The location and the view from the balcony. The facilities at the moonway Luxury suites were all amazing. I would highly recommend this accommodation when staying in Kuala Lumpur.

We had an amazing stay at Moonway Suites! The apartment was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had an absolutely stunning view of the Petronas Towers. It was very clean, comfortable, and we received clear guidance on how to use all the facilities, which was really convenient.

The only small downside was that, as these are apartments without a traditional reception, it wasn’t always clear who to contact if we needed anything. We also weren’t sure how the cleaning service worked, as nobody came to clean our room during our four-night stay.

Good size 2 bedroom apartment in a great location with nice views over golf course. Great rooftop swimming pool and Charr restaurant is superb.

Kitchen/dining facilities very limited, not even salt & pepper. Lot of traffic noise at night. No towels, water or cleaning wipes in the gym.

Great location, within walking distance of the city centre. A really spacious a well equipped apartment, the AC was particularly good. Facilities in the building were good, had access to the pool etc. Our host was helpful and responded to any questions we had.

The view was amazing. An apartment means comfort like home. Pool was great. Amenities are good. Aircon and fans perfect! 👌

The beds are rock solid. Towels were so thin. Sheets and pillow cases are yellowing. Both bathrooms had build up of grime around bottom. So wear flip flops in shower. Bedroom closest to front door doesn’t have curtains on two windows and lights are right outside! It’s daylight all night! Not good sleep conditions. Guards are cranky and scary.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement in Kuala Lumpur. Het appartement was netjes, schoon en comfortabel en het inchecken verliep heel snel en gemakkelijk. De locatie is uitstekend. Vanuit het appartement heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de Petronas Twin Towers. Een absoluut hoogtepunt is het mooie zwembad op de 46e verdieping, met een geweldig uitzicht over de stad en de golfbaan. Ook Suria KLCC, een groot winkelcentrum, ligt dichtbij. Gra werkt hier perfect: buiten is een handige pick-up locatie en meestal staat de taxi binnen enkele minuten voor de deur. In de mooie en ruime lobby staan comfortabele banken waar je rustig kunt wachten. Ook de communicatie met Salah was uitstekend. Hij reageerde altijd heel snel op onze vragen en als er iets geregeld moest worden, deed hij dat direct. Wij hebben hier met veel plezier verbleven en zouden dit appartement zeker aanraden aan anderen die Kuala Lumpur bezoeken. Een schoon en mooi appartement, goede locatie, prachtig uitzicht en uitstekende service!

Het enige kleine puntje dat het verblijf nog completer zou maken, is de aanwezigheid van aparte handdoeken voor bij het zwembad. Verder hebben wij eigenlijk niets gemist en waren we erg tevreden over ons verblijf.

Die Appartements haben eine sehr gute Lage. Vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Der Host war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir bekamen sogar einen Adapter für die Steckdosen geliehen. Auch ein Handtuchwechsel war möglich. Alles top!

Die Appartements sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider in der Wohnung ein extrem modriger Geruch aus der Klimaanlage und aus den Abflüssen.

Comfortable apartment with nice rooftop pool. Within walking distance of KLCC, Petronas Towers and the Malaysia Kraft center. Host was kind and responsive.

Minimal kitchen utensils and towels. (Western/European) Breakfasts options were not nearby.

Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer und swimming pool am Dach.

Man bekommt nur einen Zimmerschlüssel, aber ohne dem kann man nicht mit dem lift fahren. Daher mussten wir immer alle (4) das Zimmer verlassen bzw solange bleiben bis der mit der liftkarte wieser zurück ist. Ohne der Karte kann man sich im Gebäude nicht bewegen. Eine zweite key card wäre gut gewesen.

Probably the best view of Petronas Twin Towers from the balcony! Accomodation very comfortable and spacious with inside parking.

