Modern,comfortable,aesthetically pleasing,close to the centre, quiet!

The sofa was not comfortable, a bit low and soft.

Handy walking location into the square for meals and a range of meals and eating and coffee places for every taste. Easy to find. Comfy beds, amazing cutlery and crockery.

we went to make a hot drink on arrival and there was no milk surely a bit of milk could be available in the fridge lots of other supplies like tea and coffee available so that was good

The house was roomy, clean and well equipped, with a nice deck for sitting outside. Martinborough is a very nice, accessible town and it was nice to have the bikes to explore with.

The property advertised free bikes - thou it didn't specify how many. There were 4 of us booked in - 2 couples but we didn't end up using the bikes because there wasn't enough for all of us.

The property was really tidy, clean, well maintained & had everything that you needed! It was close to town & just a really neat little house.

I reckon having another couch (even two seater) in the lounge would finish off the house nicely

A very minor point, a bottle of milk is helpful to get the first tea and coffees going on arrival.

Great location, quick and easy stroll to town and plenty of vineyards nearby. The house itself was perfect, bedrooms were roomy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and property was nice and quiet.

As two women travelling, sadly the male bike was too large to use so we weren’t able to use the bikes.

Great place to stay for 2 couples, there were a couple of bikes available, but we didn’t get time to use them, easy few minutes walk into the main square.

The house was spacious, well equipped, warm and comfortable. It was a short, 8 minute walk to town.

That the house hadn't been serviced properly. Bedroom hadn't been vacuumed. Rubbish hadn't been removed.. Bathroom basin hadn't been cleaned. Kitchen sink hadn't been cleaned There was empty bottles and glasses left on bench.Towels left on bathroom floor. Spare bed not made up properly.

We loved everything about our stay - despite the weather being wild we were comfortable and cosy and everywhere we visited hosts were so friendly.

No suggestions for improvement.

While the bikes were both perfect for a spin to the vineyards they could both do with a service as the gears slipped on both. Not a deal breaker thou and it was great to get out on the bikes to get to the vineyards.

There was no toilet paper but we bought some. Place was a bit dusty, needs a good clean but overall okay. With two couples it would have been good to have two sofas to sit on to watch TV. We made it work though.

Great location and positioned for the sun, we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and comfortable, all we needed was there. Was very quiet area, walkable into centre.

When we arrived the cleaner had not yet been, turned up an hour later But not the accommodations problem.

It could have been a lot cleaner. It had not been serviced properly and we were lacking essential items. We had plumbing issues which were dealt with but not completed. Great location and comfortable home. Very sunny position.

The location was excellent! Only a short, flat, less than 10 minute walk to the village. Very quiet too. Was handy to have an oven, gas cooktop and washing machine too.

Location. Easy walk into town. Very spacious. Exceptionally clean. A whole range in f facilities.

Could do with some wardrobe space considering the size of the place. Found ourselves living out of our luggage!

This is a delightful little two bedroom which suited the two of us perfectly. A functional kitchen with all amenities. Wifi and a TV with builtin Chromecast. Just off the main road.

Some little things we were dissapointed about sad the spa is not functioning. The bikes are quite old and dated, one helmet strap was broken so we didn't end up riding. The cleaner left the key in the door and house unlocked when we arrived and also a dishwasher full to the brim of somebodies dishes which we ended up having to put away. I did email Mark and he apologised.

Comfortable accomodation, good location to town. Eggs provided in fridge were delicious thank you and a lovely touch

Helmets for bikes were very old and only one worked. One bike had a seat that wasn’t working properly would have brought my own or hired a bike if known next time.
