The air-conditioning takes some time to start. Initially it was confusing because it shows its On but no fan or cooling. But after 5 minss you hear the fan starting up.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, so ausführliche und hilfreiche Informationen zum Check in habe ich noch nie bekommen, hätte ich mir manchmal gewünscht. Weiter hilfreiche Tipps zum essen gehen. Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 2 Personen, modern ausgestattet und wirklich sauber (wichtig!!) Super Lage zum Bahnhof Napoli Centrale oder Garibaldi. Bei früher Abreise gibt's Coupon für sehr nettes Cafe um die Ecke statt Frühstück!
Bahnhofsgegend ist in den wenigsten (Groß-)Städten sehr angenehm - in Neapel bestimmt nicht. Aber man ist ja freiwillig da! Die Dusche weist als Einziges in der Wohnung Gebrauchsspuren auf....ist halt schwer bzw. kostspielig immer frisch zu halten.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026A modern, comfortable and clean room with a spacious bathroom. The rooms have coffee and some snacks and thoughtful amenities such as a corkscrew/bottle opener. Don't be put off by the neighborhood. Remember this Napoli! Everything is grittier here.You're practically across from the train station and rhe Starhotel Terminus for rhe excursions. We used it as a base for visiting Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Thank you, Andrea, for a prompt and efficient service!

El barrio es muy feo, como la mayoría de los barrios cerca de las terminales de tren. Sin embargo, lo elegimos por la estrategia localización al llegar y salir de Nápoles con el tren.

Camera ampia dotata di tutti i comfort: macchinetta per il caffè, bollitore, frigorifero, cassaforte adatta a contenere anche un computer, televisore a schermo ampio che permette a chi è interessato di navigare al di fuori dei soliti canali,aria condizionata non rumorosa, servizi igienici in cui vi si può muovere agevolmente. Disponibilità gratuita di asciugamani. La colazione rinvia a un bar pasticceria che è il migliore della zona. Il sig. Andrea è un punto di riferimento sicuro: le informazioni sui codici per accedere alla struttura sono molto dettagliate e poi in caso di necessità risponde puntualmente.

Lokacija objekta je veoma dobra, jer je u neposrednoj blizini autobusa, metroa, autobusa za aerodrom. Domacin je bio veoma ljubazan i dao nam je dobre predloge za restorane , pizerije i sl. Mogli smo da ostavimo stvari i posle odjavljivanja iz apartmana
Prevelika buka spolja, danju i nocu, tako da prozor uvek mora biti zatvoren i ukljucen klimatizer (ko moze da izdrzi to). Veoma prljava okolina objekta, dok je sam objekat-zgrada veoma sredjena

Очень понравились чистота, стильный интерьер и безопасность. Около кровати есть розетки и usb. Хозяин был внимательным и помог организовать такси в аэропорт. Андреа, спасибо за гостеприимство и за неаполитнский ароматный завтрак в кафэ!

Andrea is very helpful, all the information, video instructions and photos so that it was as easy as possible for me to settle in. I had no problems getting to the accommodation, finding it and also finding the cafe where breakfast was served. Andrea was very helpful and looked after our luggage before check in and after check out. I have never experienced that before! Amazing, I really appreciate it. The environment around the accommodation is a bit dull but we felt safe. It is a 4 minute walk from the train station and also from the Alibus station that goes to the airport. If we return to Naples, this accommodation is the only one!🤩🤩

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Contactless check-in option (as well as check-out) is great, we could also leave luggage after check-out, everything was easy. Andrea - that takes care of all the guests - is attentive and helpful. The building is located close to the railway station and airport bus, but the area for some might look a bit neglected. Old town is 12-15 minute walk.
Altough I intentionally booked a room with two queen-beds we recevied a smaller room with one bed and one small uncomfortable futon without bedsheets. Next day, on my request the bed was immediately rearranged, but it left me with mixed feelings. The room looks bigger and nicer on photos that in reality. The breakfast was decent and very Italian (sweet snack and coffee), served in a cafe nearby - but the staff is rather rude and atmoshpere is super chaotic.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Ubytovanie boli blízko železničnej stanice a stanice metra. Každý deň bolo ubytovanie upratané a raňajky sa podávali v kaviarni 3 min od ubytovania. V rámci ubytovania bola kanvica, kávovar na kapsulovú kávu, chladnička, trezor a vedľa každej postele kábel na nabíjanie telefónu.
V okolí ubytovania pomerne väčšie množstvo afrických občanov, ale nebol s nimi žiadny problém. Niekomu to však môže vadiť. Z hľadiska ubytovania len 1 drobnosť, ak si pustite vodu v sprche príliš silno, tak nestíha rýchlo odtekať. Ináč všetko ostatné bolo ok.

