This is a new townhouse with 2 bed-rooms. It is very good location with a car park. A comfortable bed with a fan and a heater provided upstair. Downstair it has a heat pump that you can adjust the temperature. Whiteware is provided with the combination of washing machine and dryer. Liquid detergent and diswasher powder were provided. Wifi is strong and there is streaming services available on smart TV. It recommended for a young family as there are two-bedrooms upstair with two single beds and another is a king-bedroom. It may not be suitable for elderly as there are many steps to walk upstair.

Smelly bathroom upstair when we turned on a fan ventilation and closed the bathroom door upstair. If you open the bathroom door during the fan is on, it will be fine. Rubbish bin had not been empty when we arrived. There were two dirty towels under the sink upstair. No worrries, we did clean that after all. No milk provided in the fridge as it should be. It is fine, we bought it in supermaket nearby.

Excellent location close to Hagley Park Cricket. Easy flat walk. Secure as estate was accessed via gates that were controlled by a code. Parking directly in front of property. A number of cafes/take aways within walking distance or via bus that stopped close to the property.

Air conditioning only available downstairs so bedrooms were hot. Plastic sheets on beds made for a sweaty night. Adjacent to Car Pound so early morning noise made sleep difficult. No ironing board supplied.

Pans were too warped and told Upstairs bathroom ventilation wasn’t cleaned Both bathroom piping stinks when water hasn’t been moved for few hours but this is on builders or plumbers

The property was clean, comfortable and secure. Communication with manager was excellent 😊

It did need a few more kitchen serving bowels and plates, My husband loves a firm bed ,but I'd love a mattress topper,the bed is very firm.

I love that it was so warm and cozy. All the amenities were new. Especially I liked the washing machine combined with the dryer. The close proximity to excellent coffee shops was awesome.

The accommodation is surrounded by commercial buildings, so there aren't many views, but you can't complain about it considering the affordable price and location.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. Very safe and secure and was within walking distance to Apollo Stadium for the Warriors game.

Awesome little place, perfect for what we needed. We were in town for a show at Wolfbrook Arena and it was walking distance to that so not needing to drive and park was awesome. Really liked the security of being behind gates. Easy clear instructions given for check in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed if you wanted to self cater meals. Plenty of eateries nearby so gives you lots of options.

There was hair on the bed sheets and carpet in the main bedroom, the lounge had food crumbs under the coffee table when we arrived otherwise everything else was clean.

Sharon is a nice host, her response to our inquiries and concerns very quickly and thoughtful. The house is vey tidy and clean, feel safe by staying in such kind of accommodation.

The AC doesn’t work for upstairs and with no fly screens, windows can’t be open which rendered bedrooms too hot even on mild summer days and we had to camp downstairs in the lounge.

It was like living in a proper residential community - there were garbage / recycling services, gated entrance which made you feel safer, extremely clean and brand new condo. Not too far from town - easy if you’re driving - not sure about public transport. Had a full kitchen and most things you would need, including laundry! Coded locks instead of keys made it very easy for anyone to come and go without worrying about losing a key. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby and loved they had Netflix!!!!!!

Strange odours in the washrooms - not the hosts fault but the builders probably either didn’t get the venting right for the plumbing when building the place, or something wrong with the sewage system. Not bad enough to deter you from staying :)

We booked because it was close to the station. Not knowing Christchurch, we thought it might be away from the action, but were really surprised to find what was around. Some great restaurants, cafes and convenience shops. Great spot! The owner was also very helpful with very clear messages and super helpful!

The property was very clean and the staff very helpful. Netflix on the main tv was a bonus.

This place was so clean and new it was amazing for the cost. And the fact that it was a gated property made it even better. They had everything there we needed and free WiFi made it even better.