No restaurant inside The Manor but a little supermarket and other restaurants not far away by walk

Au niveau de la cuisine, il manque à mon goût un micro onde. Les serviettes mises à disposition sont limitées à 1 grande /personne..eau chaude d une des salles de bain était ko.

Das Appartement in „The Manor“ ist toll gelegen und hat vom Balkon (29. Stock) einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Twin-Towers. Es ist super für 5 Personen geeignet. 2 Doppelbetten und 1 einzelbett mit 2 Bädern, großem Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Waschmaschine.

Das Bad hat morgens seltsam gerochen, was wohl vom Abfluss ausging. Das ist etwas unangenehm.

The bedding.…very poor Bottom sheet was way too small for the deep mattress. Kept untucking, so you were actually sleeping directly on the mattress.…With a bunched up sheet next to you. Not good. ‘Quilt’ was like a short thin, see through sheet. It was paper thin and only came up to chest level. Did not fully fit bed at the sides, no overhang to allow turn over in bed, so your body was repeatedly exposed overnight. Bed was firm but comfortable. Real shame about the poor quality bedding. Made sleeping very uncomfortable overall.

Beliggenheden var fin og udsigten var lækker fra både soveværelse og sture, samt altan. Udkig til Twin Towers!

Generelt var deres rengøring utrolig dårlig. Derudover lugter det helt ekstremt fra deres aircondition. Typisk et tegn på skimmel og mug! Vi forsøgte flere gange at tydeliggøre det over for dem. Vi fik også et nyt værelse på første dagen, men det var det samme der. Derudover duede lyset ikke på det ene badeværelse. (Det fik de dog lavet) der var “kun 3 ud af 5 stole der virkede”. Det kunne man ikke gøre noget ved. Vi havde løbende dialog med dem i forhold til betaling osv. vi vil “altid” gerne betale det vi bruger, men når kvalitet og pris ikke hængere sammen bør der været noget kompensation eller noget lignende. Ikke sted vi vil tage til igen eller anbefale til andre!

Eine sehr schöne, große und saubere Wohnung im 39. Stock mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Petronas Towers. 2 Bäder, Küche, funktionierende Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage.... Der Fahrstuhl kommt schnell, der Pool im 46. Stockwerk ist genial, leer und sauber. Ein wirklich super toller Aufenthalt in dieser sehr gut gelegenen Wohnung. Salah ist ein sehr freundlicher und gut erreichbarer Vermieter. Wir fanden die Kommunikation mit ihm hervorragend. Wir können dieses Appartement von ganzem Herzen empfehlen!

Das Bett in einem der Schlafzimmer ist wirklich sehr hart. Zumindest für mich. Wahrscheinlich ist es Geschmackssache.

De ligging en het uitzicht is echt fantastisch. Alles ligt op loopafstand en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon en slaapkamer op de Petronas twin towers is adembenemend. Ook het zwembad op het dak is echt prachtig en fijn. Heerlijk iedere dag gezwommen. Het appartement is schoon, ruim en netjes. Ook het inchecken verliep vlekkeloos en snel. Bij aankomst stonden er flesjes water klaar en was de tafel gezellig gedekt. Ook was er een wasmachine met wasmiddel aanwezig. Super fijn! Top verblijf gehad en echte aanrader!

Niks viel tegen. Het appartement is er alleen niet op ingericht als je er uitgebreid wil gaan koken. Maar waarom zou je ook want er is overal zoveel lekker eten te koop voor weinig geld. Zonde om zelf te koken. En we hadden niet altijd warm water uit de douchekraan. Maar ook dat was voor ons geen probleem.

Location. Balcony view directly looking at the twin towers at night it will be a forever memory a highlight. Facilities air conditioning was real cold you need it when it's 30 degrees feels like 40 . And for a family the grab food delivery with tracking is easy to work out . For the price it's real good.

I'm a seasoned family traveller and this is hard to fault .