Muy cerca del casco antiguo lleno de cosas y edificios para ver. Napoli como siempre, encantadora y caótica. Andrea nuestro anfitrión estuvo correctísimo con sus indicaciones. El desayuno en una linda pasticeria a metros del alojamiento. Todo de 10.
Parecía un poco cutre el barrio por los personajes que andan por allí, pero nada de temer. Siempre regresamos antes de las once de la noche, pero igual parece tranquilo.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Egyszerűen imádtuk! Voltak félelmeink a környékkel kapcsolatban, nyílván a pályaudvar nem a legbizalomgerjesztőbb környéke a városnak ezt tudtuk. De a szállássunk egyszerűen mindent vitt! Olyan volt, mint a képeken, igényes, modern, tiszta és abszolult biztonságos. A bejutás is többszörösen védett biztonsági lépéseken keresztül történt - kóddal, mágneskártyával, a szobában széffel, amit használtunk is. Gyalogtávolságra a Centro Storico, a pályaudvar, a metro megálló és a reggeliző helyünk is - egy igazi autentikus nápolyi kávézó-cukrászda helyi péksüteménnyekkel. Hibátlan! A szálláson usb fali csatlakozó, amiben már ott volt a három különböző töltésre alkalmas csatlakozó kábel! Szóval nincs szükség plusz elosztóra, töltőre, csatlakozóra... Ilyennel még nem találkoztunk sehol sem, pedig sokfelé utaztunk már! Szuper megoldás. A szoba kényelmes, mindennel felszerelt, a fürdőben is minen megvolt, ami kellett. Kényelmes ágy, nagy tévé, jó wifi, mindennap takarítás. Mi kell még egy klassz utazáshoz? Biztos, hogy ha Nápoly, akkor ide jövünk! Ha és a közeli, egy sarokkal feljebb levő "Scugnizzo" Pizzériát nem szabad kihagyni!

Al estar tan cerca a la estación Napoli Centrale el sector puede lucir un poco "pesado" y tuvimos una experiencia que nos pegó un buen susto ...pero según nos dieron a conocer nunca en los años que han operado había ocurrido, luego quizás sólo fue cuestión de suerte y creo que es de saberlo transitar y de tener cuidado con las pertenencias.

Reviewed May 5, 2026ナポリ中央駅に至近、周囲に飲食店も多くあり、わざわざ繁華街に繰り出す必要なし。朝食は宿から徒歩2分のカフェにて、パンの選択肢も豊富で5泊しても飽きが来ずに良かった。またオーナーもこちらのリクエストに直ちに対応してくれ親切であった。一度も顔合わせ出来なかったのが残念。
大都会の中央駅付近はどこも似たり寄ったりだが、宿までの歩道上に怪しげな物売りが多数、到着後の第一印象を悪くさせてしまう。

Очень удобная кровать. В номере имеется всё необходимое. Приятный комплимент: итальянский завтрак. Наши выходные прошли просто замечательно . Обязательно вернёмся именно в это место

Desde el balconcito se ve el Vesubio. Cuarto de baño moderno y nuevo. El servicio de limpieza es diario. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Buena atención del dueño vía WhatsApp, para aclarar cualquier duda. El wifi perfecto.
El desayuno en la cafetería. No tiene mesas dentro. Es solo un café y un croissant. Hay que ir hasta la cafetería, para desayunar de pie y la variedad es muy limitada.

The location is great if you want quick access to Central station, and busses to the airport. However, it is a little further away from the historic center, and the location is not nice place to hang around after dark.

La metropolitana si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, volendo per andare in centro serve una passeggiata di 20/30 minuti a secondo della destinazione. Il proprietario e lo staff sono gentilissimi e disponibili. La camera era comoda e aveva tutto quello che può servire.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Struttura comodissima ristrutturata e molto accogliente a due minuti dalla stazione centrale ,snodo principale verso tutte le mete della città da visitare compreso Certosa , Castel S.Elmo e Vomero con la metropolitana, accessibile dalla fermata di Piazza Garibaldi che si trova sotto la.stazione Centrale, e per accedere alla linea circumvesuviana anch'essa sotto la stazione Centrale che porta verso Ercolano, Pompei , Sorrento per esempio. Struttura ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista, anche per chi ama camminare a circa 20/30 minuti dal centro. Una considerazione speciale per il titolare del b&b Andrea , persona molto presente e precisa nelle spiegazioni di accesso alla struttura, il quale ci ha trattato in maniera eccezionale facendoci sentire accolti, con una cura,disponibilità e cortesia fuori dal comune, difficili da trovare. Reviewed Dec 8, 2025I liked how close it was to the train/metro station and I loved the cafe where breakfast was provided. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. I loved how helpful the host was with lots of information and ease of check in. I would definitely book here again.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Locație foarte aproape de gara centrala din Napoli, de metrou, aflata intr-o zona liniștită. Gazda, Andrea, ne-a dat multe informații care ne-au fost de mare ajutor. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni!

