Good for the money location was great

Nice room frist time big..second time room small shower leaking on the floor so its like a swimming pool on floor. Apart from that ok 👍

It was really close to the centre. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn’t complain for the price either you get what you pay for but I do think it was good value for money. The hotel was clean but just run down in the hall ways and stuff maybe could do with touching stuff up.

The bed was really uncomfortable unfortunately but we only stayed for one night which wasn’t bad considering. But the bed was like a plank.

Noise all Night long from other guests. Fire alarm went off at 3am in morning and was on for 1 hour solid. Staff did nothing for the noise. Was asked to pay £30 deposit on arrival for the key to the room which was not advertised. 1 cup in a double room for 2 people There was rubbish under the bed from previous guests. The towels had brown stains all over them.

Arrived to check in only to be told you need to pay £30 deposite for key and has to be paid in cash. Parking has to be paid in cash. 2nd night fire alarm went off at 3.30am so everyone outside alarm went on and off a few times for about half an hour no staff around for any guidance or to say its safe to go back tv in room but no channels only Netflix availbale

Room wasn't very clean bathroom was scruffy cracked and dirty tiles, noisy guests Our room door shut and we left the key inside, staff told us other guests had gone home with the other keys so no spares to access room and we had to pay £30 for them to open the door as they had no master keys. Staff not very helpful at all. Second night fire alarms went off at 3.45am not one member of staff on the premises people evacuating not knowing were to go or what was happening, two numbers to call wrote on reception desk one didn't work and the other no answer! After 10 minutes alarms went off, still no staff then alarm kept going off throughout the night 5 times!! No noise control over other guests playing loud music throughout the night and early morning. Strong smell off cannabis from other guests rooms No apologies or explanations about fire alarms and lack of staff at checkout Awful experience

Getting told theres a £30 refundable key deposit that was not disclosed when booking ,also there is no list and we had to walk up numerous sets of stairs to our room that are quite steep

Room was dirty , had dirty towels left in my bathroom , dirty floor and sink , bed felt like I was laying on a board . Tv wasn't working as aerial was broken asked several times for WiFi code they put it in my phone but not the tv so it didn't work at all Couldn't even use Netflix . Entry door/ reception locked at night not sure what time as they didn't say , took 5 phone calls to get in and one of the numbers they left was not working so single female left on the doorstep on her own!! When inane to leave early next morning nobody on reception at 0615 unable to get hold of anyone so had to find my own way out of the building as was all locked up ,

The location was very good.

The bed were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Rock hard mattress and the pillows were far too high. My back and neck hurt for the duration of my stay. The room could have been cleaner, I found crisps under the bed that looked like they had been there a while.

Excellent location. The room was clean enough and the beds were really comfortable.

Location is very good. Central and within short walking distance to the centre of Blackpool. Very good price.

Honestly everything, the staff were rude, only word he said on checking in was, name?. Escorted us to room and found out we had no aircon when we paid for a room with it. Once we got into the room, no kettle, towels or toilet roll was in there. The aircon didn’t work. We go downstairs and he says oh here’s a remote, which also doesn’t work so we had no aircon. The TV was just for decoration as no channels worked and could not connect to internet. The bed felt like, I’m not exaggerating a piece of wood, I could jump on it and there would be no give. We paid for a late checkout and still got a knock on the door saying we needed to leave. Just not a good experience. It could be good but it’s not

I have booked room with AC and paid for it and when get there no room available that I have booked and I have given room on the top and it was hot and they provide a fan where my wife was pregnant and she never gone down once gone in the room one of the worst hotel stay I have and booking.com giving these people business and they lie on everything when booking none of those things avaliable.

Empty bottles on shower shelf, no toilet role, hair in bed, was told they would give me towels and never brought me any, says can check in from 12 got there to be told check in at 2 onwards and I had to pay £10 early check in fee,draws were not cleaned and checked has I found bits of cannabis in the draw under tv, bed really hard, only one pillow each, horrible view,

Hotel is clean, big rooms, modernised and wonderful staff. Such an amazing place to stay!

Good position in Blackpool for being on the sea front and visiting loads attractions. Room very small, clean.

Television did not work. Cleanliness around the property needs improving. Paid for breakfast- told to be down for 10am. On arrival no one was awake no breakfast available. A phonecall made and someone appeared. Giving praise he did make breakfast which was very disappointing and not eaten by myself and daughter. Cleanliness 0- no tables cleaned. The set up for breakfast didn’t exsist. Shouldn’t be taking bookings if unable to provide service.

Staff tried their best to help me but it wasn’t good enough even for that price

Air con didn’t work they tried on multiple occasions to get it going but failed. One man was at the desk refusing to stay because even though air con is advertised it’s clearly not available so booking.com you need to deal with this ! I asked for a fan about 3 times later on but I never received it! Terrible cleaning on the carpets and stairs leading up to the rooms it needs a good vac it’s not acceptable. No towels in room on arrival ! Uncomfortable mattress never again !