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf die Petronas Towers. Wir waren im 44. Stock. Im 51. der Pool mit demselben tollen Ausblick. Im Haus gibt es Cafés, Bars , Restaurants, einen kleinen Supermarkt. Alles Top!

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte kein Fenster, was unsere Kinder nicht gestört hat. Hätte man aber in der Beschreibung vielleicht erwähnen können.

Great location and a lovely apartment.

Strong smell of mothballs throughout the apartment which was unpleasant. As a frequent traveller we were disappointed there was no microwave or bowls etc. Just one saucepan and one small frying pan. Travellers like a microwave - it’s always handy when bringing a meal back to the apartment. Fabulous apartment but lacking the nice features it needs to feel comfortable. One couch and two TV’s which we couldn’t get to work at all. Had to remember to turn hot water on 15 minutes before we needed to shower as instructed.

Очень красивый вид с балкона. Удобная и просторная квартира с хорошей системой кондиционирования. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой, которая сильно выручила нас. Замечательный душ с сильным напором воды. Удобная кровать. Есть парковка в здании. До башен Петронас минут 10 неспешным шагом.

Ottima posizione, check in abbastanza veloce. Salah è stato molto preciso nella comunicazione. Vista dalla camera eccezionale, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le petronas e tanto altro.

Piccolezze: - pale del ventilatore piene di polvere - serratura della camera difettosa, gira a vuoto a lungo prima di chiudere/aprire.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war grandios auf die Petronas Towers. Der Pool im 46. Stock ist auch sehr schön mit Blick über die Stadt. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten aufgrund einer schlechten Zimmerverteilung war der Service dann über WhatsApp sehr gut. Gute Grab Anbindung und schnelles Internet. Das Fitnessstudio im 46. Stock ist auch sehr gut mit Blick auf die Towers. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, hatten wir aber auch so gebucht.

Als wir ankamen, wollte man uns ein Zimmer geben ohne Blick auf die Petronas Towers, obwohl wir Monate im Voraus das Zimmer extra noch einmal mit Blick auf die Petronas umgebucht hatten. Es schien dem Personal zunächst extrem egal zu sein, wir blieben aber beharrlich dabei und bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer mit Blick. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr groß und komfortabel, aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise ziemlich verdreckt.(z.b.Stoffbezug um die Betten herum voller Flecken, eklig, darin zu schlafen), die Küche sollte gut ausgestattet sein, hatte aber weder einen Topf noch eine Pfanne, wonach wir extra fragen mussten. Auf die Fahrstühle zu warten, dauert manchmal sehr lange, einmal sind wir auch darin stecken geblieben, wurden aber nach circa 10 Minuten befreit. Morgens beim Aufwachen hat man jeden Morgen über die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer Zigarettenrauch gerochen… In der Küche roch es zeitweise leicht nach Benzin oder Kloake, Aber wenn man tagsüber komplett unterwegs ist, es ist ja nicht so schlimm.

Apartment met our needs. Good location in KLCC close to metro. Spacious accommodation, clean with good a/c. Nice view from the balcony including to the towers. Salah was very helpful.

Overall we were happy. The lack of available WiFi in the lobby made it difficult to make contact when we arrived but the security guards were very helpful so only a minor issue.

The property was exactly as advertised on Booking .Com . The apartment was in a central location and had a spectacular view of the Petronas Towers … especially at night . The apartment was modern and beautifully presented .

Excellent location, short walk to shops and cafes. Beautiful view of the Petronas Towers, fantastic air conditioning! Free WiFi. We were very kindly given an upgrade to a better view and the view was spectacular!

The only complaint was in the second bedroom, one of the windows which looked into the hall didn't have a curtain and the light was on all night. An extra 2 chairs for the balcony would be nice too so everyone could sit outside together.

Great location and views of the Petronas towers! Comfortable beds and rooftop swimming pool was a highlight! Washing machine available. Walking distance from restaurants and malls.

The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved. Also I could recommend a rack for hanging the clothes after washing.