Reviewed Nov 27, 2025La ubicación cómoda para poder desplazarse. Andrea, fue muy eficaz con las indicaciones que nos brindó. La habitación excelente, detalles de calidad. Bien insonorizada. Cafetera de cápsulas (provistas) ,calentador de agua, tes, nevera con agua de bienvenida.
Del B@B todo ok. No me gustó como está Nápoles. Infinidad de inmigrantes africanos durmiendo en las calles, con puestos de ventas en las aceras que casi no se puede caminar. Siempre hablando del barrio de Napoli centrale. Párrafo aparte para el tránsito. NO se respeta nada, ni al peatón ni a nadie. Horrible.

Čistota, dobré postele, vše bylo skvělé. Pokud se vrátíme do Neapole, tak jedině sem.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Sehr schönes, modernes Zimmer, komplett kontaktloses Checkin und Checkout, Andrea war jederzeit schnell über Whatsapp erreichbar und wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout noch in der Wohnung lagern
Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war top, das Viertel um die Wohnung dadurch aber weniger schön.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025Zona ideal para los que llegamos por tren a dos cuadras de la estación central, Andrea estuvo 10 puntos con su explicación para llegar al lugar y por sus recomendaciones. La comodidad de la habitación y el baño excelentes.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Proprietarii receptivi. Indicații clare pentru chek in. Curatenie zilnica. Conditioner funcțional. Ceai ,cafea in cameră.lift funcțional. Securitatea cazării prin acces securizat din stradă și in locație. Mic dejun specific local ,o cafea și cruasan la o cafenea din apropiere. Ușor de ajuns în orice direcție fiind amplasat convenabil.
Plapuma de pe pat nu era curată ,chiar cu pete. Cearșafurile puteau fi nu atît de vechi ,chiar cu cîteva găurile. Lipsa balcon care era in descriere. Nu sau schimbat cearșafurile și nici ștergarele.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025Everything as in the photos ( which is rare in Naples), the rooms was very clean, nice positioned, very close to the train station, self check-in, self checkout. I strongly recommend this place, the room is big, the bath it’s big too and you find everything in the room: shower gel, etc.
Only thing I did not like was the capsule coffee from the room, but the property gives you vouchers to go to a coffee bakery and there you can eat and have a great coffee!!!

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025The communication was fast and efficient. Using WhatsApp questions were answered rather fast which is nice. The room itself was luxurious with a nice bathroom, coffee and tea and great working airconditioning.
The location itself is fine, two secured gates to enter makes you feel safe. But it's unfortunate that it feels necessary. A lot of trash on the street around it, homeless people on the station. Not something the owners of the house would be able to fix, but it is unfortunate.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Krásné, čisté, moderní ubytování blízko vlakového nádraží. Přestože v centru města tak v noci byl hluk z ulice malý. Možnost uvařit si kávu nebo čaj, sladká snídaně v nedaleké kavárně Postele pohodlné. Perfektní domluva s manažerem Andreem, po odjezdu jsme si ještě mohli nechat zavazadla v ubytovani
Není téměř co vytknout, trošku nás překvapilo okolí ubytování, ale to se blízko vlakového nádraží dalo předpokládat

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Andrea was very well organized and provided great instructions for getting into the unit. We loved that we could leave our bags before check-in. Location near train station was perfect for using metro and taking the alibus to the airport. My husband is tall and really appreciated a modern room with high ceilings!

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Location was super close to the train station and Alibus stop which was handy for us as we had lots of luggage. The actual neighbourhood was a bit dodgy but we weren’t really phased. The room included an actual kettle which was appreciated as well as a coffee machine and mini fridge. Hair dryer also worked really well. Appreciated having our apartment cleaned daily and brekkie at the cafe was just ok. Enjoyed the pastry and coffee but didn’t enjoy being pestered by random people trying to sell us stuff which the cafe seemed to allow. Having said that, we would stay at this apartment again.
Nothing comes to mind, perhaps offering more than one breakfast option?

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Location was excellent, only 5 minutes from train station and within easy walking distance to where we wanted to go. The 2 cleaning ladies were very helpful when we arrived even though we don't speak Italian & they didn't speak English! Lovely ladies. Rooms spacious and clean, well appointed.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Ubicación cercana a estación para movilidad, la comunicación con Andrea fue 100%. Todo bien indicado e informativo. Facil entrada y salida. Hubo limpieza de la habitación, café, aire acondicionado, cama muy cómoda, y te incluía en una cafetería a 2min caminando la opción de cafe/capuchino y una bollería. Así como cargadores al lado de la cama. Solo cambiaría la almohada plana. Esta en un segundo piso, puedes usar elevador o subir escaleras.
Toda la zona alrededor de ma estación es gris, calles parecen inseguras, pero se ven bastantes policías. Como siempre tener cuidado con sus pertenencias. Pero nada de quejas de la estancia

The location is near the train station which is a plus but also a negative per the street noise. Had to close the windows to make it tolerable.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Andrea was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Fantastic directions to get in to the room. Coffee and tea facilities were great as were the shelving and storage. Good air conditioning. Very good sound protection on windows from the busy street. The location was close to the station and central transport hub.
The main concern was the run down area and the breakfast . A plain croissant and coffee from a shop did not feel like breakfast especially for anyone not wanting sweet pastry.
