L établissement est Très bien situé, on se rend facilement au centre d Heraklion à pied. Nous avons apprécié l espace, le literie, la propreté et ce qui a été mis à notre disposition !

A cute room with ensuite in a fantastic location - easy reach for the Venetian Fort & harbour area, and a short walk to the city centre in the other direction: fab seafood restaurants close by too with starbucks around the corner for their coffee lovers. Spotless room and really comfy bed with tea & coffee making facilities. Very helpful hosts, who gave us really good local information. And excellent value. A good choice for an overnight stay. And they had alreafy advised us that the room is snug,and offered an upgrade if we wished,but we chose to stay put. No regrets.

They did already advise us that the room was small- so if staying more than one night,I would recommend a slightly larger room. We have no complaints, as they had already advised us of this.

The place was absolutely perfect, super comfortable and well located. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend enough !

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, alle Ziele sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft vor Anreise über Sonderwünsche. Ansonsten renovierte und sehr saubere Zimmer.

Lage zwar zentral, Altstadt und Hafen direkt erreichbar, Straße aber nicht sehr einladend und laut, auch nachts (Flugzeuge bspw). Eingang/Rezeption eher wie ein Hostel

Die Lage war sehr zentral, nahe am venezianischen Hafen und nahe der Innenstadt. Größe des Apartments, inkl. kleiner Terrasse ("Garten"). Klimaanlage.

Relativ hellhörig (Gäste über uns, Gäste am Gang, Rezeption direkt vor der Zimmertür). Das Badezimmer war sehr mitgenommen / baufällig und könnte dringend eine Renovierung brauchen. Halb offene Dusche führt zu Überschwemmung im Bad. Handtücher waren sehr alt und haben merkwürdig gerochen. Da man das Toilettenpapier nicht im WC sondern in einem Mülleimer entsorgen soll, hätte ich erwartet, dass dieser zumindest einmal am Tag geleert wird. Das war nicht der Fall.

Punto di forza: il parcheggio nel garage sotto casa. A cinque minuti a piedi dal centro, vicino al porto. Spazioso e tranquillo.

La parte del soggiorno con i cuscini arredo non puliti. Le strade intorno sporche e squallide, come del resto tutta la città, che è carina solo nel centro centro, angolo cottura praticamente inesistente

Ottima posizione attaccata al centro del paese, parcheggio riservato e camera pulita.

Abbiamo scelto la camera piccola sapendo di dover fare sola una notte, va da sé che non lo consiglio per più giorni stante anche la scomodità della doccia separata dal bagno. Per onestà preciso che il proprietario per correttezza aveva precisato che la stanza era davvero molto piccola, quindi nulla da contestare.

We had an apartment on the first floor, lovely and tastefully furnished. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, and there is also a small kitchenette with tea and coffee provided and a fridge, as well as a couch and a terrace. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance of the main shopping street, which offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes and budgets. The Venetian Fortress is also within walking distance. The property offers an underground parking space. In our case, the space was quite small, but luckily we had a small car. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, and she did her best to make everything as easy and convenient as possible for us. We found complimentary water and a bottle of white wine waiting for us in the room, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. There is also a lift serving the upper floors.

The bathroom has no window, but there is ventilation. However, there was occasionally an unpleasant, slightly musty smell. The accommodation and parking spot can be a little difficult to find on Google Maps, in an area with narrow one-way streets. The terrace overlooks an inner courtyard, so the view is mainly of the surrounding buildings, including some rather run-down yards that do not appear to be maintained but are inhabited by some lovely kittens.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’accoglienza e soprattutto la disponibilità di un parcheggio, davvero comodo. Molto pratico anche l’ascensore per raggiungere la stanza, che era davvero carina e accogliente. Perfetto per un soggiorno di una notte. Consigliato! ⭐️

Come piccolo aspetto da migliorare, l’appartamento è un po’ piccolo per quattro persone e il bagno non ha una finestra. Detto questo, per noi non è stato un problema, visto che abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte e ci siamo trovati comunque bene.

La stanza era piccola ma lo sapevamo, ci è stato persino inviato il virtual tour per maggiore chiarezza. Comunque era confortevole e visto che dovevano dormire solo una notte per noi è stata ok. Se dovete fare più notti consiglierei una stanza più grande. La signora della reception è stata molto gentile. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato e interrato subito fuori l'hotel. Ho molto gradito il caffè in capsule Illy! Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro

Clairement la dame de l'accueil est vraiment adorable ! La chambre est très jolie et bien agencée. Le parking est un sacré avantage vu le quartier !