The hotel is in a good location, the facilities in the room are great, and very comfortable. There is a place to park cars and also the staff were very responsive and polite, I must say..

There was a lot of smoking going on.. the corridor leading to my room was full of full cigarette smell.

Close to beach and train station was a 10 minute walk

Where do I start....firstly no kettle in the room then when I asked for one they brought it without the plug part.secondly no towel in the room witch I only realised after I got out of the shower. No signal for TV as the TV aerial was broken hence note at front desk. Main toilet was kinda clean but maybe male clean plus floor boards where lose. Other than that the place was OK...

Staff were very welcoming and polite even stood outside on the night and had a laugh and joke with us whilst we were sat having a drink.

There was Teles in the room but unfortunately we're not working on our stay.

The staff were very kind and helpful which made the famliy stay so polite nothing was too much hassle

TV didn't work , Dust in our room everywhere , Bad smell in the hotel , in the morning no one in reception you have to call them , and if you want buy something from the bar downstairs they don't have even a change .. Waiting for change nearly for 2 days , and they still didn't have it ;..

We stayed here for a hen do so had 5 rooms in total. Rooms were spacious and great location. Plenty of towels. When it was check out time staff member did appear and were kind enough to let us leave all our bags in one room whilst we went for breakfast. For what you pay you cant expect the ritz. I think the price reflected what we got.

staff not present to welcome us. it appeared as an empty hotel. No refreshments in the bedroom besides a kettle and 4 cups. We helped ourselves in the morning to the supplies (tea/ coffee/ milk) left behind reception downstairs as again in the morning there was no staff about to ask. Same with the toilet rolls some of our rooms were not stocked so we had to help ourselves to a supply that was left behind reception.

Nie podobał mi się hotel... Materac w łóżku dramat! Ruszające się kafelki podłogowe w łazience. I wszech obecny smród... Do tego stopnia że musiałem zainwestować w zapach patyczkowy który rozweselil mi humor.

We have stayed on many occasions at the hotel for are festivals and events, and the hotel and staff are amazing,now the have opened the bar which you can have a drink before going out,we have had no problems,we will be seeing you again in august

Very good hotel would stop again

We moved to this hotel after staying at at a really bad one for our first night. Hotel Blackpool was amazing. It is close to the beach about 10 min walking distance. It was really a breath of fresh air. The room was big, clean and airy. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. The bathroom was also big and lovely to use with a window in there. The staff were super welcoming and looked after us really well throughout our sty there. The cooked breakfast evh morning was also delicious. I would really recommend this hotel. We will sty here again when visiting Blackpool next time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. From the room, the facilities to the staff. We would highly recommend staying t this hotel.

Excellent location close to where we wanted to be. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Extremely good value for money. Bathroom was lovely and clean.

There was nothing to dislike, especially considering the low price that we paid.

There was no one on reception most of the time only when we checked in at 2 o’clock And the shower head wanted a better fitting so water went in right direction not all over bathroom

This was our 2nd stay a Hotel Blackpool we have stopped at a few hotels/B&Bs over the years but have found that Hotel Blackpool is the only one we've ever wanted to go back to. Staff are very helpful and kind, rooms are big. Which for us is a must as we go for the dance competitions, so our girls have a lot of stuff. Bathrooms are lovely you can have a bath or shower and very clean.

They maybe could have softer mattress, we did find our were bit to firm and springy. We did sleep but just nicer mattress would be good. More towels in the room we literally only had one towel each so a hand towel in the bathroom, plus shower matt to dry on. The shower also doesn't allow you to move it into position you have to take it down and hold it in your hand to wash.

The location is good and it's quiet, surprisingly quiet on the back other than inconsiderate guests. They've sortees the kettle situation out. The staff checking us in was a nice bloke, didn't see anyone else after that - it literally is left alone! Carpets are nice and soft / new, air con in room - but very noisy. WiFi was good. Shower really good and modern bathroom, the most is made of limited space. Good price.

Grice blinds let in too much light to room, beds far too hard, not the cleanest - old toiletries left behind, blood stain on pillow case and stains on carpet. Tv still didn't work. 3 pillows in my room, friend had 5! Crap phone signal but WiFi worked well. Branding crisis, different names on different areas of the hotel. Too many handwritten notices. Hardly any staff around. No bar, no food, ridiculous door locks that dont really work. All in all there's not much progress from 2024, but it could be amazing!

The manager was friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a good stay. The location was great for Winter Gardens, and other Blackpool attractions - all within a few minutes walk. It was clean and the bathroom and furniture all looked brand new. The shower was amazing! Limited parking outside the hotel, but there was a car park within walking distance.

The TV didn't work, only a minor issue but it would have been nice to have that available. The mattresses were very hard, and I anticipated they would be uncomfortable, but I had a good night's sleep regardless.

Was a bit hard with the pram because I was on the top and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it down stairs and the floor wasn't hoovered other than that I was happy and so was my children

It was on the ground floor as we got moved from second floor due to my knee hurting
