Hot tap on sink not working, slow running cold water , didn’t see any staff over my stay just a cleaner

Carpets dirty, very small bathroom couldn’t use shower. Really bad smell had to purchase air freshener and the toilet made a very bad noise when flushed

The property is in a good location close to the tower and shopping area. The owner contacted me early when I was on route with the door numbers . My room was very clean and there was good hot water for a morning shower the hotel was quiet even though it was well occupied this is my second visit here and I will use this again.

The owner was contactable for baggage drop and was nice on the phone. Prompt check in instructions.

There was a blood stain and other peoples hair on the bedding when we got into the room, so we slept with no blankets on the bed. The bedroom was tiny and exceptionally dusty but the toilet area was clean. The cups and spoons out to use with the kettle were soiled from the previous people.

Loved the location Right where we wanted to be near to the shops and bars , the fact that you don’t have to worry about losing a key to get in as it’s just tapping a code in was good , the room was clean and well presented , tea making facilities were there , the bed was clean and so comfy had a great nights sleep , and the price was brilliant , will definitely be staying again

Only one cup when room is for 2 people. Still had old shower gel/ soap on shower wall. Had not been cleaned. Asked 3 times to reserve parking. Not one single response!!

Lock on door didnt lovk or even shut properly had ro move furniture to secure door. Beds uncomfortable. Room not very clean at all. Didn't see any staff so cannot rate that.

Leak in roof, water dripping on headboard. Uncomfortable bed and carpet needed a good clean. Noise from toilet/water system very loud couldn’t use at night.

Friendly staff, good location and excellent value for money.

Conveniently located. Hassle free entry to the builfing. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. It was ideal for people on a budget.

The bathroom was cramped and toilet was not fastened to the wall.

Die Lage ist super für das Rebellion Festival gewesen und der Service per SMS hat gut funktioniert. Alle durften ihr Gepäck kostenfrei lagern. Und die Abwicklung per Codes für Türen etc. lief reibungslos.

Die Sauberkeit hatte Luft nach oben, Zimmer wurde in 5 Tagen einmal gereinigt und das nur oberflächlich. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Blackpool aber noch einigermaßen okay.

Łóżka bardzo niewygodne, wykładzina brudna,okna brudne, łazienka bardzo mała i niestety wyglądała na nieposprzątaną -pryśnic i podłoga brudna. Śmierdziało stęchlizną do tego stopnia że nie dało się spać nawet przy otwartych oknach. Nie polecam.

The bed was comfortable

The room was very small and no hooks to hang amything

The location was fab, and tv had netflix to watch on a night, had kettle and sublements, it was alright for a couple of days and didn't meed to carry a room key

The noise of the toilet and hearing everyone's else toilet flush sounded like computers years ago and they would crash, dripping noise from somewhere and mattress was to soft but understandable can't but mattress to suit everyone and could do with a lick of paint etc

Easy to find, self check in was efficient, and late check ins made the hotel lovely, the bedding and bed was really comfy and me and my mate liked that the hotel has Netflix

Very central location just a short walk from the promenade. Comfortable beds. Kids had a separate room which was amazing and unexpected. Kettle with tea and coffee in room. Excellent value for money. No frills

It was a bit grubby. The carpets and floor could have done with a hoover. Bathroom could do with a deep clean and a window cleaner is needed. Corridors smelt musty

No staff at hotel drunken people kicking the doors and screaming , shower tray was so dirty we ended up leaving approx 11.30pm

The location was great for the purpose of our trip (awards ceremony at Viva). Room suitable for our needs.

Paid in advance for parking and it was not available on arrival. Was told I would get a refund - after 3 weeks of chasing via phone, message and email I’m still awaiting my refund. Very frustrating.

The location is central , the owner was quite nice I was allowed to check out late (thanks for that) The bedsheets are neat.

It is not ideal for babies,the room is small, the bathroom too small, the rugs are dirty and the bathroom needs remodeling it is ideal for short stay. The code door was so annoying, struggled with it abit

The room wasn't clean on the day I arrived you can see the dust and dirt in the toilet the drains smelt like dirt was in it the sealant round the shower was dirty needing redone not much cleaning done while we were there I think the hoover was broken because the person who hoovered couldn't pick up the dirt with it the bathroom floor needs a good clean as well sorry about this but I won't be back there and mould everywhere in the shower as well

The accommodation was horrendous 😫Don't understand why this hotel has been rated as good.😟 On arrival the front of the hotel was dirty 😳 The windows were very dirty and the drain outside next to the dirty front door was full of cigarette butt's,rizla packets and other food wrappers etc.The ash tray was overflowing.The code for the front door and room were sent by text.There were no staff about on arrival. On entering the property there was a damp and mouldy smell and everything was very grubby. The door handles bannisters etc were all sticky and the carpets hadn't had a good vacuum in age's, there were horrible bit's next to all the filthy skirting boards going all the way up the stairs. Entered the room which was small, but you get what you pay for i suppose, and if it's clean,it's ok for 1 night, except it was grim 😕 The carpet was dirty with bit's on it and again everything felt dirty and sticky 🤮Behind the toilet was a dirty looking pump and i could smell a pongy sewage like smell all night 💩 There were hairs in the shower, and a half used bottle of soap or something 🤔I couldn't even bare to have a shower here.There was no bin in there for any products you wouldn't want in a litter bin in your room. The floor under the tiny sink was ingrained with black muck. The small vanity shelf under the mirror had old cigarette 🚬 burns on it. We had only been in there 5 minutes and I needed the the toilet.There was no lock on the door and the next thing I'm on the toilet and the door was opening, I thought it was my husband only to be greeted by a woman bringing a toilet roll in.She said 'oh I'm sorry I didn't realise anyone was in there' I reacted badly and said "F***s sake 🤬After realising how dirty everything was we didn't sleep in the bed that evening, we slept on our towels on top of it.