Nous avons trouvé que les draps et les serviettes ne sentaient pas très bons et étaient assez tachés, mais ils étaient propres bien sûr, j'aime juste quand le linge sent bon la lessive !

La posizione è una delle cose potive riscontrate sia per il godimento della zona durante la serata che per raggiungere l'aeroporto il giorno successivo essendo distante soli 4 km dallo stesso.

Non è stato semplice trovare il parcheggio da loro indicato. Non è stato gradito nemmeno il fatto che nel bagno abbiamo trovato ancora gli oggetti utilizzati dai precedenti ospiti, ciò fa pensare a una ridotta cura nella pulizia. La stanza bellissima in una zona al primo impatto poco fiduciosa. Nonostante l'aria condizionata inoltre, abbiamo patito il caldo di notte e l'aria al massimo purtroppo veniva diretta in faccia.

Location was great. Also liked that there was a room divider between the two sets of beds. Also liked being able to have a parking space.

The shower had two shower heads and the main one didn’t work meaning we had to use the hand held attachment. Room was also right by a lift so heard people coming and going all night which disturbed our sleep. The two main beds were rock hard! Our room also wasn’t in the advertised block and not as nice as the pictures!

Jolie chambre bien décorée, très bon emplacement proche de l’animation et du port dans une rue calme. Personnel très serviable (ajouté de serviettes de toilette très rapide, garde des bagages…)

Un peu sombre au rez-de-chaussée. La kitchenette dans un placard est vraiment petite. Le stationnement était tres petit.

Arrivati in piena notte non abbiamo individuato la porta corretta, c'è ne sono 3 Siamo entrati un quella sbagliata con il codice fornito e non abbiamo trovato la chiave per la stanza. Ho provato a chiamare via WhatsApp ma non ho avuto risposta

La suite qui donne sur le jardin était grande, jolie et bien équipée. Il y a un petit parking avec place réservée juste à côté, c’est qui est très pratique ! On est très proche des rues animées du centre mais il n’y a aucun bruit. Tout s’est très bien passé !

Il manque un peu de place dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires. Et comme il n’y a pas de fermeture complète de la douche on met de l’eau partout.

Struttura perfetta per la posizione centralissima nel paesino di Heraklion, a portata di negozi tra taverne, bar e souvenir vari. Vicinissima al porto e alla zona pedonale nonostante gli orari un po limitati delle varie attività. Ottimo il parcheggio privato dato che è difficile trovare posto nella stradina stretta in cui è situato il B&B. Nel complesso è carina come struttura con le card magnetiche per il risparmio di energia e la possibilità di autogestirti e tutto sommato è stata molto molto economica per i nostri ultimi due giorni a Creta.

Le camere sono abbastanza strette nonostante dalle foto sembrino molto più grandi. Noi abbiamo prenotato una da 3 ed una da 4 e mi è sembrato che l’ultima fosse stata forzatamente resa da 4 persone perché appunto abbastanza stretta e priva di spazio per muoversi tra il bagno ed i letti. Balconcino piccolissimo e poco utile per sistemare asciugamani, costumi o comunque cose bagnate. In generale carino ma potrebbero fare molto di più nel complesso.

Δεν ήταν άνετα τα στρώματα και τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια ήταν σε έναν χώρο που στην ουσία ήταν μπαλκόνι που το είχα κλείσει

La chambre était confortable et suffisante pour 1 nuit. La salle de bain était correcte. Une dame très gentille nous a accueilli et nous a tout montré.

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'établissement car c'est dans une petite rue étroite. Le parking laisse à désirer, il s'agit en réalité d'un marquage au sol faisant office de place de parking au bout de la rue. C'est à la vue de tout le monde et ce n'est pas un parking sécurisé.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops. It is also conveniently located only a few minutes from the airport, which made our arrival very easy. Parking was available close to the apartment, a great advantage for those traveling by car. The apartment is an ideal base for visiting the city and its museums, allowing you to comfortably discover the main points of interest while enjoying a quiet and pleasant place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable accommodation. One thing to note is that there are many cats around, even on the balcony, which is quite common in the area.

Abbiamo trascorso qui solo una notte per visitare il palazzo di Cnosso ed il Museo Archeologico di Heraklion e per essere vicini all"aeroporto per il nostro volo di ritorno. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro. Camera con due letti comodi e dotata di uno spazio esterno attrezzato con giardino sintetico. 5 bei gattini e la loro madre erano nel giardino e hanno fatto felice la mia bambina che non faceva altro che ripetere quanto fossero carini. Molto comodo il parcheggio riservato. La ragazza della reception è molto gentile e simpatica.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. It feels more like a boutique hotel than a regular accommodation, with stylish décor. The owner waited for us on arrival to show us the private indoor garage, which was very convenient and much appreciated. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from both the city centre and the seafront, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. If I remember well there was no option for breakfast which we would have loved, but apart from that, we honestly can't fault this place. We would happily stay here again!

