Bollitore acqua purtroppo non funzionante ed avere due tazze caffè e tè considerato che la stanza era per due persone.

La camera è spaziosa ed addirittura c era un altro letto oltre al matrimoniale, in un angolo una consolle con macchina da caffè con capsule e bollitore e buste del the, una bottiglia d acqua. Anche il bagno molto spazioso, un set completo di 2 asciugamani a testa uno medio ed uno grande per la doccia. Asciugacapelli nel cassettone. Posizione comodissima poiché a pochi metri c'è il tram n 38. Camera pulita.

The stuff is very friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room is really spacious and I found the bed to be comfy. What I also truly liked was that there's kettle in the room, along with various kinds of tea, including herbs (there's a coffee machine and coffee in the room too :)). The room even had its private balcony :) The tram stop is literally in front of the hotel. I'm very happy with the stay here!

Das Badezimmer, speziell die Dusche hatten Schimmel und Schmutz in den Fugen und den Duschwänden An den Fensterdichtungen war auch leicht Schimmel. Der Raum müsste wieder Mal gestrichen werden. Der Safe funktionierte nicht. Wenig Anlage Möglichkeiten

Gute Lage für unseren Zweck mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, gute Zimmergröße und einfacher Checkin

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Zimmers sehr zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere im Bad. Außerdem war die Dusche schimmelig.

Ein sehr sauberes, komfortables und ruhiges Hotel in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Das Hotelmanagement war im Allgemeinen gut.

Check-in- und Check-out sind nicht flexibel. Daher sollten Sie Ihre Ankunftszeit sorgfältig planen, da die Zeiten nicht flexibel sind und die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten strikt eingehalten werden. Andernfalls müssen Sie bis zum bis offiziellen Check-in-Zeitpunkt im Hotel auf der Straße bleiben.

Der Schlüssel-Check-in durch den Manager in der Pizzeria war problemlos und sehr nett. Der Manager war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, da ich gehbehindert bin. Das Parken war am Wochenende vor dem Hotel problemlos. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war gut. Auch schön, dass man abends gut in der Pizzeria essen kann.

Der Aufzug war etwas schmuddelig, die drei Treppenstufen am Eingang sind ohne Geländer für Gehbehinderte nur schwer zu bewältigen. Leider gibt es in der Pizzeria keine Nudelgerichte.

Es war alles vorhanden und sorgar ein Fön. Das hat gepasst.

Ich hatte ein Einzelbett und das war nicht so bequem, weil es eine dünne Matratze war.

Everything was good, but maybe a floor was a bit dirty, wasn’t clean enough.

Bei extremer Hitze sind Zimmer ohne Air-Condition im letzten Stock unzumutbar. Leider fühlte sich niemand in Bezug auf einen möglichen Wechsel zuständig.

Lipsa aerului condiționat.In baie era un miros neplăcut,mucegai în cabina de duș.Parcarea din fața hotelui este cu plată între 9.00 -22.00, dar nu există afișe care să te înștiințeze de acest lucru.Ar trebui specificat acest lucru când primești comfirmarea rezervării. Ptr.turiști care vin cu mașina este o problemă dacă nu știi despre sistemul de parcare din Austria Dacă nu întrebam la restaurantul hotelui cum se procedează cu parcarea luam amendă.In 10 minute după ce am parcat au venit să pună amendă.Am plătit 3.95 € ptr.o oră de parcare prin aplicatia Easy Park.Mai exista un garaj la aprox.300 m unde se putea parca dar acolo nu știu cât era ora de parcare.In comparație cu anii trecuți prețul parcării in Viena a crescut foarte mult...

The room appeared to be clean

The room had nothing whatsoever to keep it cool. We visited during a heatwave and whilst we stepped in it feels as if it was 40-45oC within the room. We reached out to reception in order to hopefully provide with at least a fan but the response was negative. Although it was advertised with no A/C common sense would entail that to keep the guests at a comfortable level a fan (or something alternative) should have been provided, rather than telling us that "yes, it's too warm but there's nothing we can do). It was that hot that we had to leave the property and find alternative accommodation elsewhere. Should we have stayed there it was guaranteed that we would not be able to rest/sleep at 40-45oC

Dusche war nicht sehr sauber und etwas Schimmelpilz in den Ecken aber um diesen Preis waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch den Hotelchef. Im Vorfeld gab es einen sehr professionellen Checkin per Mail. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss hatte einen kleinen Balkon, war sehr sauber und mit einem Kaffeekapselautomaten ausgestattet. Ein Teekocher war auch vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben in der Pizzaria unten im Haus gegessen. Ebenfalls sehr freundliche, serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter und ein sehr gutes Essen! Ich gebe für das Hotel und das Essen 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank für die sehr gute Zeit bei Ihnen!

Das Zimmer war voll in Ordnung. Bett war gemütlich, Lage war toll, obwohl es weiter außerhalb liegt. Mit der Bahn vor der Tür kann man aber problemlos in die Stadt fahren. Etwas komisch mit dem self check in, hat aber gut geklappt.