The closeness to the sea front

The accomadation was not up to standard. Booked a 3 day trip with my daughter. Check in was at 2, we arrived at 3 and the cleaner was still in there. The room was awful, very small and the smell from the bathroom was toxic at times. Will not be staying here again.

room was a bit small for it to be a double room size the only double was the bed. easy access to blackpool tower and shops nearby was handy and it was a quiet area .

I wasn't very keen on entrance with palm and 4 pass digits for unlocking the door and same thing again for the room entry i had to store them in my phone for remembering them when out in blackpool to get back to the guest house.

Location is perfect literally 5minute walk from main strip. Beds were comfortable and perfect family room for the 4 of us it was two rooms within the one we had our own space.

Very easy access once you arrive. Everything you need perfect location for around the centre of Blackpool staff were friendly

People coming and going in the early hours. One room loudly having phone conversation at 3:20am. Mattress was a bit too soft for me personally but that's only because I need a firmer one.

The hotel owner Tony was rude and lack customer service. Poorly attended to me by Tony. The hotel room so small and not clean. Also people were smoking inside the hotel and making nosy. The pictures doesn't reflect the real outcome of the rooms.

It was £25 so I wasnt expecting much but the check in process was easy and i when I contacted about the key code Tony answered straight away. Bed linen was clean.

The room wasnt clean at all. Remote control holder was filthy, bathroom had hairs around the sink, drawers were dirty inside, carpets had stains all over and the whole place just needed a deep clean and freshening up with some paint.

Pillows too soft need thicker pillows ask house keeper for extra pillow but came back to room no extra pillow

Obviously a budget hotel but cleanliness was bad the smell as entered building was very bad & our bathroom was disgusting very dirty we had family room & 1 small towel each & kettel was disgusting inside so couldn't make cuppas, but apart from them issues for budget hotel it was ok

The place was in a good enough location. Not too far from the front and close to shops and takeaways. The beds were comfy and we managed to get a decent night sleep each night we were there. The shower was very good, really good pressure and easy enough to use. We got clean towels and extra toiletries when we asked which was great. The owner Tony, even though we never met seemed really kind on the phone. It is a self check in place, however its very simplistic and self explanatory which I liked.

The only issues we had when at this place were very minimal. When we arrived the cleaners seemed confused as to why we were checking into the room and had to call for a manager, as there was a problem with the room. However this was fixed very quickly by themselves and they allowed us to leave the bags in the room. Which wasnt an issue for us at all because thats all we would of done had the room been ready anyway. Just to clarify the cleaners were really friendly, I think there had just been a mix up. The room itself could definitely of done with a touch up. The shower door didnt close all the way and there were some holes in the wall. However this isnt that much of a big deal. The beds were clean, the TV worked and the shower was probably one of the best ive tried in blackpool. Overall Id 100 percent recommend this as a place to stay in blackpool.

Tony, the hotel receptionist, gave a up to date detailed account of events, answered queries promptly. Lovely welcome from cleaner! Security of premises, value for money and location to amenities on the sea front.

The hotel was excellent for what it was. Very basic room but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely value for money. There are definitely some things that could be improved but I don't care because it was only £90 for 3 nights and that was 3 of us there. The parking was only £30 first the 3 nights too, it was literally at the front door. All in all I can't complain about anything really. I'd stay again.

Bathroom was a little crazy size wise but manageable.

Perfect location. Centre of everything. Simple process on arrival.

The only slight problem was the door to our room was really squeaky and loud. Not a major issue however we didn’t want to wake any guests. This problem is an easy fix and I’ve no doubt this will be fixed.

Location is great was nice and clean lovely staff and bonus to have a room downstairs that's got a microwave and iron and ironing board....beds comfy and good shower pressure great value for money will definitely come back again 😀

Everything. There was mould on the ceilings on the walls all over the windows. No tiles in the shower paint pealing off the shower walls. Carpet was disgusting beds where dirty. Parking spot could only fit one car. Sticky walls.

Room had not been cleaned on arrival, dirty shower, sink, toilet, used towels on the bed, used tissues on the floor, empty pop bottles, hairs in the bed...sent an email that got no reply, we was going out for drinks and only staying the one night so we figured we would sort the bed and not use the shower. No staff on site so we made the best of a bad situation. Then a man came in our room at 7.10am claiming the room was he's, me and my partner was both asleep in bed, luckily covered up. Apparently there had been a mix up and the room had been double booked. Not sure if the mess we found on arrival was said mans mess (but then where had he been all night?) Check in wasn't till 2pm so why was he arriving at 7am? It's all a little odd...we have been given a refund but will see if it arrives in the next few days

One night stay, entry instructions were easy to follow and could come and go as I pleased. Bed was clean and comfy. Will definitely be back again.

Just needs a couple off things the lack of tea, sugar, coffee,& milk. Had to buy milk a few times which went off. Some hooks for hanging coats behind door. Bathroom needs something for toiletries.