Honestly fantastic location, sparking clean room (housekeeper was so sweet and kind) free parking, lovely woman at the reception who was sooo wonderful. Very accommodating as they let as have the parking lot the next day to sightsee at no extra charge. They gave fantastic tips on where to find amazing breakfast, coffee, restaurants all within a five-minute walk. Excellent communication as well. The small double room was absolutely perfect for a one-night stay and so affordable! Highly recommend!!

We arrived after check-in and had to self check-in. Be sure to read instructions carefully as it took us a bit to find our key....(the reception across the street is not where the hotel rooms are) however, this could have been the result of our fatigue and not reading carefully ;-)

Slechte route omschrijving we hebben een 45 minuten gezocht na onze parking en Hotel. Nadat we ongeduldig maar toch beleefd bleven aan de telefoon kon de dame ons niet uitleggen waar we moesten zijn. Ik gaf dat het wellicht de taal barriere was, toen werd ze kwaad dat ik betichtte ze mij onbeleefd te zijn. Ik bleef rustig maar ze gooide de telefoon erop. Nadat we 2 mannen aanspraken in de nachtelijke uren, bleken bijna buren, dat het veelvuldig voorkwam, en veel mensen het niet konden vinden. We hebben niemand ontmoet als medehotelgasten niemand heeft iemand gezien. En allemaal verbaasd over de parkeer plaats in een donkere steeg ergens tegen een muur, in een straatje. Iets wat je totaal niet verwacht, dus rij je voorbij. Indien de dame dat in het Engels zou kunnen vertellen was het allemaal niet zo moeilijk geweest.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο. Διέθετε σύγχρονες παροχές. Ήταν καθαρό και σε πολύ κεντρική περιοχή που μας βοηθούσε να κάνουμε εύκολα περιηγήσεις στο Ηράκλειο.

Μας δυσκόλεψε το έξυπνο σύστημα πόρτας καθώς δεν μας το εξήγησαν και αναγκαστήκαμε να ζητήσουμε βοήθεια

Stanza nuova, silenziosa, letto comodissimo. A due passi dal centro e dal mare.,parcheggio in centro a pochi metri dall’alloggio. Le indicazioni per trovare il parcheggio non erano chiarissime ma la ragazza è venuta subito ad aiutarci.

Accueil sympathique et ponctuel avec notre heure d'arrivée, emplacement très bien situé pour les visites et restaurants. Le parking souterrain est un plus mais attention pour petit gabarit uniquement. Check-out à 11h maxi.

Il n'y a pas de service de petit déjeuner alors que c'est écrit dans le descriptif !! Il est proposé une liste d'établissements proposant d'excellents petits déjeuners, c'est moins pratique mais on trouve ce que l'on veut pour moins de 10€. A prévoir pour le budget.

There is no reception. The bathroom is not suitable for tall people (+175cm). You can hit your head easily in the shower. The room does not receive sunlight.

Le confort, les équipements et surtout l'emplacement au top. Avec en plus une place pour la voiture ce qui est très pratique.

La zona da visitare è questa, il porto e il centro storico. Dunque questo alloggio va bene, e ha il parcheggio gratuito. La città di per se si visita in un giorno massimo due. Se siete amanti di locali ce ne sono veramente di tutti i tipi. Consigliamo l'Omega 3 per il pesce niente male, ma soprattutto Chagiati, un ristorante popolare economico a conduzione familiare.

Noi abbiamo preso l'appartamento più economico al piano terra, risulta bruttino e claustrofobico. Ci si dorme bene, ma tutto li. Pulizia non eccelsa, il giardino è un cortiletto interno chiuso sui 4 lati da muri con tappeto di erba finta. La città di per se si visita in un giorno massimo due.

Hatten das Erdgeschoß-Zimmer zur Straße hin. Für den kleinen Raum sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleines Highlight: Im Boden ist eine Plexiglasscheibe eingelassen mit Blick in den Brunnen !

Wer empfindlich ist, den könnte das daneben befindliche Garagentor stören.

Nous n'avons vu personne lors de notre séjour, on a dû se débrouiller pour trouver la réception,le parking et la chambre, mais tout s'est bien passé avec les photos, envoyée. L'appartement était accolé directement à l'ascenseur. bruit, incessant de jour comme de nuit. Nous n'avons pas dormi beaucoup.