Leider war es verstaubt und hat einen leicht schmutzigen Eindruck gemacht.

The hotel was directly above an Italian restaurant. No air-conditioning (very hot in the room).

Hotel was miles away from the city centre.

Brak klimatyzacji. Kabina prysznicowa mogła by być czystsza.

Meget fin værelse til en meget overkommelig pris med lige hvad man skulle bruge (kunne dog godt bruge et minikøleskab). Nemt at checke ind og ud. Lå dejlig tæt på offentlig transport.

Meget lyt indtil værelset ved siden af, men det er vel svært at gøre så meget ved, men jeg kunne høre deres samtaler. Evt ryk sengen til den anden side, så det ikke er lige opad.

Alle Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren nach kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Pizzaria unter der Unterkunft war sehr gut und es gibt die Weltbeste Pizza.

Die sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrich. Leider war das Bad nicht sauber der Apfalleimer war vom Vorgänger noch voll überall waren Fingerabdrücke von anderen Gäsen der Boden war nicht sauber und alles war verstaubt. Des weiteren war es durch die Pizzaria unter der Unterkunft Morgens sehr laut.

Alles wunderbar und unkompliziert, haben das Zimmer für Besuch aus Nizza gebucht. War perfekt.

Il prezzo è stato ottimo considerando la sua lontananza dal centro, ma la possibilità di raggiungerlo con tutti i mezzi. Ha un supermercato (Spar) vicino e al piano terra una pizzeria, ma la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare.

Naprawdę świetny właściciel który jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Da się z nim dogadać i nie sprawiał on żadnych problemów. Sam apartament bardzo zadbany, nowoczesny, w świetnej lokalizacji. Nie było na co narzekać.

Muy alejado del centro, y algo en Viena imperdonable..no tener parking, sin aire acondicionado, muchísimo calor, muy mejorable,no limpian en estancias de menos de 3 días, nos cobraron por una botella de agua de 750 cc, 6,5 euros, pero el restaurante de abajo italiano ricas pizzas y deliciosos cócteles,

La habitación es amplia y regalan algunas cápsulas de café. Fácil de llegar e ir al centro, con una parada de tranvía en frente.

Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador, la ola de calor fue insoportable. Tampoco tiene mosquiteras. La ducha tenía algo de moho. Pero lo peor es que el hotel fue hackeado. Consiguieron mis datos de la reserva (fecha, nombre, teléfono, correo electrónico) y trataron de engañarme vía WhatsApp y email. Menos mal que Booking avisó y que soy precavido en estos temas. Para rematar, el check-in es online, así que tuve que tener mucho cuidado para diferenciar el correo legítimo del de los hackers

Spacious room, comfortable bed, there were trees outside the window of our room, which created a pleasant atmosphere.

There is no a/c and the room was hot when I checked in. I dont even want to imagine what it would be like during a heatwave. There are no mosquito screens on the windows, so you can choose between fresh air or mosquito-free sleep. There are stains on the matress which were visible through out bedsheets. The floor in our room wasnt very clean, there were crumbs everywhere. All in all the hotel could not live up to the pictures provided online.

Di fronte al tram 38 e al bus N38, quartiere tranquillo e sovrastante un’ottima pizzeria. La pulizia non è minutissima ma è normale essendo principalmente un’attività di ristorazione, tuttavia letto e bagno erano immacolati. A chi si lamenta per la mancanza di aria condizionata dico che non ha mai vissuto in Sud Italia: non sono queste le temperature che necessitano di climatizzazione, si dorme benissimo anche con le finestre chiuse d’estate! E per gli insetti, direi che è del tutto normale che entrino in stanza se si lasciano le finestre aperte e la luce accesa, non è colpa dell’hotel. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Soddisfattissima.

Spaziosa e la pizzeria al piano di sotto ottima

Caldissimo in camera, era un forno. Ho chiesto almeno un ventilatore ma non l hanno dato. La finestra in bagno era bloccata quindi non ho potuto girare aria e non c’è la ventola in bagno, quindi rimane puzza. La doccia era intasata e non scendeva l’acqua, molto molto lentamente. Pulizia da rivedere. Essendoci così caldo sono entrate tante cimici e abbiamo dormito malissimo perché le abbiamo dovute ammazzare di notte.

Gorąco polecam!!

Все супер, чисто, охайно та багато місця. Зручно дуже що був ресторан на першому поверсі і ми о 21:00 змогли гарно повечеряти і відпочити з дороги. Думаю якщо не в літній сезон то залишимось ще раз ☺️

Було дуже жарко і не можливо виспатись. Балкон виходить в бік дороги, і дуже шумно, а закрити не можливо бо дуже душно та немає кондиціонера та вентилятора.

Нам было удобно расположение отеля. Цена тоже устроила.

Было очень жарко, на улице уже было прохладно, но само здание было очень нагрето, мы плохо спали. Так же на этаже пахло пиццей)

Die Fenster waren im Rahmen extrem schmutzig. Durch die Hitze hatten wir sie groß auf und Mückennetze wären sehr wichtig.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte ein großes Bett. Der Fernseher bot Netflix.

