es un plus. Aunque nosotros no lo hicimos porqur la comida es muy barata allí y tampoco hay muchos supermercados para comprar comida. La cama es comoda y en general las instalaciones son nuevas aunque la entrada es criminal.

El aseo es enano y el techo también. Si mides más de 1,85 no reserves este sitio porque no cabes. Afortunadamente no es mi caso. 😌 Esta alejado del centro. Si volviera a Hanoi cogería algo más céntrico. En el barrio no verás a un solo turista. Es una aventura local.

The location is okay, you will have to walk/ taxi to most tourist things and the roads are a bit chaotic around here. The staff were awesome and helpful with any questions, also having the laundry machine was a life saver. Any security worries were dismissed quickly, since it is nicely tucked away and also away from the noise of the city.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, our other accommodations had more supportive/ comfy bedding. The laundry hanger was broken and not really big enough if more than 1 person did laundry (around 12 apartments).

The room is clean and complete.

This was an unexpected gem for me, in Hanoi- the building, although old, is very well renovated and looks beautiful (has a very unique design - there's even a winery at the ground floor) and the room is very clean. There are many types of rooms here, the one I stayed in was very big, suited for working and staying longer periods of time as well (had big refrigerator, kitchen basics - for cooking, plenty of storage etc.). The natural light here is amazing and location is very close to main attractions in Hanoi, but still quiet, so is easy to have a good rest here. Phoebe is also an amazing and easy-going host! Will definitely come here again!

Ks sạch sẽ phòng khá rộng đủ tiện nghi bếp nồi chén đĩa dao… bạn có thể nấu ăn bếu muốn, có máy sấy tóc và ủi đồ vừa có máy lạnh vừa có quạt di chuyển bằng thang máy có cả máy giặt để tự giặt đồ, cách các địa điểm du lịch và phố cổ bán kính 1-1.2km, xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn rất ok, đi vào hẻm đối diện là chợ… nói chung vị trí vô cùng thuận lợi. Ks vào yên tĩnh mình ở tầng 5 còn có cái ban công chill chill nữa.

Ko có khu vực để xe ở khách sạn bạn có thể gửi xe cách đó 300m, hẻm vào khá nhỏ và phòng tắm khá nhỏ nhưng mình nghĩ nhưng cái này ko có vấn đề gì lắm có thể chấp nhận đc.

Phòng rộng, sạch, đẹp, rẻ, riêng tư và tự do.

Không có nhân viên vệ sinh phòng và thay túi rác, nhà nằm sâu trong hèm nhỏ 1 người đi.

The best place for value, cleanliness, location and facilities of our whole trip!! We even extended an extra night as we loved it so much, it felt like a little home. Having a fridge and full kitchen was such a bonus, and even met some lovely people who were also staying. Thank you so much to the lovely staff for having us❤️❤️

I loved how the small spaced was used to full potential. It was a lovely little apartment with everything you need for a weekend stay. Everything was very modern and tasteful and the place was spotless.

I had been given the address to their second property which was on the top floor with no lift and only after climbing the 3 flights of stairs with our bags, we realise this was not our apartment. However, I contacted the owner and he sent the correct address straight away so it was a slight inconvenience and the apartment was a little difficult to find with google maps.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and the windows were very well soundproofed. Good location!

The bathroom didn’t have a sink, so we had to wash our hands in the kitchen sink, not very comfortable. The mattress could be replaced with a better one, it was already a bit saggy.

Really big space and super clean. Easy to find and walk into main area via train street.

The bathroom was quite small and sometimes had a bad smell but it was ok.

It was amazing, the owner was so nice , she offered us many bottle water and a fruit juice!

Despite that, this is not an in person check-in, the system to get in is super clear and well explained, Phoebe helped us to reschedule our booking due to some visa difficulties, also offered us extra information, and was always willing to see how we were. Thank you!

The place is good. The owner is really nice. But the bathroom is so small. Toilet and shower are in the same room. Like 2 square meters. It's tiny. And everything is wet after you use a shower

Cool location, very quite even though it's close to city centre. Staff answers all of your questions on whatsapp immedietaly. I would definitely stay here again, but rather for a short stay

The cooker hood constantly hums. Bathroom is quite crazy with a shower and Toilete. It is in photos, but we missed that one and were quite surprised:)

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I got to keep my luggage in a secure location before check-in. The host helped us and conveyed information in advance, which made it easy for us.

I had free cancellation and no pre-payment option for this property. I had to pay at the property in cash, instead of a credit card. It was not mentioned beforehand that I would be charged in cash. This meant that I had to go through the hassle of going to the bank/ATM to get the money, which also meant that I had to pay extra charges on mark-ups, advance cash fee (on credit card), GSTs, etc. I ended up paying almost 3500 Rs more due to this.

It felt like being at home staying at La Casa di Dicembre. We stayed here twice as the first time we loved it. It’s a real hidden gem in the heart of Hà Nội. The room/studio we booked was on the very top floor, spotless, cosy and had everything we needed. We could sleep very well. We never met Quyet but he was great in his communication, responsive and helpful. If we are back to Hà Nội we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Probably the best Room in Hanoi for the Price. It was clean and comfy. Everything worked. Great location for Tourists. Nice and quiet but in the middle of busy, vibrant, sometimes smelly Hanoi. Bravo!

The Mattress wasn't the best and the door to the bathroom was very noisy when I opened it and it always slams shut unless you're careful. Also the neighbors will burn their garbage outside, so there are times you want to keep the windows closed. Nothing that kept us from feeling comfortable, though. Given that that particular part of town just is very busy.

Location weird and entryway situation is strange with a padlock used at night and a turn down a hidden alley. Sort of hard to find and the area is pretty chaotic. Feels like an Airbnb with long instructions to get in and all the staff and communication going through secondary people.

Everything fine. Superb contct with host. Never met him but always responded super quick!

Good value for money

Everything was great, the room was very clean and in a great location. Quyet was very responsive and gave us the option to check in at 4 in the morning. Don‘t think there is anything to improve!

Location itself was useful

Very very strong smell of food in the entire apartment when the neighbours start to cook. Bed not very comfortable Appartement not soundproof.

The bed was big and comfortable. The property was close to train street. Staff were helpful.

I booked the ground floor room which has no natural light. There is also not a sink or mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and smells damp.

I like that cozy feel of the room. Bathroom was small but it doesn’t matter because the room was really spacious which is more important for me. It is safe to stay there because of the gate’s lock hahaha

The bed gets the (-) for this. It was a huge bed but it wasn’t a comfortable bed to sleep to because I think the mattress was old. Maybe if they change the mattress then it’s perfect.

Bathroom is indeed quite small. On the bed there's just blanket without sheets, having sheets would feel more hygenic.

Everything was more than perfect! The room was very clean and nicely equipped. Our room was on the top floor of the building which is located in the middle of other buildings which make the place incredibly calm! We were very happy to be able to relax in peace, away from Hanoi intensity while being in the center of the city at the same time. The owner was very helpful and answered quickly.

Maybe add a towel to dry the dishes.

Nice big room, good and secure, only downer is there isn't a window on the bottom floor as such (there is one next to the glass door), decent enough spot with plenty of street foods etc, and a bank just down the road to exchange money at easily. We where able to leave our bags in the common area all day before we left for ninh binh in the arvo with any dramas. Host is super helpful and very attentive with any questions/problems. I would stay here again.
