Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Had a good stay overall. The unit was spacious and comfortable for our group. We especially liked having a kitchen, washing machine, and a balcony to relax at. The place was generally clean and the check-in process was straightforward. The location was convenient, and the city view from the unit was nice, especially in the evening. There were enough facilities and basic necessities provided for a comfortable stay. Nothing particularly luxurious, but it had everything we needed for a short trip. Overall, a pleasant stay and worth considering if you're looking for a spacious place to stay.

The owner should ensure that the cleaning worker cleans and tidy the house perfectly. The bathroom smells haunting. Sheets and blankets are not clean. Kitchen utensils and cabinets are also not clean and there are a lot of cockroaches.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2024It very bad, I'm arrived like at 4.30 and the wooden door can't be opened,the key is useless,then call the management and texting for hours , not even replying early and not answering calls,feels like I'm getting scammed, ignoring me and do it like nothing happened ,finally can enter after 7 pm ,very long waiting, frustrated,not even gonna refund my time and money,the place is smelly ,the tv can't be used (no signal) ,the sofa and bedsheets seems very dirty,not gonna book here anymore,the worse host and the worst room people can think of

It's near MRT, but the distance to travel places is a bit further. But with this room price, here is really the good choice to stay.

One sad thing is no plug/only 1 plug at each room and did not provide any extension, so we use the extension that connect the tv box and wifi😂 So please bring you extension, else it will be not enough for 8 pax.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2023The reason for my stay was my daughter had an appointment at HKL and had to be there by 7am. We did not know that the procedure takes almost half a day. Hence we contacted the management of this facility to req for extended hours (extended for 2 hours). They were so helpful and advised me accordingly. Would love to come again.
