Unit had the occasional roach spotted, not enough sheets or pillows

The location was great. Across the street was the Japanese mall (I forgot the actual name) with a great food court in its basement floor. Next door is Landers, membership shopping like Costco. Around the corner is Wildflour (our favorite breakfast spot) and Uptown Mall. Property was very responsive. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available for use. No ramp in front of property so ask to get dropped off in the Landers garage parking (take a left before going up the ramp). Easier to roll in luggage through the side entrance especially when it’s raining .

Bed was uncomfortable but I was given a futon topper after I had complained. Shower had some mold. I tried to actually clean it before I left. Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils and cooking materials. Didn’t have a traditional coffee maker but there was an electric kettle and a coffee press (not sure how to work that). Light above sink was hanging for dear life. AC started to leak in our last night so we just turned it off and used the other AC in the bedroom. Bedroom doesn’t actually have a door, it’s more of a sliding wall. AC in lobby was non-existent.

The location was excellent and the room itself was on a good and quiet floor - not too high. My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 days and we both liked how conveniently close the malls were around us. The room is also very spacious and clean with a strong internet connection. I definitely recommend choosing this place if you want to be closer to the busier side of BGC.

Location only

The unit was dirty. Mold in the shower, dirty seat covers, dirty carpet and dirty cup in bathroom. The curtains did not completely cover the windows so the sun bakes the room in the day time. Receiving only one key was a huge inconvenience. AC blows on you all night gave me a cold.

Apartment was nice and had everything we needed.

Pool not available from Saturday till Tuesday.

I had my executive medical check-up at St. Luke’s, which was conveniently within walking distance. The location is also very accessible, being close to Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi just across the building. The staff were accommodating, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable.

One minor concern is that if you have a lot of baggage, you’ll need to carry it up the stairs when entering the building since it is elevated; however, the ground staff are very helpful and readily assist with this.

Location. It’s right next to Mitsukoshi Mall and Landers.

First time to book a place in bgc and this will be our go to place from now on (if they are not yet booked). The place was clean and provided all the essentials as they have listed. They had two working ACs that kept the temperature of spacious unit to our liking. Location was really close to everything and we can just walk to other places to explore.

Good emplacement, nice view, everything furnished ! 7 Eleven 2min by walks open 24/24 ! BGC is the best emplacement in Manila for safety and beautiful view, close to the airport !

Hard to find the key as you have to spend 20min trying to communicate with an office man who struggle to speak English. The bed was a bit rough, but it did the job perfectly.

There was no blanket and pillows left for the sofa bed.

Close to stores, value for money and complete kitchen utensils.

The communication with the host. We were approved for 12:00nn check in but got into the property around 2:30pm so we waited in the lobby for two hours, no clear instruction what to do next.

The view was beautiful, and the flat was very cozy, looked much better in person! Loved the whole vibe, and the little lamps!

They didn’t store your luggage, only if you pay for it around 3-500php, which was not the best. If you would like to wash, you have to buy the laundry detergent.

The location of the unit was very convenient.

It was difficult to use the elevators as they were very slow and there are too few elevators for the volume of people in the tower. 2 elevators were closed off. We also heard a lot of noises from the unit upstairs and nearby units.

We loved the ambiance, the facilities, and the location. Overall, it was a great stay with a reasonable price. It felt just like being at home—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I was able to cook, too!

Nothing really, only 1 side of the sofa might need a bit of repair to make it more sturdy.

The unit was nice and clean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions through booking.com massaging apps.

1. The hand shower didn't work. 2. The mattress was 4 inches thick. No support while sleeping. 3. There was no way to access the internet. 4. No tv to watch. This place is overpriced, and the room is not well maintained. For those that give this room, high marks have very low expectations. The price point of this unit is well above the market value for such a room with such low comfort for its pricing.

Centrally located Uptown Parksuites Tower 1, very clean and tidy, good size.

The six elevators have high usage times. Three out of the six elevators are assigned to different floors.

The apartment was clean and included all the amenities and styled very nicely. The views are excellent of the city.

To be perfectly honest without being rude ,the reason why I chose this particular property was the fact that it had off street parking and available for free but when I’ve got there the guard wanted money to use the parking facilities additional cost $1000pesos. So that was the main reason why I was dissatisfied with the property.

The bed was not as advertised though, it was changed daw coz it broke and the replacement creaked. We had problems with the Netflix connection too. The elevators were always full and took time to go up and down. Instructions for check in and check out were not too clear as I had to ask and follow up.

It was close to everything. Restaurants, Malls, you name it. Room was sweet and the perfect size. High enough you cannot hear the traffic. Bed was large.

Water comes out the shower. It drains kind of slow. Shower head won't point in one direction unless you put something to wedge it. Bathroom mirror could use more light.

Everything was so clean and well thought of, and the location was so central that you are actually surrounded by 3 malls. Plenty of places to eat and hang out.

Okay, so hear me out. This didn’t lower my rating at all because the property itself was great. Except the washing machine. It could also be user error but we followed the instructions by the machine but still our clothes didn’t dry on time. We could’ve missed our flight because it wouldn’t unlock. After “drying”for 2 hours it was still wet so we took wet clothes with us on our flight. So yeah, proceed with caution with the washing machine!

Comfort, cleanliness and location

Location was good, though about a 15-20 minute walk to the central BGC area.

Gym not available to temporary tenants. Registering with the front desk was not frictionless. Needed to provide a lot of information which should have been done prior. Security was going to take a picture of my ID if I did not object to it.

We only stayed one night, but the apartment what great and comfy. Great location in the financial area.

The rooms are small but quaint and good enough. The parking entrance is hard to find but solid once you know how to find it.

Place is very clean and cozy. Perfect location- close to the mall, grocery and hospital. Host is very accommodating. Highly recommended! We will be coming back.

Place was very comfortable and near the places we planned to visit during our stay. The property owner was very accommodating.

The location is accessible the malls & the bars - also the staff makes you feel safe & they’re very nice. The host is very accommodating with special requests when needed. My bestfriend and I had such a pleasant time in this unit. To watch on NETFLIX, we figured that if you plug in a computer mouse you will be able to control/watch movies

We were only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days and 2 thin tiny towels. No instructions on how to use the TV.

Super cozy! The glass window beside the bed gives a different ambiance. The unit is so chic and very relaxing. Room smells so good!

The bottom part of the bed seems broken. I slept comfortably but was cautious not to stay in that part. i might damage it
