Everything was super tidy and well maintained just like the photos. The house was very warm and had a bunch of board games too.

The property was lovely, clean and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and the sleep out was fantastic and really helped to accommodate our family.

The sleepout got a little cold overnight/early morning.

The house and facilities were exceptional - such an amazing weekend away with friends. Cozy fire, great kitchen and amenities like BBQ and deck. Decor is fabulous. thanks Hareti for a fabulous experience. Close to town , plenty of parking onsite. Great showers.

Location, privacy, quietness, set up

Very stylish. Quiet, safe, secure. Extremely comfortable beds. Great outdoor area. Very well equipped kitchen (other than below).

There were no coffee pods - would be good to have just three or four there so guests can have a coffee on arrival before purchasing their own. Would be good to have a lamp or two in the main area, cosier than having to have overhead lights on Indication of where the pool is located would be good, as would recommendations of local eateries

Quiet place. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of cookware/kitchen facilities to use.

BBQ had not been cleaned by previous visitors. Messaged manager and no response. Glassware in cupboards was unclean, e.g. lip marks. Deck was untidy and had not been swept. Worst of all there is vermin in the ceiling cavity. They kept us awake the whole night (the night before a big family wedding). Messaged manager and all they said was there were bait stations. Same experience the second night with the vermin playing in the ceiling cavity and no sleep. Obviously problematic and bait stations not effective enough. We messaged the manager again after our stay a couple of times and no response. Definitely do not recommend.

Comfortable house with everything needed. The house was clean and tidy. The beds were good quality.

The sleep out was full of rat poo and ants. We could not use it. The ovens were very dirty.

Excellent facilities. However we could not unlock the large gate to the property. Rubbish bins in bathrooms would be an advantage.

Beautiful house in lovely location. Extra blankets for the bed were appreciated. Layout of the house was great.

We arrived quite late at night and was surprised that there was no milk or creamer options to make a cup of tea/coffee and all the local shops were closed. Also there were no rubbish bins in bathrooms and 1 ply toilet paper seemed a bit cheap considering it was an upmarket place to stay. It was quite cold and with no option to turn the central heating we needed the fire to properly warm the place up.

Floor in ensuite shower gets very slippery and probably needs a warning label for guests. Would have preferred host to introduce himself and to keep listing (with photos) on this site.

Really well considered house and layout that was perfect for our family group of 7. Kitchen is amazing, beds super comfortable and house is really well equipped with everything we needed including board games etc. Lovely warm home with underfloor heating and the fire cranks the heat. Great location, esp with the shared tennis court and pool directly across the road. We would definitely book this place again and can highly recommend it for others.

It was a very comfortable home, everything we needed.

Only 1 point was the lack of Toilet Paper. The night we arrived we had to go out to buy more as there were 7 of us in the house & if we had arrived after 9pm there may not have been anyone open to buy some.

We loved the location and the vibe of the house. It was warm with a great layout, kitchen living and dining was epic. Comfy couch to chill on and the fire was lovely! The beds were very comfortable. As three couples travelling together, I would recommend the twin bedroom having the option of the beds being turned into a king bed, upon request.

Rubbish bins in each the bathroom would be recommended. We only had one towel each, two is preferable There were no tea towels to be found. The dishwasher tripped the power which took a bit to work out, we couldn't use the dishwasher going forward. Trimming the entrance hedge either side of the black gate, it overhangs, and we got wet walking in and out from the overhanging leaves. Instructions on how to open the large sliding gate would be good on the welcome email.

The house was nice but unfortunately…

… the property manager was not. We were extremely disappointed by Eric’s response to a query we raised, we did not expect a property manager to make comments regarding our personal toileting habits. His remarks were inappropriate and unprofessional. Also, there were not enough bath towels provided for the number of guests and only one tea towel for 3 days. Combined with the issue of not having toilet paper readily available, these basic oversights contributed to a less than satisfactory experience. We also heard rats in the ceiling (which we see a previous guest commented on and Eric responded that they were mice, if they were mice, they were mice the size of big rats).

Perfect for our book club group. Plenty of seating around the table. Great bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Great art

The owner needs to know that we thought the place and layout was fabulous. Unfortunately we heard rats in the ceiling so they need to get that attended to. Apart from that it was fabulous.

The house had all that you needed and more. The decor was exceptional as was the outdoor seating,etc. Awesome shared pool,tennis court and a very easy walk to town.

The shower in the bathroom did not work. Also the kitchen gas hob had oil on it an ensuite not cleaned (hairs on floor)

Outdoor gardens needed some attention. Instructions to guests about putting rubbish/recycling out for collection would be useful to prevent build up.

Excellent layout with great outdoor area. We also appreciated that it was well stocked and access to the pool was a real bonus. Recommend whole-heartedly.

Lovely house, well set out for entertaining and relaxing.

Both ovens were dirty, no dishwasher powder, liquid or cleaning cloths supplied. No decent response from Eric after we messaged.

A great place for our group to work, attractive, comfortable. Great to have 4 bedrooms. Very private, super easy to find, lovely art and decor, beautiful bathrooms.

The only thing was the coffee machine not working

Clean great location

We loved the set up, it was so homely and the back deck was a great place to relax. Beds were comfortable. Easy to figure out instructions to get in. Was pretty central and located in a great area

It was so hot and there was no way to change the temperature. We tried opening windows and doors but it was raining so couldn't do that long before the rain would come in. Garden was a bit overgrown. An info list of where things were located at the house or expectations on how they wanted it left would have been helpful.

Fabulous place to stay for our girls weekend! It was clean and the beds comfy. We will be back :)

Everything was clean and tidy

Loved the house layout & the privacy. The outdoor area was great. Rooms were very spacious. The colors around the house were fab. We would love to stay again.

The house got very warm & made it hard to sleep . The thermostat was locked so could not adjust.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Everything you need and more. Was comfortable and warm for a winter's vacation.