1. Leider war es viel zu heiß, und das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, sodass ich selbst im Schlaf geschwitzt habe. Beim Öffnen des Fensters kamen Insekten herein, die herumschwirrten. Ich würde diese Unterkunft bei solch heißem Wetter nicht empfehlen. 2. In der Toilette gab es Kakerlaken; sie sollte gründlicher gereinigt werden.

Nos gustó el buen trato con el personal y la amplitud de la habitación.

Fuimos en epoca de calor extremo y no habia condiciones ningunas para el bienestar, no había aire acondicionado y ni un mísero ventilador. A 39 grados y le avisamos previamente por el calor si existiría opción y nos dijeron que a la habitación no le hacía falta por ser fresca naturalmente.

Both rooms we had booked were dirty, clearly not hoovered prior our arrival. The whole hotel staircase stunk disgusting to the point of making you sick. One of the bathrooms didn't have hand wash, the other didn't have shower gel. No air conditioner. There were only 2 hungers.

Like all people used to mention - the restaurant is something you shouldn't miss!! Pizza is amazingly good - real neapoletana - same for drinks, and of course the staff is very kind but also interesting. The place is kinda exceptional for sure. About the hotel part? It was okay - just what I expected it to be after reading the reviews. I liked location of our room - the windows opens on another building and some trees, so it's cozy and also isn't exposed to sun so much (room 207). Even though the hotel lacks AC in rooms, it was bearable. I really appreciate lots of space in the room - I hate to feel like in jail, and unfortunately that's common for not-top-tier hotels, though it's not a case with muller. I really, really recommend.

Well, maybe bathroom could get some heavy cleaning? I mean - the general cleaning, renovation even? Room service people do great job with making sure that everything is as clean as it can be though, can't complain!! Also - we got stuck in the elevator once, but it's more about the age of the building and elevator itself I guess? I'd recommend to install some kind of alarm that will let staff know when someone stucks there in the future (currently there's only an alarm option that calls the service line of elevator supplier. It's really difficult to attract actual attention because most people do stuff in restaurant and there's a music playing etc.

Hotel is near tram 38 in a very quiet location with great restaurants around and the pizzeria that belongs to the hotel is my favorite.

The room was clean, just felt a bit dusty.

В комнате было жарко, без кондиционера, приходилось ночью держать балкон открытым. Матрас жестковатый, но подложив под простыню одеяло, можно было спать. Уборки номера не было ни разу за наше 4-х дневное проживание. В лифте пахло на наш взгляд, кошачей мочей.

Byli jsme podruhé. Ubytování nám vyhovuje. Lokací i atmosférou. Velmi pohodlné postele. Na pokoji voda a kapslové kafe.

Pri koriščenju nastanitve tukaj v prvi vrsti upoštevajte namembnost vašega bivanja. S kolegom sva obiskala koncert in sobo sva potrebovala zgolj za prenočišče. Osebje je super prijazno, lokacija mirna, dostopnost zelo dobra, soba je čista, a zelo osnovno opremljena. Zelo hiter in enostaven chek-in ter chek-out. V isti stavbi je odlična picerija in po hrano tako ni treba daleč.

Čeprav je to moja napaka, ker nisem dovolj natančno preveril in zato prevzemam vso odgovornost, je potrebno zapisati, da sobe niso opremljene s hladilnikom in klimo. V poletnih mesecih, ko so temperature visoke, boste težko ohladili pijačo, zračite lahko samo skozi okno, ker niti ni ventilatorjev.

トラム38の目の前で、出かけるのに大変便利だった。階下のイタリアンレストランが、開いている時は、様々な対応に素早く気持ちよく応じてくれ、とても助かった。

エレベーターが早朝は動いていないので、早く出発するときは、トランクの運搬が大変だと思う。

Esiteks pean kindlasti ära märkima, et hinna-kvaliteedi suhe on suurepärane. Kuna allkorrusel on pitsakohvik, hõljub igal ajal koridoris mõnus küpsetamislõhn, all vaibal olid ka kerged jahused jalajäljed ühel hetkel, minu meelest väga armas. Personal on sõbralik, tore. Kuigi asukoht on äärelinnas ja mitte kõige glamuursem, on majutuskoht juba väravatest alates väga ilus ja lausa itaaliapärane. Akende all õitses võlvina lillepõõsas ja isegi teeplaadid olid lilleornamentidega. Toad olid puhtad, lihtsad, hubased. Ühistransport linna on trammimiiniga nr 38 tihe ja mugav. Vannitoa akent avades näeb hoovis puudelatvu ja linnukesi. Oleme sõbrannaga väga rahul!

Kõik on meeldiv, eks alati saaks ju detailidesse minna, aga selle hinna kohta vägagi mõnus majutus.

I love the fact that there was an utter complete lack of air conditioning which gave me the moral justification to sleep butt ass naked on the bed. Certainly do hope they cleaned those bed sheets 😘😘😘

Would be nice if the relocated a TEENY tiny bit of their budget to cut down the bloody trees surrounding the establishment, they hinder my ability to bark at random strangers walking down the sidewalk
