Excellent location, Friendly hosts. Right under the Eiger with a lovely garden to relax in. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice and spacious, perfect for our family. Location is really good, close to the stations, food, shopping, and good restaurants. Hosts were really nice.

We were struck by the heat wave in Europe. The apartment became so hot and humid. Because there was no mesh screens and the bugs were crazy in Grindalwald, we couldn’t even open the window.

The apartment was cosy and conveniently located within walking distance of the station and Grindelwald First. It was centrally situated near grocery stores, shops, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The apartment was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and electric kettle, and the beds were very comfortable. A special shout-out to Christoph at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating with our requests. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Bed layouts were not suitable for families. Single toilet becomes a bottleneck for a 3 bedroom apartment. Refrigerator was not operational.

It was a good stay with a great location very close to the main train station.

It would be nice if they atleast provided glasses for drinking water and making tea.

My family and i spend our stay in switzerlqnd here,Its a very nice location,near bus stop and bahnhof and the view is amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.Highly recommended.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der Hotelier ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ohne Küche ist sehr einfach aber für eine Nacht zweckmässig und genügend.

Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig. Man hört die WC-Benutzung und jeden Schritt vom Geschoss darüber.

I loved this place. The location was fantastic, and the accommodation was incredible. The views from my bed were worth getting up early, for it felt like Christmas every morning. Close to everything we loved having a fridge and a kettle that's the important things.

It is next to all the places we wanted to visit in Grindlewald which was nice.

The pictures don't do justice. For a family of 5, we were expecting something else but then we got a message and we were given ground floor rooms which seemed very old. The rooms were a bit creepy, too small (they looked like a jail tbh with the waterbasin in each room). We were glad we were not staying longer. They have parking but it is too small so if they are full, you have to park in public parking space which is what happened to us the second day.

The rooms are spacious and the location is very good.

It hasn't room cleaning service and no brakefast even if I can pay but they said me not arrowed brakefast. I don't understand that situation they have kitchen but brakefast was not served for me. When I want to use microwave that I must use only 5 to 7 pm and pay 2 CHF I hope that staff have to change the system.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful when we needed them.

There is one bedroom cannot close and lock the door . And restroom cannot lock , It will be better if restroom can lock because this room type have many people to share it.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything without having to walk through very hilly streets. No kitchen but we were able to borrow cups and fork from the receptionist. An electric kettle is available. Excellent value for the money overall. You have got to stay here during your Grindelwald holiday!

The checkout time was a little early (10 am) for liking but luggage could be left behind so it was fine.

Parking at the hotel was nice, but it was very tight and with the steepness of the hill could be a challenge to some people. The location was very central and close to everything.

Although it does clearly state "no kitchen", there was one small kettle......and absolutely NO other facilities or equipment......none. A microwave would have been nice and costs nothing. There were no cups or cutlery - if you put a kettle there, why not put in some cups or spoons to make a tea or coffee? Why not include a small fridge? You will have to eat out every day of your stay here, and this is hugely expensive in Grindelwald. At the check-in the owner said breakfast was not available, and as I was in town for the Eiger Ultra run ( so up very early ) it was not easy to prepare much in the way of a breakfast with only a kettle and no cutlery! I also explained that I would be back very late in the night/early morning and if I could please check out 1 hour later at 11:00, instead of 10:00. The stiff owner was not willing to compromise in any way and said that as stated in the booking, check-out was at 10:00, regardless. As it was I got back to the apartment at 04:00 and still had to be out by 10:00! I absolutely cannot understand why under such circumstances he was not prepared to be a little more accommodating to my quite reasonable request, as between check-out and check-in there are 7 hours for them to clean the rooms, and it's not as if they can clean ALL the rooms at the same time! The owner's wife was much more friendly but I still thought it very unnecessary to be zero tolerant and it spoiled my stay. The facilities were very basic like you would find in a hostel, and even in a hostel you might find more offered. The towels for instance were pretty old and falling to pieces. There is no en-suite bathroom as stated in the description, but a wash basin in the room and a separate bathroom............and this for €351 for 2 nights.
